Abstract

Futyour: People are starting to know that having a quqlity education can make progres. In education institutions, the principal is an important of the school committe structure, ranging from primary to secondary education in fact,as the principal, has many oligations, authorities,responsibilitties, and funcitions. The high demand from society for education causes the need for schools with quality educational services, and the existence of school in the community is becoming increasingly needed The success or failure of a service in achieving its goals depends on its consumer, in the sense that institutional institutions need to provide quality services to users of educational services in order to achieve their goals. However, there are still shose who not integrated it properly.This study aims to determine the managerial function of the principal at SDN 129 Waempubbu, to determine the quality of education service at SDN 129 Waempubbu, and to determine the role of the principal’s managerial function improving the quality of educatio services at SDN 129 Waempubbu. The research method used was qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that SDN 129 Waempubbu has implemented the role of the principal’s managerial funcition optimally and the quality of education services still needs to be improved in the future.

Abstract

Providing education unit supervisors is carried out by researchers at SMK Negeri 7 Bone that in management has been carried out properly, with this the school management process can be said to have been implemented or is optimal, but in these schools sometimes the management process still needs to be developed due to several obstacles. faced by the education supervisory unit in improving the quality of Madrasah management. The purpose of this study is to find out how the supervision of educational units in SMK Negeri 7 Bone and to find out how the quality of management in SMK Negeri 7 Bone. The type of research conducted here is descriptive research with qualitative methods of observation, interviews, and documentation.

Abstract

Changes in internal dynamics require managing resources effectively, efficiently, and accountably. The research objectives were to find: 1) Description of needs. 2) Prototype Design. 3) Validity and practicality. 4) The effectiveness of the development model for lecturer performance in education and teaching is based on Pangadereng Values ​​at IAIN Bone, which was developed. This research refers to the Borg & Gall model. This research is Research and Development. Data collection: interviews, questionnaires, focus group discussion, feasibility assessment sheets, practicality, product effectiveness. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive narrative and inferential statistics. The results of the study: a model for developing Lecturer Performance in the Field of Education and Teaching Based on Pangadereng Values ​​at IAIN Bone is needed to improve lecturer performance. The product expert test results show a very valid assessment, and the target user test results are very practical. The results of the effectiveness test showed that the Lecturer Performance Development Model in the Field of Education and Teaching Based on Pangadereng Values ​​at IAIN Bone was effectively used by lecturers to improve lecturer performance at IAIN Bone.

Abstract

Cultural values, particularly the values of sipakatau, sipakalebbi, and sipakainge, are crucial to be applied in the development of students' character within the educational environment. Schools serve as a second home after the family home, where children gain knowledge and develop their personalities. Therefore, it is essential for all school members to implement and integrate these cultural values into their daily lives. Although these values have been instilled, there are still many students who deviate from them, indicating the need for optimization in their application. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the values of sipakatau, sipakalebbi, and sipakainge in character education at SMKN 4 Bone, focusing on the challenges faced by educators, particularly in online learning. The findings show that despite efforts to instill these cultural values, some students still violate rules, such as skipping school and not adhering to the dress code. Therefore, further efforts are needed to raise awareness about the importance of cultural values in shaping students' character in school.

Abstract

One of the most appropriate approaches to use in building a sustainable village through community-based tourism development in Manurunge Village, Ulaweng District, Bone Regency, is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, because this method will foster community participation in understanding and identifying the problems they face, analyzing them, planning solutions together, then organizing existing resources, carrying out various actions for change, and conducting evaluation and reflection on their performance outcomes, thereby creating knowledge to build a sustainable village through community-based tourism development.The results of this community service activity have been able to change the status quo of village government officials and the community, who still maintained old behaviors resistant to tourism development. This change was made possible through an appropriate approach using Focus Group Discussions to provide understanding and awareness about the urgency of sustainable village development through collaboration between universities and the community in community-based tourism development. This can be achieved by presenting information on the difference between the expected behavior and the behavior actually practiced, enabling them to consciously and actively engage in analyzing, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the results of their joint work. Furthermore, this community service activity has been able to bring new behavioral patterns of the community into interventions within the structure to build new behaviors, values, and attitudes in the organizational process, as the village government apparatus has programmed in the RPJMDES for a tourism development package in 2024 in Manurunge Village, and with the existence of the village institution, namely BUMDes, as the tourism manager. Additionally, this community service activity has been able to stabilize the village government organization and village institution (BUMDes) in a new equilibrium condition, with the formation of supporting mechanisms, namely norms, policies, and organizational structures to support sustainable village development through cooperation between the University and the Community in the development of community-based tourism villages
