Abstract

AMIK Ibrahimy Sukorejo Situbondo secara berkala mengadakan evaluasi kinerja dosen setiap akhir perkuliahan seperti pada waktu Ujian Akhir Semester. Kegiatan ini dilakukan  untuk menilai kinerja dosen pada perkuliahan, dengan beberapa kriteria nilai yang telah ditentukan dari pihak AMIK Ibrahimy. Sistem evaluasi ini dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa yang kemudian direkap sebagai laporan yang ditujukan kepada direktur. Dan hasil rekapan evaluasi kinerja dosen didistribusikan kepada masing-masing dosen, sehingga dapat mengetahui hasil evaluasi kinerja. Akan tetapi, dengan menggunakan prosedur tersebut membutuhkan waktu lama dalam proses penyebaran angket kuesioner kepada mahasiswa, hal ini terjadi karena tidak adanya petugas khusus dalam menangani kegiatan evaluasi kinerja dosen tersebut. Untuk membantu meminimalisir permasalahan tersebut, perlu dirancang Sistem Informasi Manajemen Evaluasi Kinerja Akademi dan Dosen AMIK Ibrahimy. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu mempercepat pemrosesan penilaian yang selama ini cukup menyita waktu. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan metode waterfall dengan beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan mulai dari Requirement sampai Maintenance. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah-masalah evaluasi kinerja yang selama ini terjadi. Hasil pengujian menjadi tolak ukur apakah sistem ini berjalan dengan baik atau tidak. Tingkat kesesuaian perancangan sistem manajemen evaluasi kinerja ini dapat membantu evaluasi terhadap pelayanan akademi dan kinerja dari dosen.

Abstract

Proses riset dan pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Ibrahimy diselenggarakan secara bertahap, meskipun masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Lemahnya kontrol terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menyebabkan arsip riset dan pengabdian masyarakat tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik. Hal ini mempersulit pemangku kepentingan untuk menemukan dokumen saat dibutuhkan. Sementara saat ini perkembangan teknologi telah mengisyaratkan penggunaan database secara online untuk menunjang aktifitas manusia. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, adanya aplikasi untuk merekam proses riset dan pengabdian masyarakat menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall untuk menjamin bahwa produk akhir memenuhi harapan dengan menyelesaikan tahap komunikasi, perencanaan, pemodelan, konstruksi, dan penyebaran. Proses bisnis yang dijalankan dalam sistem ini antara lain, proses pengusulan, seminar proposal, catatan kegiatan harian, laporan kemajuan, seminar hasil, dan laporan akhir serta capaian luaran. Proses pelaksanaan kegiatan dapat terekam dalam aplikasi, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat membantu mempermudah dalam pengusulan riset dan pengabdian masyarakat, serta memudahkan untuk melakukan monitoring perkembangan pelaksanaannya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan 90% menyatakan aplikasi berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat mempermudah proses riset dan pengabdian masyarakat.

Abstract

Inspektorat Kabupaten Bondowoso mempunyai tugas untuk membantu bupati dalam menangani pembinaan dan pengawasan dalam pelaksanaan urusan pemerintah dan tugas pembantuan perangkat daerah. Salah satu tugasnya adalah menerima pengaduan masyarakat yang terkait dengan kasus-kasus yang masih berada dalam kewenangan Inspektorat. Selama ini pengaduan kasus di Inspektorat Kabupaten Bondowoso masih dilakukan dengan model konvensional yang mengharuskan pelapor menyerahkan berkas fisik ke Inspektorat. Bahkan dalam menanggapi pengaduan tersebut, proses yang dilakukan masih tergolong memakan waktu sehingga dirasa kurang efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat membantu pelapor dalam melaporkan pengaduan yang ditemukan di lapangan, serta mempermudah pihak inspektorat dalam memproses pengaduan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall untuk pengembangan sistemnya. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah memudahkan masyarakat baik perorangan maupun secara organisasi dalam membuat laporan terkait pengaduan kasus, serta meringankan pihak inspektorat yang menjadi tanggung jawab Inspektur Pembantu dalam memproses pengaduan sehingga dapat memproses pengaduan secara efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan aplikasi pengaduan kasus ini.

