Abstract

One of the 21st-century skills that needs to be developed is problem-solving. Problem-solving ability is understanding problems, planning solutions, applying solutions, evaluating, and finding solutions to problems. In fact, problem-solving ability in chemistry learning is still low, so a strategy is needed to overcome this problem, one of which is the application of project-based learning. Project-based learning is a learning model that involves students directly in the learning process through research activities. This study aims to evaluate the effect of implementing the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model on students' problem-solving skills in learning chemistry. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Articles were obtained from Google Scholar, Scopus, and DOAJ, and 9 articles met the inclusion criteria set and were analyzed further. The results of the analysis show that the PjBL model has a positive influence on students' problem-solving skills. Project-based learning allows learners to be creative, work together, and develop solutions within a particular time, improving their collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills. Implementing PjBL also provides a more interesting and realistic learning experience, helping learners understand the learning material and practice practical skills. Overall, implementing PjBL shows positive results in achieving chemistry learning objectives in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains.      Keywords: chemistry learning, problem-solving, project-based learning.

Abstract

In 2020 cases of Covid-19 were found in various parts of the world, one of which was in Indonesia. Since it was first discovered, this case has continued to increase, with DKI Jakarta Province being the highest contributor to daily positive cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia. The Indonesian government continues to make efforts and cooperation between institutions. One of the institutions it has is the Health Agency. However, the arrangements and working conditions that have changed following the development of the Covid-19 case can cause fatigue for employees of the DKI Jakarta Health Agency.. This study aims to analyze the relationship between work-related risk factors (working hours, effort, work rewards, overcommitment, social support, and job satisfaction) and non-work-related (sleep quantity, sleep quality, health status, educational status, stress, and age) on employees of Jakarta Health Agency against fatigue. This study used a cross-sectional research design with primary data collection using a questionnaire. The results of research based on MFI found that 64 employees (45.7%) experienced general fatigue, 67 employees (47.9%) experienced physical fatigue, 67 employees (47.9%) experienced mental fatigue, 47 employees (33.6%) experienced reduced activity, and as many as 65 employees (46.4%) experienced reduced motivation with variables having a p-value

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tradisi selamatan naik rumah baru yang masih dipertahankan oleh masyarakat Banjar di Banjarmasin. Tradisi ini merupakan bentuk ungkapan Syukur atas selesainya Pembangunan rumah, namun praktiknya sering menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai landasan syariat dan relevansinya dalam konteks fikih kontemporer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk pelaksanaan selamatan naik rumah baru di masyarakat Banjar, menggali perspektif tokoh agama Banjarmasin mengenai status hukumnya, serta menganalisis tradisi tersebut melalui pendekatan fikih klasik dan kontemporer. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan sosiologi hukum Islam. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan tokoh agama di Banjarmasin serta observasi ringan terhadap praktik masyarakat. Data sekunder diperoleh dari literatur hukum Islam. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan proses reduksi data, kategorisasi tematik, serta analisis fikih berbasis kaidah ‘urf, dan maslahah. Tradisi selamatan naik rumah baru merupakan salah satu praktik keagamaan yang masih lestari dalam masyarakat Banjar. Tradisi ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk ungkapan rasa syukur kepada Allah Swt. atas selesainya pembangunan rumah serta harapan akan keselamatan dan keberkahan bagi penghuni rumah. Namun, dalam praktiknya, tradisi ini kerap memunculkan perbedaan pandangan di kalangan masyarakat terkait dasar hukum dan kesesuaiannya dengan ajaran fikih Islam.
