Abstract

A bicycle control system has been made using the PWM principle to adjust the motor speed byusing a distance sensor as a safety system on the highway. The background of this research,electric bicycles have still not installed a safety system that directly connects motor speed usingthe principle of Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). The control system that is designed are addedan ultrasonic sensor on the front of the bicycle that serves to measure the distance of the rider'sbicycle with other vehicles. Variation of the specified distance is equal to ? 1 meter, ? 2 meters,? 3 meters, and > 3 meters, so the risk of accidents on the highway can be decreases. Thepurpose of this research is design and build a control system using the PWM principle toregulate the rotation speed of the motor and safety systems on electric bicycles. The results ofthis research are in barrier-free condition, electric bicycles can drove with average maximumspeed of 28 km/hour. The speed of an electric bicycle that is affected by the front ultrasonicsensor at a high speed at a distance of 3 meter, 2 meter and 1 meter, respectively; 20.6km/hour; 15.5 km/hour; and 5 km/hour. The right ultrasonic sensor has succeed to activatingthe buzzer at a distance of ? 100 cm.

Abstract

The low students study results in the learning activity using mechanic measurement devices is a background of the problem, caused by teacher’s teaching method is still using a conventional approach which is just a verbal lecture without using computer media, it can be seen from student’s low study results. This research aims to find out the level of students’ comprehention on the subject material with the number student of 30. The research is designed in three stages which are pretest stage, learning stage, and post test stage. Data collecting method to be used are documentation, dan test method. Instruments to be used are test and questionnaire. This research is a descriptive research that had been done on the tenth grade student of TKR SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya tahun ajaran 2014/2015. The student achievement level reached 83,4%. It means that learning process using tutorial video on the subject material Using mechanic measurement devices is achieved as per the achievement level criteria of learning process which is 80-100%. It can be concluded that learning model CAI (Computer Assistance Instruction) in the form of tutorial video can be used as an alternative in delivering subject material Using the mechanic measurement devices.

Abstract

This research was conducted under the considerations that second year students of Senior High School level need media in teaching-learning process. One of them is English comics in learning English. The objectives of the study were to find out whether there is any significant difference in the motivation of student’s mastery in learning English using comics and without using comics and to identify the effectiveness of English comics as a medium of teaching English. The population of this study was the second-year students of Senior High School Number 17 Takengon. The total number of samples in this study were 32 students. The data were collected through pre-test, post-test and questionnaire. In solving the problems, the researcher carried out an experimental study using statistical method called t-test. The writer used two classes: experiment class and control class. In the control class, the writer used written text story. While in the experiment class, the writer uses English comics. The computation result of t-test was 3.04. the t-table was 2.05 for α=5% and df=34. Because tObs was higher than totable (3.04>2.05), it cloud be concluded that there was significant different in the achievement between the students who were taught using comics and students who were taught without using comics. Referring to the experience in conducting this research, the writer offer suggestion to the teacher to motivate the student’s ability in learning English in order to get better result. The use of comic should be maintained frequently and recommended to English teachers, especially to teach Junior high School’s students in order to attract their motivation in learning English to be more fun.

