Abstract

Universitas Terbuka (UT) as an open and distance higher education institution needs to have data on the student reasons why they enrolling at UT and why they choose their study programs. The data can be obtained from alumni who recently graduated, for that UT has developed an exit survey applications. There are two programs that are managed by UT, the Regular Program or Non-Pendas and Basic Education Program (Pendas). In this study respondents of the exit survey consist of 3,190 Regular Program alumni and 34,856 Program Pendas alumni, which is a graduate of UT during 2009.2 to 2010.2 semesters. The results of exit survey data processing shows that there are some differences regarding the reasons for the UT enrollment and reasons for choosing study program, among the Regular and Pendas Program alumni. The main reason for the Regular and Pendas Program alumni enrolled at UT is "Knowledge Improvement". While the main reason for choosing study program for the Regular Programme alumni is "Supporting the Job", while alumni from Pendas Program is "Knowledge Improvement". In the future the data obtained from exit survey can be used for dissemination and promotion, increasing the number of students, as well as reducing the number of non-active students. Universitas Terbuka (UT) sebagai institusi pendidikan tinggi terbuka jarak jauh perlu memiliki data mengenai apa alasan mahasiswa masuk UT dan apa alasan mereka memilih program studi. Data tersebut dapat diperoleh dari alumni yang baru saja lulus, untuk itu UT telah mengembangkan aplikasi exit survey. Ada dua program yang dikelola oleh UT, yaitu Program Reguler atau Non-Pendas dan Program Pendidikan Dasar (Pendas). Dalam penelitian ini responden exit survey dari Program Reguler sebanyak 3.190 dan Program Pendas berjumlah 34.856, yang merupakan lulusan UT pada masa yudisium 2009.2 sampai dengan 2010.2. Hasil pengolahan data exit survey memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat beberapa perbedaan mengenai alasan masuk UT dan alasan memilih program studi, antara alumni Program Reguler dan Pendas. Alasan utama masuk UT bagi alumni Program Reguler maupun Pendas adalah Menambah Pengetahuan. Sedangkan alasan utama memilih program studi bagi alumni Program Reguler adalah Menunjang Pekerjaan, sementara alumni Program Pendas adalah Menambah Pengetahuan. Di masa yang akan datang data yang diperoleh dari exit survey dapat digunakan untuk sosialisasi dan promosi, meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa, serta menurunkan jumlah mahasiswa non-aktif.

Abstract

Innovation Culture as the strength of a business enterprise in the face of intense competition, so it is seen as a very important variable. This study aims to explore the role of Trilogy Leadership and Knowledge Sharing Climate  in improving the Culture of Innovation. The research object is lecturer at private university in Kopertis V area. The tool used to test the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the analysis of the proposed hypothesis are all accepted, where the Leadership Trilogy directly or indirectly have a significant positive effect on the Culture of Innovation. With the proven role of Trilogy Leadership to the Culture of Innovation either directly or through Knowledge Sharing Climate, it will become an interesting reference and very important for academics and practitioners related to the style of Trilogy Leadership.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memvalidasi instrumen narimo ing pandum. Adapun populasi penelitian adalah guru dilingkungan Perguruan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta, dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian  dengan uij validitas menunjukkan bahwa instrumen narimo ing pandum mempunyai validitas karena > 0,5. Untuk hasil uji reliabiltas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha 0,928, telah memenuhi persyaratan karena > 0,60.

Abstract

The writer wants to know the factors that influence OCB in BUMDes Panggung Lestari Panggungharjo Village Sewon District Bantul Regency. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test, t test and sobel test. Based on the results of this study note that, individual characteristics and affective commitment have a significant positive effect on intrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, individual characteristics have a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, affective commitment has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and individual characteristics, affective commitment has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior with intrinsic motivation variables as intervening variables. It is hoped that this research can be used to measure individual character, commitment and motivation towards organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on individual performance with self-efficacy as an intervening variable for employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Yogyakarta. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used is all employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Yogyakarta as many as 55 employees. The sample in this study were all employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Yogyakarta, as many as 55 employees. The sampling technique used was total sampling with data collection methods using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, job satisfaction has no significant positive effect on individual performance. Job satisfaction has significant positive effect on self efficacy and self efficacy has significant positive on individual performance. In this study, self efficacy as an intervening variable has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction on individual performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of Affective Commitment to OCB, (2) the influence of Emotional Intelligence on OCB, (3) the influence of Organizational Support on OCB, and (4) the influence jointly of Affective Commitment, Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Support to OCB. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study is a permanent employee of the Office of Industry and Trade of the Special Region of Yogyakarta which amounts to 68 people. The sample of this study because less than 100 then 68 permanent employees were involved all. Data collection method using questionnaire using Judgement Sampling technique or often called Purposive Sampling. This study used data quality test, classic assumption test (normality test, heterocysticity test, and multicollinierity test), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that Affective Commitment Variables have no effect on OCB Variables. Emotional Intelligence Variables have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Organizational Support Variables have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Variable Affective Commitment, Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Support together or simultaneously affect OCB.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine whether the effect of intrinsic motivation, verbal communication, financial compensation, on individual employee performance. The research took place at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bantul Regency. The sampling method was nonprobability, and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire which was directly submitted to the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bantul Regency. The number of questionnaires that were processed was 48 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23 The results of the t-test research. has an influence on Employee Individual Performance (Y), Based on the results of data processing the Verbal Communication variable has a t-count smaller than t-table (1.024 <1.681) with a probability (0.312) greater than the significant level of 0.05, thus Communication Verbal (X2) partially has no effect on Employee Individual Performance (Y). 0.05, thus Financial Compensation (X3) partially has an effect on Individual Employee Performance (Y). And the f test can be seen that the calculated F value is 5.345 and the f table value is 1.681. The value of F count> F table and the sig value of 0.003 <0.05 (α) so that hypothesis 4 has a positive and significant effect on Intrinsic Motivation, Verbal Communication, Financial Compensation, on Kryawan's Individual Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration, Bantul Regency Key words: Influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Verbal Communication, Financial Compensation, Against Individual Employee Performance in the Department of Population and Civil Registration, Bantul Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi, pengembangan karir dan proses rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan PTPN6 Unit Usaha Rimbo Dua Kabupaten Tebo Jambi. Sifat penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PTPN6 Unit Usaha Rimbo Dua Kabupaten Tebo Jambi yang berjumlah 324. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Afdeling IV dan V yang berjumlah 93 karyawan dengan mengggunakan rumus slovin. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel non probability dengan teknik accidental sampling. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuisioner. Uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji R², uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Proses rekrutmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi, pengembangan karir dan proses rekrutmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi, pengembangan karir dan proses rekrutmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PTPN6 Unit Usaha Rimbo Dua Kabupaten Tebo Jambi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik, komunikasi, dan stress kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan cabang Gamping Kabupaten Sleman yang berjumlah 57 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang ditentukan sebanyak 50 orang karyawan tetap. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga melibatkan 50 karyawan tetap sebagai responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 23. Secara parsial hasil yang didapat menunjukkan variabel motivasi ekstrinsik, komunikasi, dan stress kerja bersama- sama atau secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
