Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the gold guarantee financing system at BMT UGT Nusantara capem Blega, Bangkalan Regency. This research uses a qualitative type of research. Data sources in this study are primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation.The results of this study explain that the financing product of BMT UGT Nusantara that can be used as an alternative to meet the need for cash quickly and easily is Gold Guarantee Financing abbreviated as PJE. This product uses the contract Rahn Bil Ujrah. In this financing there are special requirements given to prospective customers. Among them, for goods / gold that want to be used as collateral as financing must be in the form of real gold, both old gold and young gold. The gold valuation stage of BMT UGT Nusantara capem Blega Adjust to market prices. Furthermore, in the repayment stage, customers can pay off their loans at any time without waiting for maturity. And lastly, in the auction stage. BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Blega does not arbitrarily auction collateral, but must fulfill several auction procedures set by BMT UGT Nusantara. Abstract

Accreditation is an assessment process from the government to determine the quality and quality of an institution based on criteria set by the government. More and more people are aware of the importance of education, it turns out to be one of the factors in the development of PAUD institutions in Indonesia, but there are still some PAUD institutions that have not carried out the accreditation process because the issue of accreditation is a scary moment so that institutions experience many obstacles in the process of preparing for accreditation, both principals, teachers. , administration staff. This mentoring activity aims to provide an understanding to institutions of the importance of an accreditation and provide direction in accordance with accreditation assessment standards and by using workshop methods, lectures, questions and answers and the practice of making accreditation documents and uploading documents in the SISPENA application. This activity was carried out on Saturday-Sunday, 18-19 July 2022 at the Restu Bunda PAUD Post Institute, Durensewu Village, Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how religious education is taught using a humanistic approach for children with special needs at Darut Taqwa Vocational School, to find out the parameters for the success of learning religious education for ABK with a humanistic approach and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for learning religious education for ABK with a humanistic approach. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using a phenomenological approach. The research results show that religious education learning through a humanistic approach for ABK is in the quite effective category. This can be seen from the special attention given by religious education teachers to students with special needs so that they can follow and understand the learning well. The success of religious education for children with special needs using a humanistic approach has been considered quite successful, this can be seen when in learning students feel happy and not differentiated from regular students, they can read iqro', understand hijaiyah letters, can do questions, students' progress after learning is better compared to before. Supporting factors for learning Islamic religious education with a humanistic approach include: the presence of special teachers from special schools, teaching staff who have undergone inclusion training, facilities and infrastructure that have been adapted to the needs of children with special needs, school support, and the existence of a humanistic approach. Inhibiting factors include children with special needs who have difficulty listening to explanations during learning, teachers who are not yet experts in using sign language, and there are no standard minimum criteria.

Abstract

Quality education requires innovative and adaptive learning planning according to current developments. This article discusses strategic steps that can be taken to create motivating and relevant learning experiences. Progressive education requires an innovative approach in designing learning plans. This article outlines a series of strategic steps that can be taken to create a dynamic learning experience that is in line with current needs. By exploring the concept of in-depth understanding of student needs, readers are invited to understand the importance of differentiation as the main basis. Collaborative and team learning is the focus of the next section, providing concrete examples of the implementation of teamwork in the learning process. Evaluation of innovation and continuous adjustment concludes, emphasizing the importance of continuous reflection in improving the effectiveness and relevance of learning plans. This article uses a literature review research method, namely a literature study by taking sources from scientific journals. The aim of this article is to provide inspiration and practical guidance to readers to develop learning plans that are not only innovative but also relevant and responsive to changes in the world of education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the position of Pospay in increasing transaction volume at the Ngawi Branch Post Office through a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis approach. Data were collected through interviews and analysis of related documents. The results of the study identified several strengths, such as ease of use and accessibility, which contributed to the increase in transactions. However, weaknesses such as lack of socialization and public understanding were also revealed. Existing opportunities, such as increasing public interest in digital transactions, show potential for growth. On the other hand, threats from competitors and challenges in technological infrastructure are factors that need to be considered. Recommendations from this study include increasing user education and more effective promotions to maximize the potential of Pospay in Ngawi. The results of this study are expected to provide guidance for Post Office managers in optimizing digital services.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to various sectors of the economy, including courier services. In the context of the digital economy, the adoption of technology enhances operational efficiency, reduces costs, and improves service quality. PT Pos Indonesia has responded by launching the Pos Aja application, which facilitates users in accessing parcel delivery services online. This application allows users to order, track packages, obtain rate information, and make payments easily. The main benefits of the Pos Aja application include ease of access, reduced waiting times, and cost efficiency. This research explores the efficiency of the Pos Aja application compared to conventional methods, addressing questions regarding productivity, time flexibility, and challenges in digitalization. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on the Ngawi Post Office branch, which faces unique digital infrastructure challenges. This study provides new insights into the implementation of the Pos Aja application and offers recommendations for PT Pos Indonesia to enhance the effectiveness of digitalization. It is also expected to provide guidance for policymakers on the importance of digital infrastructure in the transformation of public services. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of e-stamps on the income of the Ngawi Branch Post Office. In the era of digitalization, innovations such as e-stamps are expected to improve operational efficiency and provide convenience for customers in conducting administrative transactions. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive and causal design, where data is collected through questionnaires and secondary data analysis from post office financial reports. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant increase in income after the implementation of e-stamps. Efficiency in the administrative process and ease of access for customers are the main factors that drive increased income. In addition, the success of the implementation of e-stamps is also influenced by socialization, infrastructure availability, and management support. This study contributes to the understanding of public service innovation and its implications for economic performance, and offers recommendations for policy development in the postal service sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