Abstract

Public facilities are facilities provided for public purposes such as roads, street lighting, bus stops, sidewalks, and crossing bridges. The facilities provided are facilities that provide convenience for the community so that they must be properly maintained. Pedestrian facilities function to separate pedestrians from vehicle traffic lanes to ensure pedestrian safety and smooth traffic. Hospitals have a classification according to the Regulation of the Minister of the Republic of Indonesia Number 56 of 2004 concerning Hospital Classification and Licensing. This is in line with research conducted by researchers that not all hospitals treat all problems/diseases that arise in sick individuals, there are classifications that have been stated in these regulations. Text mining is text analysis where data sources are usually obtained from documents, and the goal is to find words that can represent the contents of the document so that an analysis of the  relationships, linkages and classes between documents can be carried out. The Hospital Classification Information System created can classify hospitals based on the data entered which can be accessed using an Android-based smartphone. This Hospital Classification Information System was created using the K-Means Clustering Method in hospital classification.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kerja pegawai pada kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi. Adapun hasil penelitian Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi dapat melaksanakan tugas sebagaimana rencana yang telah ditentukan. efektivitas kerja pegawai yang makin baik, karena pekerjaan-pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu. Hasil dan pelaksanaan kerja juga dapat dilihat dari penyelesaian tugas dan kreativitas pegawai untuk publikasi pada website Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi. Jumlah pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi mendukung melaksanakan tugas pekerjaan, apalagi ada sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan yang dapat mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Tanggung jawab pegawai di Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi juga cukup tinggi, yang ditunjang oleh kemampuan atau skill pegawai yang sesuai dengan bidang tugasnya dan koordinasi antar bagian maupun antar unit kerja yang dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Serta waktu pelaksanaan kerja sudah sesuai dengan perencanaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi permasalahan yang telah ditemukan Di Desa Gambiran, Kecamatan Plupuh, Kabupaten Sragen adalah fenomena Wanita Karier bukan suatu hal yang asing lagi ditengah masyarakat sekarang ini karena sebenarnya sekarang banyak para wanita karier yang memiliki pekerjaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangganya, bik dalam hal membuka warung dirumah, guru, juga usaha yang lainya. Fokus masalah yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana relasi suami istri dalam keluarga wanita Karier di desa Gambiran, kemudian bagaimana relasi suami istri dalam keluarga wanita karier di desa Gambiran perspektif Hukum Islam dan Gender. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana relasi suami istri dalam keluarga wanita karier di desa Gambiran dan bagaimana relasi suami istri daalam keluarga wanita karier jika di lihat dari sudut pandang Hukum Islam, gender. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian lapangan atau (field research) yaitu penelitian yang terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi melalui wawancara langsung dengan wanita karier, suami, dan anaknya dalam mengetahui mengenai Relasi suami istri dalam keluarga wanita karier didesa Gambiran perspektif Hukum Islam dan Gender. Dalam penelitianya penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif yaitu penelitian dengan menggambarkan atau menjelaskan suatu objek penelitian yang berdasarkan dengan data yang sudah dikumpulkan, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan bahwa terdapat wanita karier yang relasi antara suami dan istri baik ada juga sebaliknya, relasi suami istri dalam keluarga wanita karier dengan tidak saling melimpahkan pekerjaan dan tanggung jawab pada satu sama lain. Selain itu pembagian tugas domestik harus dilakukan secara adil dan disepakati bersama, serta tidak boleh melihat unsur kelamin. Adanya kerja sama yang dilakukan secara sepadan dan adil antara suami dan istri dalam keluarga juga dalam menjalankan fungsi keluarga dengan cara membagi peran dan pekerjaan baik yang bersifat publik, domestik maupun sosial kemasyarakatan. Dan sudah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dalam Hukum Islam dan Gender. Namun terdapat salah satu wanita karier di Desa Gambiran mengalami peran ganda. This research is based on the problems that have been found in Gambiran Village, Plupuh District, Sragen Regency, namely the phenomenon of Career Women is no longer a strange thing in today's society because in fact now many career women have jobs to meet them household needs, both in terms of opening a shop at home, teachers, and other businesses. The focus of the problem that will be studied in this study is how the relationship between husband and wife in the families of career women in Gambiran Village, then how the relationship between husband and wife in the families of career women in Gambiran Village from the perspective of Islamic Law and Gender. The purpose of this study is to find out how the relationship between husband and wife in the families of career women in Gambiran Village and how the relationship between husband and wife in the families of career women when viewed from the perspective of Islamic Law, gender. This type of research is a type of field research, namely research that goes directly to the field to obtain data and information through direct interviews with career women, their husbands, and children in finding out about the relationship between husband and wife in the families of families career women in Gambiran village from the perspective of Islamic Law and Gender. In his research, the author uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive, namely research by describing or explaining a research object based on the data that has been collected, data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews. From this study it was found that there are career women whose relationship between husband and wife is good, there are also vice versa, the relationship between husband and wife in the family of career women by not delegating work and responsibility to each other. In addition, the division of domestic tasks must be done fairly and agreed upon together, and should not see the element of gender. There is cooperation that is carried out equally and fairly between husband and wife in the family also in carrying out family functions by dividing roles and work both public, domestic and social. And it is in accordance with the values ​​in Islamic Law and Gender. However, there is one career woman in Gambiran Village who experiences a dual role.

