Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan program pengabdian kemitraan masyarakat antara tim Politeknik Negeri Medan dengan anggota PKK Desa Helvetia, Kecamatan Sunggal, Kabupaten Deli Serdang yang mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pembuatan aneka cake dan memasarkannya melalui Sosial Media bagi masyarakat Desa Helvetia Sunggal, Deli Serdang. Pelatihan pendampingan ini juga bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan minat berusaha bagi masyarakat Desa Helvetia yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarganya. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pemberian bantuan, pendampingan dan diskusi. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa anggota PKK Desa Helvetia telah mampu untuk membuat aneka chiffon cake dengan segala variasinya yang layak jual karena rasanya enak sehat tanpa menggunakan bahan-bahan pengawet atau bahan kimia lainnya. Peserta telah mampu menghitung dan menentukan harga jual produknya dengan harga yang wajar namun mendapat keuntungan sesuai yang diinginkan. Peserta telah berhasil mendownload media sosial facebook, instagram, tiktok dan youtube di Handphone nya masing-masing sebagai sarana pemasaran. This activity is a community service partnership program between the Medan State Polytechnic team and PKK Members of Helvetia Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, which has the aim of improving skills in making various cakes and marketing them through Social Media for the people of Helvetia Sunggal Village, Deli Serdang. This mentoring training also aims to foster an interest in doing business for the people of Helvetia Village, which can increase their family income. The method used is training, providing assistance, mentoring, and discussion. The results of the implementation of community service activities show that members of the Helvetia Village PKK have been able to make a variety of chiffon cakes with all their variations that are worth selling because they taste delicious and healthy without using preservatives or other chemicals. Participants have been able to calculate and determine the selling price of their products at a fair price but get the desired profit. Participants have successfully downloaded Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube social media on their respective cellphones as marketing tools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the law of Values of Justice in the Reconstruction of Copyright Transfers through Inheritance based on Law no. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. Normative juridical research methods are used to understand, interpret, and clarify legal issues by referring to existing legal sources. The results showed that the transition of copyrights through inheritance could be done if the Creator had died, had inheritance and had an heir. The inheritance legal system in Civil Based on the documentation of the transfer in the Directorate General of Intellectual Property is employed in the transfer of copyrights. To obtain their rights as heirs, heirs must execute an inheritance deed accompanied by a death certificate and an inheritance certificate, and heirs are required to record the Director General of Intellectual Property, accompanied by documents on the transfer of rights. Most people divert their rights through the civil resistant legal system because it is easier to do so than through the law of customary inheritance or Islamic inheritance law; in the civil resistant legal system, there is no difference between heirs and expert inheritance male and female.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze electronic commerce and trademarks in terms of civil law responsibilities in the digital era. In this study, the normative juridical research method was used, namely an approach in legal research that focuses on the analysis of written legal sources, such as laws, statutory regulations, court decisions, and other legal documents. The results of the study show that electronic commerce (e-commerce) and trademarks are two aspects that have implications for civil law responsibility. First, electronic commerce is the activity of buying and selling goods and services carried out electronically via the internet or other electronic media. In this context, civil law responsibilities relate to obligations and responsibilities between parties involved in e-commerce transactions, namely as follows: 1) Contracts and Obligations; 2) Consumer Protection; 3) Product Responsibility: Second, a trademark is a symbol or sign used to differentiate the products or services of one company from another. Trademark protection is part of the civil law that protects the rights of brand owners against the use or infringement of said mark as follows: 1) Trademark Registration; 2) Trademark Infringement; 3) Brand Dispute Resolution.
