Abstract

Perancangan sistem informasi dapat menyajikan data yang akurat, efektif, dan efisien(Ulandari et al., 2024). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi surat perintah perjalanan dinas di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bondowoso, yang selama ini masih menggunakan metode manual dalam pengelolaan Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD) dan pelaporan perjalanan. Dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall, sistem yang dirancang meliputi fitur pengelolaan SPPD, Surat Perintah Tugas (SPT), serta laporan perjalanan dinas berbasis web. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu meminimalkan kehilangan data, mempercepat proses administrasi, serta meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Implementasi sistem menggunakan perangkat lunak berbasis open source untuk menekan biaya pengembangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang dapat membantu staf dalam pembuatan SPPD, SPT, dan pengelolaan laporan perjalanan secara lebih terintegrasi dan terstruktur.     Kata Kunci: Teknologi , Sistem Informasi  , Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas Information systems design can provide accurate, effective, and efficient data(Ulandari et al., 2024). This study aims to design an information system for official travel orders at the Department of Transportation in Bondowoso Regency, which currently manages Official Travel Orders (SPPD) and travel reporting manually. Using the Waterfall system development method, the designed system includes features for managing SPPD, Task Orders (SPT), and web-based official travel reports. This system is expected to minimize data loss, speed up administrative processes, and improve work efficiency. The system implementation utilizes open-source software to reduce development costs. The study results indicate that the designed system can assist staff in creating SPPD, SPT, and managing travel reports in a more integrated and structured manner.  Kata Kunci: Technology, Information System, manages Official Travel Orders

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of environmental degradation, poverty, and human capital on Indonesia’s economic growth from 2001 to 2024 using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The results indicate a long-term equilibrium among variables, where environmental degradation and poverty positively and significantly affect economic growth, while human capital has a negative and significant effect. These findings suggest that Indonesia’s growth still relies on natural resource exploitation and faces challenges in optimizing human capital quality. In the short run, no significant relationships are found, implying that impacts occur cumulatively over time. The results support the Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) hypothesis, showing that early-stage economic growth is often accompanied by inequality and environmental decline. From an Islamic economic perspective, sustainable and just development should be pursued in line with maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, emphasizing balance, justice, and responsible resource management.
