Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi stenografi sebagai mata kuliah Program Studi D3 Sekretari dan Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran. Penelitian deskriptif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling yaitu teknik non probability sampling dimana subyek dipilih karena aksesibilitas nyaman dan kedekatan sehingga memudahkan peneliti dalam mencari partisipan penelitian. Menurut pendapat para responden, saat ini meskipun teknologi semakin maju, stenografi masih dirasakan bermanfaat dalam menunjang kegiatan kantor. Stenografi dapat dijadikan mata kuliah Program Studi D3 Sekretari dan Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran dengan memperhatikan faktor tulisan stenografi dibuat lebih sederhana dan mudah dimengerti, serta model pembelajaran yang merangsang ketertarikan belajar stenografi. Berdasarkan analisa di atas maka peneliti merekomendasikan stenografi tetap dijadikan mata kuliah Program Studi D3 Sekretari dan Administrasi Perkantoran, tulisan stenografi dibuat lebih sederhana dan mudah dimengerti.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affecting the work commitment of teachers.The research use descriptive quantitative method. The problem are the teachers who work without commitment, just to teach according to what was ordered by the principal. By having a high work commitment that is evident in the behavior of painstaking work, passionate, integrity of the work, responsibility, and maintain morale as educators. The results are: commitment to working both seen from the achievement an average score of 71.61, completion of the task is the highest factor in teachers' work commitment with an average score of 79.67, and development of self-efficacy is the lowest factor in teachers' work commitment with an average score of 73.00.Suggestions are: schools should give rewards to the teachers who complete the task on time and to sanction teachers who did not complete the task on time, provide education and training to the teachers continuously and sustainably as efforts to develop self-efficacy ofteachers, the teacher involvement in school activities further improved, so that the visible concern for the fate of school teachers and Teacher work program should be set up and executed in accordance with a predetermined plan.

Abstract

This study delivers new insights on students' experiences who have studied their courses at least one semester during the Covid-19 Pandemic. We collected 199 respondents and analyzed the result of the questionnaire. The first finding is that students rather use discussions as a method to conduct online learning in classes. Students also would prefer both methods (asynchronous and synchronous) during online learning. We categorized students' learning experiences into intimacy and connection, supports, coordination and collaboration, technical difficulties, and traits. This study concludes that whole experiences about online synchronous learning did not change, except for the lack of personal support from lecturers when students face difficulties in certain subjects and hardware malfunction during classes. We recommend that lecturers pay more attention to students with less comprehension ability. We also recommend that lecturers run more creative ways other than lecturing in classes and limit lecturing time to decrease boredom.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine Evaluation Program of the National Examination (UN) in the State Vocational School in South Jakarta. This study includes qualitative research, where research in SMK who has the Office Administration Program in South Jakarta, which contained 10 SMKN. The resources are empirically Principal and Chairman of the Program Office Administration. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, documentation and archive footage, while the analysis of data using qualitative data analysis interactive model. The results showed that: (1) Implementation of UN 2015 went well, although there are still obstacles to the program, but this is normal and can be controlled quickly and well. (2) The 2015 UN Program is a pilot program, where this year the UN goal is to assess the achievement of national competency standards on a particular subject. (3) The results of the UN as a basis for mapping the quality of programs and or education units, consideration of selection into the next level of education and training as well as providing assistance to the education unit in its efforts to improve the quality of education, not as a determinant of graduation of students. (4) each learner formal education and non-formal education pathways equality eligible for the national exam and has the right to repeat the extent not otherwise meet the criteria of achievement of competence of graduates, and every student must attend one national exam at no charge. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the school committee in an effort to empower SMAIT Al Qudwah Depok City in order to improve the efficiency of school management. This research was qualitative research site in SMAIT Al Qudwak Depok. The data source research is the principal, vice principal, school board committees as well as some students. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, documentation and archive footage, while the analysis of data using qualitative data analysis interactive model. The results showed that: (1) The Board committee at Al-Qudwah SMAIT Depok City consists of various professions and have a minimum education level Bachelor (S1); (2) Implementation of the program of work of the school committee in SMAIT Al Qudwah Kota Depok yet fully effective. It is characterized by not fahamnya school board committee will function and role of the school committee in improving the efficiency of school management in schools; (3) Empowerment committee at Al-Qudwah SMAIT Depok City has not fully maximized. It is characterized by the limited space of empowerment for the management committee of the school as a partner school. Abstract

ABSTRACT The partner problem is the lack of teachers in understanding and information about ICT-based office applications. Partners also do not yet have an overview to be able to choose the right application to assist office work that is in accordance with the characteristics, requirements, abilities and reliability of the office application. With these partner problems, the solution offered is to provide information related to the relevant application, namely the Grip Work Journey (GWJ) application, then provide the opportunity for participants to get training and assistance in using the GWJ application. The method used in this Community Service (PKM) activity is training in the use of the GWJ application and mentoring by the PKM team. The applications used in this training can be used to assist office work and can also be used as a learning medium for offices in schools. The results obtained are that the activity can run well with the practice of using applications directly with PKM participants so that they can add information and improve teacher understanding regarding ICT-based office applications. Abstrak Masalah mitra adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan informasi guru tentang aplikasi perkantoran berbasis TIK. Rekan juga belum memiliki gambaran umum untuk dapat memilih aplikasi yang tepat untuk membantu pekerjaan kantoran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik, kebutuhan, kemampuan dan kehandalan aplikasi kantoran tersebut. Dengan permasalahan rekanan tersebut maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan informasi terkait aplikasi yang bersangkutan yaitu aplikasi Grip Work Journey (GWJ), kemudian memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta untuk mendapatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menggunakan aplikasi GWJ. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi GWJ dan pendampingan oleh tim PKM. Aplikasi yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu pekerjaan kantoran dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran perkantoran di sekolah. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan baik dengan praktik menggunakan aplikasi secara langsung bersama peserta PKM sehingga dapat menambah informasi dan meningkatkan pemahaman guru mengenai aplikasi perkantoran berbasis TIK.

