Abstract

This study aims to identify internal and external factors of MSMEs related to digital marketing and formulate strategies and recommendations so that the use of digital marketing is optimal and has good competitiveness in local, national, and global markets. To achieve this goal, a quantitative method is used; the population of this study is MSME actors who are considered to understand external and internal factors and are involved in forming their business strategies. Samples were collected by purposive sampling, namely MSMEs who plan or are using digital marketing for their marketing activities; with the Slovin formula, 397 respondents were obtained, but only 62% could be used (250). Using the SWOT analysis tool, the results of the study were obtained: IFA scored 3.95, and EFA scored 3.89. Based on QSPM, 14 strategies were obtained according to their respective priority orders, and the top 3 strategies were: utilizing e-commerce platforms, increasing marketing activities, and maximizing personal content. Implementing these priority activities will allow MSMEs to adapt to the digital ecosystem quickly. The implication is that MSMEs need to be given technical training and assistance in using digital platforms, such as creating online stores, managing transactions, conducting promotions, or analyzing data available on social media. Theoretical implications support the theory that MSME growth in the digital landscape requires more effective offensive and proactive strategies. This provides an opportunity for further research to explore the use of digital marketing in MSMEs more deeply.

Abstract

The implementation of maintenance and repair activities at the Manado State Polytechnic is currently still manual so the evaluation of these activities cannot be monitored properly. Apart from that, reporting of damage to goods and repairs from units and departments is still manual with a letter signed directly and taken to Deputy Director 2 for approval. This will slow down the work process because UPT MR will carry out another evaluation which will then be reported to Deputy Director 2 for improvements. Therefore, we need an application that can make the steps for proposing repairs and maintenance digitally based on a website so that it can be done via a laptop, computer, or Android device. Apart from that, the existing inventory items are not properly recorded. Where no application can display the quantity and condition of goods, whether the goods are in good condition, damaged, or can still be repaired. This inventory process will be created in an integrated application through this system so that agency and unit leaders can monitor the condition and quantity of existing goods directly anywhere. Therefore, this application speeds up the process of collecting data on goods and can also repair all existing goods based on the correct rules and steps. Likewise, leaders can print reports on the condition and quantity of goods at any time for any purpose without needing to search for these data. Apart from this application being able to store data digitally, this application will also speed up and simplify the process of collecting data on goods by simply scanning the QR Code to see data on certain goods. This application will also speed up and make it easier for units and departments to propose repairs and maintenance of goods at the Manado State Polytechnic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of collaboration governance between higher education institutions and external partners by highlighting the role of outliers, communication quality, and partnership sustainability within a socio-economic framework. Using an explanatory quantitative design, data from 100 collaboration projects across five Indonesian universities were processed with SPSS 26 through data cleaning, normality testing, outlier detection using scatter and box plots, Pearson correlations, and multiple linear regression to examine the influence of communication intensity, funding effectiveness, and partner satisfaction on sustainability. The findings show that communication quality significantly enhances partner satisfaction, which emerges as the strongest predictor of sustained partnerships, while meeting frequency and funding size do not consistently translate into improved outcomes due to diminishing returns and administratively driven communication. Negative outliers serve as early indicators of potential failure, whereas positive outliers reveal efficient collaborative practices that can be replicated. The study’s novelty lies in proposing the concept of adaptive collaboration governance, which integrates socio-economic theory with outlier analysis as an empirical diagnostic tool for understanding relational dynamics. The study contributes to the advancement of sociological economics and organizational sociology by demonstrating the value of evidence-based approaches that combine statistical analysis with relational interpretation to strengthen institutional collaboration and long-term partnership sustainability.