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas tentang kehidupan sosial masyarakat dengan menggunakan konsep nimerik "0-1" dan "1-0" yang merupakan representasi dari falsafah adat Gayo, yakni ”Tertip Bermajelis Umet Bermuliye”, falsafah ini pada masyarakat Gayo berfungsi untuk mengingatkan dan menasihati agar anggota masyarakatnya bertindak atau berprilaku dengan taat, teratur-rapi, dan agar saling menghargai satu sama lain. Jika hal ini sudah terealisasi dengan maksimal, maka yang akan terbangun pada sosial mereka adalah umat akan dimuliakan. Hal ini diberlakukan dalam konteks membangun diri melalui penghargaan terhadap orang lain. Konsep ini menekankan bahwa pentingnya membangun hubungan timbal balik antara penghargaan diri dan penghargaan kepada orang lain. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan ini, individu dapat membangun rasa percaya diri dan empati yang lebih baik, sehingga dapat menciptakan hubungan sosial yang harmonis. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis literatur, pengamatan mendalam di lapangan dan wawancara untuk menggambarkan bagaimana penghargaan terhadap orang lain dapat membantu seseorang memperbesar dirinya tanpa merendahkan pihak lain.

Abstract

The customary law still in effect in Central Kalimantan, particularly among the Dayak Ngaju tribe, serves as a means of social control and governance. This study employs normative legal research methods and qualitative research types with a statutory approach. In Dayak Ngaju customary law, "Singer" refers to a sanction in the form of a fine. Established in 1984 during the great Tumbang Anoi meeting, the Singer was intended to put an end to hostile traditions between Dayak sub-tribes, such as headhunting and slavery. The fine acts as a form of atonement to avoid divine retribution and the wrath of nature's guardians. The primary objective of Singer is to deter individuals, making them aware of their wrongdoing and preventing recurrence. Offenses subject to customary sanctions include environmental destruction, violations of social norms, criminal acts, infringements on customary rights, and disobedience to customary law. Customary fines may consist of goods, animals, or money, often accompanied by rituals to restore communal balance. For legal certainty, the regulation of the execution of Dayak customary court decisions should be codified into clear written law, specifying the authorities responsible for enforcement and penalties for those who fail to pay the Singer.

Abstract

This research aims to strengthen teachers' competence in creating GEDSI-based digital learning media.. This article uses the PAR method with the subject of a class V MI teacher in Tegalrejo, Magelang. The instrument used is in the form of teacher competency understanding sheets in compiling GEDSI-based digital learning media. The results of this service are 85% in the very good category and 15% in the good category. In addition, have awareness related to media development. Innovate in integrating natural science material with digital technology and mainstream GEDSI. Third, Include payloads/characters based on GEDSI. Develop evaluation tools and implement their work in their respective institutions.required for computerization. Development of digital learning media adapted to GEDSI as the foundation of inclusive education in order to develop abilities, shape character, and national civilization.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia  merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam suatu perusahaan, maka SDM harus dikelola dengan baik untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efesiensi dari perusahaan tersebut. Kinerja didefinisikan sebagai apa yang dilakukan atau tidak dilakukan pegawai.  Kinerja pegawai adalah yang mempengaruhi seberapa banyak mereka memberi kontribusi kepada organisasi. Seleksi atau Selection adalah proses untuk memilih pelamar untuk dijadikan karyawan dan menempatkan mereka pada posisi yang dibutuhkan oleh organisasi. Dengan kata lain, seleksi adalah suatu proses pencocokan kebutuhan dan persyaratan organisasi terhadap keterampilan dan kualifikasi para pelamar kerja.  Aplikasi penerimaan karyawan menerapkan metode Adaptive Boosting untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan terkait diterima atau tidaknya karyawan.
