Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of the principles of transparency and accountability in the management of public funds received by this social institution. This study uses a qualitative case study approach by analyzing YKAKI's 2023 financial report, and evaluating its impact on public trust. The results of the study show that YKAKI has demonstrated a good level of transparency through the preparation of financial reports audited by independent auditors on a regular basis, as well as the provision of clear information on the use of funds and program results. In addition, the application of the principle of accountability in financial management can also be seen from reporting in accordance with accounting standards for non-profit organizations, such as ISAK No.35 / No.335.

Abstract

Learning motivation is an important factor that influences students’ success in learning informatics, which requires both conceptual understanding and technical skills. This study aims to improve students’ learning motivation in informatics subjects through the implementation of interactive learning media. The research method employed was Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Interactive learning media were applied as instructional actions to enhance student engagement. The results indicate a significant increase in students’ learning motivation from the first cycle to the second cycle, as evidenced by improvements in active participation, learning enthusiasm, task completion, and understanding of the material. The implementation of interactive learning media was proven to create a more engaging learning environment and encourage students’ active involvement in the learning process. Therefore, it can be concluded that interactive learning media are effective as a learning strategy to enhance students’ learning motivation in informatics subjects in the digital era.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan siswa di sekolah (school well-being) merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan proses pembelajaran dan perkembangan psikologis peserta didik. School well-being mencerminkan kondisi di mana siswa merasa nyaman, aman, diterima, serta mampu berkembang secara optimal dalam lingkungan sekolah. Berbagai faktor diduga memengaruhi tingkat kesejahteraan tersebut, di antaranya kemampuan siswa dalam mengelola stress (coping stress) dan persepsi terhadap iklim kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional.Populasi penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X.a,b,c,d & XI.a,b,c,d yang terdiri dari 288 siswa SMA N 1 Cangkringan. Proses pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive samping. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan, Coping stress secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap school well-being pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Cangkingan berdasarkan t hitung (2,497) > ttabel (1,969) dan nilai Sig. (0,013) < 5% (0,05). iklim kelas secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap school well-being pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Cangkingan berdasarkan thitung (5,205) > ttabel (1,969) dan nilai Sig. (0,000) < 5% (0,05). Coping stress dan iklim kelas secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap school well-being pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Cangkingan berdasarkan Fhitung (16,537) > Ftabel (3,032) dan nilai Sig. (0,000) < 5% (0,05), Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan,dapat disimpulkan bahwa coping stress dan iklim kelas secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap school well-being. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin adaptif strategi coping stress yang dimiliki siswa serta semakin kondusif iklim kelas yang dirasakan, maka semakin tinggi scholl well-being siswa di sekolah SMA N 1 Cangkringan. Kata Kunci : coping stress, iklim kelas, scholl well-being
