Abstract

This study aims to explore the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in supporting office administration automation at PT XYZ, identify challenges in its implementation, and propose solutions to optimize its use. A qualitative case study approach is employed to provide an in-depth overview of AI application in document archiving and processing. The unit of analysis consists of administrative staff directly involved in using AI-based systems for daily tasks. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation from relevant sources. The findings show that AI improves work efficiency, accelerates archive retrieval, and reduces manual workload. However, challenges such as limited technological understanding among users and inadequate infrastructure remain. Proposed solutions include enhancing digital literacy, providing technical training, and developing accessible, user-friendly AI systems. This study contributes to the advancement of efficient and digitally adaptive office administration systems, offering insights for organizations aiming to integrate AI in administrative processes effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

Academic burnout is a common phenomenon among students, both past and present, characterized by a condition of mental exhaustion due to excessive academic pressure. Some of the factors that cause academic burnout are high academic demands, accumulation of course assignments, pressure to maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) to maintain scholarships or meet parental expectations, and difficulty dividing time between academic and non-academic activities. Academic burnout consists of three main dimensions: Exhaustion, cynicism, and low personal satisfaction. This research will focus on analyzing the coping strategies used by students to deal with academic burnout. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study that examines various previous studies related to the phenomenon of academic burnout, the factors that cause it, and the coping strategies used. The research steps include collecting references from academic journals, books and articles, as well as critical analysis to synthesize an understanding of the topic. The results showed that students tend to use two coping strategies, namely problem-focused coping strategies, which seek immediate solutions to the problems they face, and emotion-focused coping strategies, which manage negative emotions caused by academic pressure. The conclusion of this study shows the importance of choosing coping strategies that are in accordance with individual characteristics to minimize the impact of academic burnout. Because these strategies are believed to support mental health and improve students' academic performance. ABSTRAK Burnout akademik merupakan fenomena umum di kalangan mahasiswa, baik dulu maupun sekarang, yang ditandai dengan kondisi kelelahan mental akibat tekanan akademik yang berlebihan. Beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan kelelahan akademik, yaitu tuntutan akademik yang tinggi, penumpukan tugas mata kuliah, tekanan untuk mempertahankan indeks prestasi kumulatif (IPK) untuk mempertahankan beasiswa atau memenuhi harapan orang tua, serta kesulitan untuk membagi waktu antara kegiatan akademik dan non-akademik. Burnout akademik terdiri dari tiga dimensi utama: Kelelahan, sinisme, dan rendahnya kepuasan pribadi. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada analisis strategi coping yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa untuk menghadapi kejenuhan akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur yang mengkaji berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan fenomena bunrout akademik, faktor penyebabnya, dan strategi coping yang digunakan. Langkah-langkah penelitian meliputi pengumpulan referensi dari jurnal akademik, buku dan artikel, serta analisis kritis untuk mendapatkan sintesis pemahaman mengenai topik tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa cenderung menggunakan dua strategi coping, yaitu strategi coping yang berfokus pada masalah, yaitu mencari solusi langsung dari masalah yang mereka hadapi, dan strategi coping yang berfokus pada emosi, yaitu mengelola emosi negatif yang diakibatkan oleh tekanan akademik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya pemilihan strategi coping yang sesuai dengan karakteristik individu untuk meminimalisir dampak dari burnout akademik. Karena strategi ini diyakinin dapat mendukung kesehatan mental dan meningkatkan performa akademik mahasiswa.
