Abstract

ASI adalah makanan alami pertama untuk bayi yang memberikan semua nutrisi yang dibutuhkan bayi pada bulan-bulan pertama kehidupan. Salah satu tindakan yang perlu dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan kualitas dan kuantitas ASI, yaitu perawatan payudara dan pemijatan oksitosin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perawatan payudara dan pijat oksitosin terhadap pengeluaran ASI pada ibu nifas di ruang bersalin RS Surya Medika Gresik. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, desain yang digunakan quasy eksperiment dengan rancangan One group pretest posttest design. Teknik pegambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 29 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument berupa lembar observasi. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Wilcoxon. Menunjukkan bahwa sebelum intervensi rata-rata pengeluaran ASI sebesar 3,03 cc kemudian setelah dilakukan perawatan payudara dan pijat oksitosin rata-rata pengeluaran ASI sebesar 19,31 cc sehingga selisih rata-rata nilai pre test dan post test yaitu 16,28. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengeluaran ASI pada responden sebelum diberikan dan sesudah diberikan perawatan payudara dan pijat oksitosin. Hasil uji Wilcoxon didapatkan nilai P Value = 0,000<0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan pengeluaran ASI antara responden yang sebelum dan setelah dilakukan perawatan payudara dan pijat oksitosin. Perawatan payudara dan pijat oksitosin meningkatakan produksi ASI yang diberikan pada ibu nifas dengan menunggu reaksi selama 12 jam. Maka perawatan payudara dan pijat oksitosin dapat menjadi salah satu terapi nonfarmakologi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI.

Abstract

Reliable and quality human resuorces play a major role in the prosess of improving performance with one example that is applied to improving work productivity. Performance is influenced by various factors, both related to the workforce it self and other factors such as education, skills, discipline, attitudes and work ethics, motivation, nutrition and health, level of income, social security, environment and work climate, job opportunities, and achievement opportunities. In this study to prove the effect of discipline, ability and compensatioan on the performance of the employees of the Riau Islands Province Cultural service. The populations in this study were employees of the Riau Islands Provincial Culture Office in Tanjungpinang, with a total sample of 72 people.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, employee engagement, and work environment on the performance of employees with work discipline as an intervening variable at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Archipelago Province. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This descriptive method involves collecting data to test hypotheses or answer questions about people's opinions on an issue or topic. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument which was distributed to 112 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS version 4 software. Transformational leadership influences employee work discipline. Transformational leadership influences employee work performance. Employee Engagement has no significant effect on work discipline. Employee Engagement has no significant effect on employee performance. The work environment affects the work discipline of employees. Work environment has no significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline affects employee performance. The work discipline variable is able to mediate the effect of transformational leadership on performance. The work discipline variable is not able to mediate the influence between Employee Engagement on Employee Performance.
