Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) hold a strategic role in Indonesia’s reeconomy, especially as a major contributor of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and labor absorption. However, SMEs still face various constraints, notably limited access to capital and markets. The presence of financial technology (financial technology/fintech) becomes an alternative solution to expand access to financing while facilitating financial transactions. This study aims to know the influence of fintech adoption on SME growth. The method used was an explanatory quantitative research with survey technique on a number of fintech user SME respondents in Padang City. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with tests of validity, reliability, as well as classical assumptions testing as supporting measures. The study results show that fintech adoption positively and significantly affects the growth of SMEs. The dimensions of ease of use, usefulness, accessibility, and security proved to make a real contribution towards the increase in omzet, the number of customers, as well as the expansion of SMEs’ market access. The conclusion of this study is that the utilization of fintech is capable of driving the growth of SMEs and can be an important instrument in strengthening the competitiveness of small businesses in the digital era.

Abstract

Information and communication technology has changed business significantly, with digital marketing and e-commerceas a key driver. Digital marketing uses the internet, mobile devices, and social media to promote products, enabling companies to reach a global audience cost-effectively E-commerce Facilitating online transactions, offering convenience and accessibility to global products. Culture plays a crucial role in influencing consumer behavior and marketing strategies. Local values, consumer preferences, and purchasing habits influence how products are selected, purchased, and used. This systematic literature review uses the PRISMA method to analyze articles from leading databases, addressing how cultural factors influence digital marketing strategies and e-commerce development in various global markets. The findings demonstrate a deep understanding of local and global cultural dynamics as key to effective marketing strategies. The study also identifies challenges and opportunities in digital marketing and e-commerce, including the need to build consumer trust and carefully manage personal data. Of the 36 articles that met the inclusion criteria, the study provides insights into current trends and future directions in digital marketing, e-commerce, and cultural influence.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the educational webinar program by the learning community of Guru Penggerak in Mukomuko Regency. This quantitative research used CIPP evaluation model study by Stufflebeam with a survey approach. In collecting the data, this research used a questionnaire with descriptive statistical analysis distributed through Google Forms to webinar participants. The findings indicated tha: (1) the context aspect indicates that the webinar program can meet the needs of teachers on webinar themes that are relevant to current educational issues and are easy to implement; (2) the input aspect indicates that the organizer of the educational webinar can present competent sources, material, and adequate facilities to the participants; (3) the process aspect indicates that the webinar implementation flow has been in line with the overall plan; and (4) the product aspect indicates that there is a significant improvement in the participants' understanding after attending the webinar. Overall, the contextual aspects indicated that the webinar program was necessary. The themes discussed in the webinars were relevant to current educational issues and had prospects to be applied in teacher learning practices.
