Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and institutional support on entrepreneurial intention with intrinsic motivation as a moderating variable in undergraduate students of the Management Study Program, FE, UST. This study uses a quantitative method with purposive sampling technique and involves 112 respondents who have taken entrepreneurship courses or similar courses. Data were collected through offline questionnaires and analyzed using AMOS. The results showed that self-efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, while institutional support has no significant effect. Intrinsic motivation significantly moderates the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention, but does not act as a moderator in the relationship between institutional support and entrepreneurial intention. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation in increasing students' entrepreneurial intentions, as well as the need to develop more effective institutional programs to support entrepreneurship

Abstract

The sterilizer unit at PT ABC experienced various damages during the palm oil processing process. This study aims to analyze potential risks and determine priority improvements that need to be done using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) methods. There are five risks in the sterilizer unit at PT ABC based on the FMEA analysis. Risks with high criticality are leaking inlet steam piping with an RPN score of 210. Risks with medium criticality are broken and worn door packing and worn sterilizer door bearings with RPN scores of 175 and 150. Risks with low criticality are leaking blowdown pipes with an RPN score of 56. Furthermore, the FTA analysis found that the three main root causes of leaking inlet steam piping are incorrect installation of packing on flange joints due to mismatched sizes or bolt tightening, low welding strength due to inaccurate mechanics, and late replacement of materials due to components that have reached their service life. Therefore, the recommended corrective actions are proper and scheduled replacement of flange packing, as well as training for mechanics on correct welding and bolt installation procedures.