Cash waqf holds significant potential in strengthening the national Islamic economic system. However, its realization has yet to reach an optimal level. One of the key strategic factors in the development of cash waqf lies in the performance of nazhir (waqf managers). This study aims to analyze the fundraising strategies, management, and development of cash waqf as implemented by Dompet Dhuafa East Java. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that cash waqf fundraising activities at Dompet Dhuafa East Java largely depend on campaigns and programs initiated by the Dompet Dhuafa central office. This dependency also extends to the management and development of waqf programs. Several challenges were identified, including low public literacy on cash waqf, limited socialization efforts, and the lack of comprehensive information dissemination regarding waqf programs. These issues have led to a low level of public trust in cash waqf instruments, resulting in significantly lower fundraising outcomes compared to Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS). To enhance the development of cash waqf, strategic efforts should involve collaboration with formal and non-formal educational institutions, religious leaders, influencers, and various societal elements, while optimizing the use of social media platforms. Furthermore, regular implementation of focus group discussions (FGDs) and seminars, both online and offline, is essential to increase public awareness. Additionally, capacity building for waqf management can be achieved through continuous guidance and supervision from regulatory bodies, aimed at fostering trustworthy, professional, and accountable nazhir. Through these efforts, public awareness and participation in cash waqf via Dompet Dhuafa East Java are expected to improve significantly.

Abstract

This research is based on the needs of MTs. Mambaus Sholihin students to interactive learning media for more effective learning activities in memorizing mufradat and as an effort to increase the spirit of learning students. The objectives of this development study are: (1.) to know the influence of the use of AJIDAH learning media on the effectiveness of Mufradat memorization for students of grade VII-O MTs. Mambaus Sholihin Gresik, (2) knowing the significance of the impact of the development of AJIDAH learning media on the effectiveness of memorization of Mufradat students MTs. Mambaus Solihin Suci, Manyar, Gresik. This research is R and D research using quantitative approach, this type of research is Pre-Experimental Design with the form of One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The steps in this research method are: Needs Analysis, Data Collection, Product Design, Expert Review, Design Revision, Product Trial, Product Revision, Usage Trial, Product Revision, and Finished Product. Data obtained from observations, tests, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the "t" test. The results of this study are as follows: test results "t" against posttest learning results obtained thitung = 14.64 while ttabel with df 39 (40-1) at the level of significance 5% is 1.98. Thus 14.64 is greater than 1.98 which means the working hypothesis (Ha) in this study is accepted, namely the influence of the use of AJIDAH media on the effectiveness of memorization of Arabic vocabulary students MTs. Mambaus Sholihin, Gresik.

Abstract

One of the important things that causes the formation of good character is the parenting style that parents apply to their children. As technology becomes increasingly sophisticated, digital media is widely used by various groups, from children to the elderly. Lack of parental supervision for children who are essentially unable to differentiate between good and bad with all their curiosity. Many parents normalize this without causing any impact in the future. This can be an inappropriate parenting pattern that greatly affects the success of character education in children. This research aims to educate about the importance of parenting patterns in the character education of children and adolescents in Girikerto village in 2024. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with the research subjects being parents from kindergarten, elementary and middle school students for the 2024/2025 academic year who collected 30 people. Data was obtained through interviews and observation. The research results show that there are factors that influence the character development of children and adolescents, including: Parents' neglect of their children due to busy work, parents' dependence on children's formal education, a less conducive home environment, and a high level of gadget addiction.   Abstrak : Salah satu hal penting yang menjadi penyebab terbentuknya karakter yang baik yakni pola asuh yang diterapkan orang tua terhadap anaknya. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman teknologi semakin canggih, media digital banyak digunakan berbagai kalangan mulai dari anak-anak hingga lansia. Kurangya pengawasan orang tua pada anak yang hakikatnya belum bisa memilah baik dan buruk dengan segala keingintahuannya. Banyak orangtua yang menormalisasikan hal tersebut tanpa mengkhawatirkan akibat di masa yang akan datang. Hal ini dapat menjadi pola asuh yang tidak tepat sehingga sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan pendidikan karakter pada anak. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi tentang pentingnya pola asuh orang tua terhadap pendidikan karakter anak dan remaja di desa Girikerto tahun 2024 melalui Seminar Parenting. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian orang tua dari murid TK, SD, dan SMP tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data didapatkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan karakter anak dan remaja antara lain: Kelalaian orang tua terhadap anak karena kesibukan pekerjaan, bergantungnya orang tua terhadap pendidikan formal anak, lingkungan rumah yang kurang kondusif, tingkat kecanduan gadget yang tinggi.