Abstract

The financial management carried out by this institution is still carried out in a semicomputerized manner, namely by recording payment data using Ms. Excel which is done whenneeded to recapitulate financial statements. This of course has an impact on the speed andaccuracy of the services provided. In conducting this research using the waterfall method, thestages are communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. Using this method,it is possible that the downstream stages that must be carried out can be well organized so that theexpected results are following the needs. The results obtained in the design of this accountinginformation sistem can make it easier for officers to make accounting-standard financial reportsthat will be reported to the leadership. Besides that, it can also provide optimal service to thecongregation. Thus this information sistem can improve the quality of services provided byKBIHU Hafas to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The acceptance of new information technology-based islamic students at the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Situbondo Islamic Boarding School still needs assistance because not all of the human resources who are assigned to the committee for new santri have expertise in the field of information technology. Implementation of assistance using Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) with the aim that all parties play an active role in analyzing and solving problems. Based on the problems faced since the implementation of new islamic students admissions in 2017, the mentoring facilitators then took the initiative to conduct a discussion forum to reconsider and build idealism between policy makers and users regarding the new santri acceptance model using information technology. The facilitator provides an overview of the system that is running, and explains the weak points and what should be developed in what parts. Then the leaders and policy holders as well as users in the field were asked to convey what they had in mind regarding the implementation of the acceptance of new students. From here comes the absorption of aspirations from the musyawirin present at the forum, this is what is expected from the implementation of PRA, namely encouraging the community to take part in making improvements and analyzing the development of the implementation of new santri admissions and providing input in system development to suit the direction of development.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology was felt by universities, especially the academic division in managing information as well as related to academic division, such as the study plan card and study results card. Academic information system design was considered very helpful in accelerate service process to students and lecturers. Therefore, academic information systems built using prototype methode, so that every stage can be demonstrated to campus, especially academic division, so that in manufacture process according to necessity. In this method there are several stages; Requirment Analysis, Build Prototype, Prototype Evaluation, Implementation, Testing, System Evaluation, and Use The System. By this application, students no necessary come to campus again to conduct study plan card as well as take results study card, Also like lecturers can execute to input the value with this information system that created.

Abstract

This research was conducted to overcome the problems that has complained by the higher education sector in controlling to the schools under the auspices of SalafiyahSyafi’iyah Boarding School SukorejoSitubondo Education sector. To overcome the problem, one of the solution is to make an information media (software) that can see the condition of learning and teaching process in every single school, so to be able to know the real-time information education sector does not need to go around the schools, by connecting the device to the information internet which expected to be viewable through the work desk. System Developing method that used in this research is waterfall method. The usage of this method is choosen because the reach of the research project is not too large (small). Software to be created is Server-side with PHP programming language and using MySQL database. With this system, is expected to overcome the problem that has complained by the highest education sector. So, the information obtained is accurate as needed. The result of this information media production is “Monitoring Information System tecaher activity of salafiyahsyafiiyahsukorejositubondoislamic boarding school higher education sector” which can report the class atmosphere of every single school in real-time based on the schedule of learning and teaching activity.

Abstract

This complaint system implemented at the Bondowoso District Inspectorate uses the form stipulated in the regent's regulation. In this system what is done is that the party making the complaint fills out the form by bringing evidence related to the reporting and must go to the Bondowoso Inspectorate office both this complaint individually or from an institution or non-governmental organization. The advantage of this system is that the inspectorate can interact directly with the party making the complaint so that when there is something less clear about the complaint, it can be asked directly to the applicant. But apart from all the advantages of the current system, the inspectorate still has to make a good inventory of complaints files, not to mention making assignments that must be done with a manual system so that it takes more time and takes up space. To overcome these problems, the authors feel the need to do an analysis to model the complaints system so that later the making of the complaints system can be well structured and meet the general description of the system needed. The design of this complaints system uses an object oriented method that can describe the behavior of objects related to the system. From the results of this modeling it was found that the complaints system modeling can accommodate problems that have occurred so far and facilitate the interaction of the reporter and the handling of reported cases.

Abstract

The preparation of an annual supervisory work program (PKPT) requires a long process in order to get good and accurate results, because the process is done semi-computerized, which still involves a lot of staff in the Inspectorate. This makes the PKPT formulation process less effective and efficient. So that the supervisory work program that should have been able to be carried out quickly became constrained because of the long process in its preparation. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to design an application that can help facilitate the preparation of an annual monitoring work program with the waterfall method, making it easier for the inspectorate to determine audit objects and the implementation of supervision of predetermined objects. Based on the tests carried out, it was found that the application feasibility was 93%. From the results of these tests, this application can help make it easier for the inspectorate to provide an assessment of the level of risk, determine supervision plans and assignments to be more effective and efficient. So that efforts to become Good Governance and Clean Governance can be realized properly.
