Abstract

Abstrak Studi ini mengkaji tantangan empiris dalam implementasi prinsip syariah pada manajemen keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep manajemen keuangan syariah, peran strategis manajer keuangan, serta mengeksplorasi pasar uang dan pasar modal syariah sebagi Solusi alternatif bagi lembaga keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis dokumen dan tinjauan literatur. Temuan menunjuka bahwa aktualisasi syariah dalam manajemen keuangan memerlukan harmonisasi antara prinsip syariah, efesiensi pasar, dan peran aktif manajer keuangan. Pasar uang syariah dan integrasinya dengan pasar modal syariah terbukti mengingkatkan likuiditas dan stabilitas keuangan. Manajer keuangan berperan krusial dalam mengoptimalkan instrument syariah, sementara pasar uang dan modal syariah menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi keterbatasan lembaga keuangan konvensional. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi penguatan tata Kelola keuangan syariah dan rekomendasi kebijakan bagi regulator. Studi kasus difokuskan pada peran manajemen keuangan syariah dalam pengembangan UMKM. Solusi yang ditawarkan melibatkan pendekatan syariah, berbeda dari Solusi konvensional, dengan mekankan prinsip keadilan dan risiko yang terdistribusi. Abstract This study examines the empirical challenges in implementation of sharia principles in financial management. This research aims to analyze the concept of Islamic financial management, the strategic role of financial managers, as well as exploring the Islamic money market and capital market as an alternative solution for financial institutions. Solution for financial institutions. This research utilizes a qualitative approach through document analysis and literature review. The findings show that the actualization of sharia in financial management requires harmonization between sharia principles, market efficiency, and the active role of between sharia principles, market efficiency, and the active role of financial managers. Market Islamic money market and its integration with the Islamic capital market are proven to improve liquidity and financial stability. Liquidity and financial stability. Abstract

This study analyzes the implications of international halal certification standards on the global trade of Indonesian halal products. The focus of the study covers the impact of standard harmonization, particularly through the OIC/SMIIC, on increasing export market access and the competitiveness of Indonesian products. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive-comparative analysis based on national regulations, BPJPH documents, and international standards. The results of the study show that the application of international halal standards strengthens global consumer confidence and opens up wider export opportunities for Indonesian products. However, differences in regulations between countries, high certification costs, and limited capacity of halal institutions remain major obstacles. Standard harmonization and strengthening of national certification institutions are needed so that Indonesia can optimally utilize the potential of the global halal market.
