Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to various sectors of the economy, including courier services. In the context of the digital economy, the adoption of technology enhances operational efficiency, reduces costs, and improves service quality. PT Pos Indonesia has responded by launching the Pos Aja application, which facilitates users in accessing parcel delivery services online. This application allows users to order, track packages, obtain rate information, and make payments easily. The main benefits of the Pos Aja application include ease of access, reduced waiting times, and cost efficiency. This research explores the efficiency of the Pos Aja application compared to conventional methods, addressing questions regarding productivity, time flexibility, and challenges in digitalization. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on the Ngawi Post Office branch, which faces unique digital infrastructure challenges. This study provides new insights into the implementation of the Pos Aja application and offers recommendations for PT Pos Indonesia to enhance the effectiveness of digitalization. It is also expected to provide guidance for policymakers on the importance of digital infrastructure in the transformation of public services. Abstract

The dish soap making training in Tulakan Village was motivated by the need to improve the skills and economy of PKK women in the village. The purpose of this activity is to provide new skills that can be used to meet daily needs and open additional business opportunities. The method used in this training is Design Implementation Evaluation (DIE), which involves coordination with the village, preparation of tools and materials, and hands-on practice in soap making. Participants were trained intensively with guidance and supervision from the presenters, so that they were not only able to make their own dish soap, but also took the initiative to produce in larger quantities. The results of this training showed that participants successfully developed new skills that can improve the welfare and economic independence of their families. Thus, the training successfully opened up new economic opportunities and empowered the village community, which is expected to contribute to the overall improvement of the local economy. Dish Shop Abstrak: Pelatihan pembuatan sabun cuci piring di Desa Tulakan dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan perekonomian ibu-ibu PKK di desa tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan keterampilan baru yang dapat digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari serta membuka peluang usaha tambahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah Desain Implementasi Evaluasi (DIE), yang melibatkan koordinasi dengan pihak desa, persiapan alat dan bahan, serta praktik langsung dalam pembuatan sabun. Peserta dilatih secara intensif dengan bimbingan dan pengawasan dari pemateri, sehingga mereka tidak hanya mampu membuat sabun cuci piring sendiri, tetapi juga berinisiatif untuk memproduksi dalam jumlah lebih besar. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta berhasil mengembangkan keterampilan baru yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemandirian ekonomi keluarga mereka. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini berhasil membuka peluang ekonomi baru dan memberdayakan masyarakat desa, yang diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan perekonomian lokal secara keseluruhan.