Abstract

Abstract Vocational high school teacher Department of Office Automation and Governance (OTKP) needs to have the ability and skills in managing ICT-based database applications as one of the supports for archival learning in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and the Social 5.0 age. Therefore, we collaborate with the office administration association. Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) for the DKI Jakarta Region, inviting teachers of this Association to participate in coaching in the form of training and mentoring in using Database Applications in Digital Archive Management. The problem and the solutions offered by teachers activity is that teachers do not use database applications for digital archive learning. Teachers lack information about ICT-based database applications, and teachers are still confused about choosing the proper application in digital archive learning. Teachers do not know the characteristics, requirements, abilities, and skills needed in managing ICT-based database applications as one of the supports for archival learning in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and the Social 5.0 age. This community service provides a solution by introducing a Microsoft excel-based database application, “Dive App”, for digital archives. This teacher training and mentoring are carried out through online workshops. The output of this community service is to produce a Database Application textbook in Digital Archive Management that can guide and guide teachers in carrying out learning. Abstrak Guru sekolah menengah kejuruan Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP) perlu memiliki kemampuan, dan keterampilan dalam mengelola aplikasi database berbasis ICT sebagai salah satu penunjang pembelajaran kearsipan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan era Sosial 5.0. Oleh karena itu, kami bekerjasama dengan Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) Wilayah DKI Jakarta, mengajak Guru-guru yang tergabung dalam Asosiasi ini mengikuti pembinaan berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menggunakan Aplikasi Database dalam Pengelolaan Arsip Digital. Permasalahan yang ditemukan dan solusi yang ditawarkan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah guru kurang memahami tentang aplikasi database berbasis ICT, Guru kurang memiliki informasi tentang aplikasi database berbasis ICT, Guru masih bingung bagaimana memilih aplikasi yang tepat dalam pembelajaran arsip digital, Guru belum memiliki gambaran tentang karakteristik, persyaratan, kemampuan, dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam mengelola aplikasi database berbasis ICT sebagai salah satu penunjang pembelajaran kearsipan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan era Sosial 5.0. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan solusi dengan memperkenalkan aplikasi database berbasis microsoft excel “Dive App” sebagai salah satu aplikasi pada arsip digital. Luaran dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah menghasilkan buku ajar Aplikasi Database dalam Pengelolaan Arsip Digital yang dapat memandu dan sebagai pedoman guru-guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior on employees of The Bogor Regency Transportation Service. The research method used is a survey method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study found 357 employees with a research sample of 189 honorary employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS v.25.0 programs. The results showed that organizational commitment and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenshipbehavior by 60.2% and the remaining 39.8% were influenced by other variables not examined

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri dan pola asuh orang tua terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan guru sekolah dasar universitas negeri Jakarta Angkatan 2019. Adapaun populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 238 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang dipakai sebanyak 142 mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan memakai teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil peneilian menunjukan Y = 5,363 + 0,440X1 + 550X2 dengan hasil uji T menghasilkan thitung sebesar 6,786 > ttabel 1,977. Hasil peneltian tersebut menunjukan adanya pengaruhi positif antara konsep diri dan pola asuh orang tua secara bersamaan terhadap kemandirian belajar.

Abstract

Kematangan karir perlu dimiliki oleh setiap mahasiswa terutama mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang akan segera memasuki dunia kerja. Namun, tingkat kematangan karir mahasiswa khususnya mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta masih rendah. Rendahnya kematangan karir dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, namun faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kematangan karir adalah harga diri dan dukungan sosial dari orang tua. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang kematangan karir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Harga Diri dan Dukungan Sosial dari Orang Tua denganiKematangan Karir pada Mahasiswa S-1 FakultasnEkonomi, UniversitasnNegeri Jakarta. Metode penelitiannyangndigunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Teknik analisisndatanmenggunakannuji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis, uji koefisien korelasi berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas secara parsial dan simultan memiliki hubungan positif dengan kematanganikarir. Uji-t signifikan pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05, di mana kematangan karir, harga diri, dan dukungan sosial dari orang tua secara signifikan di bawah tingkat signifikansi. Uji- F signifikan pada taraf signifikan 0,05, dimana hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa semua variabelbebas signifikan pada taraf signifikansi 0,00. Terdapat hubungan positifiantara harga diri dengannkematangan karir, terdapatnhubungan positif antaraidukungan sosial dari orang tua denganikematangan karir dan terdapat hubunganipositif secara bersama-sama antara harga dirindan dukungan sosial dariiorang tua denganikematanganikarir.
