Abstract

Human Resource Management Strategy in Improving Administration at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Batang Hari, namely by planning, organizing, supervising and assessing, guided by the established curriculum. This study aims to determine how the strategy of human resource management in improving administration, especially in the implementation of learning. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out directly through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The subjects of this study were principals, vice principals for curriculum and teachers at MTs Negeri 2 Batang Hari. The research results obtained are: (1) the principal of the madrasa fosters teachers in the process of compiling learning programs such as lesson plans, annual programs, semester programs, and details of the effective week. (2) the head of the madrasah fosters teachers in the implementation of learning which is done by explaining the material, learning media, learning methods and learning resources. (3) the head of madrasah fosters professional improvement of teachers by means of supervision, upgrading, seminars and activating the MGMP as well as providing learning facilities and media.

Abstract

Along with the development of science, information and communication technology, scientific progress has been made in various fields, including education. Education is a strategic alternative in educating the nation and the main capital for developing a nation. Ideally, education must be oriented towards improving the quality of services in order to create an educational process that can encourage students to be enthusiastic about learning which in the end is expected to produce quality educational output. Education problems in Indonesia, especially regarding the quality of educational administration services, are often felt by users of educational services. Complicated service processes, less effective administration procedures and lengthy bureaucratic processes that must be followed often make students and parents complain about the situation. This is usually caused by several factors such as: limited use of educational Management Information Systems, weak data processing, and weak quality of service provided by administrators who are less alert and do not prioritize service towards the satisfaction of educational service users. The method used in this research is the causal survey method. According to Umar, a causal survey is a method of analyzing the relationships between one variable and other variables. The type of research used by the author is non-experimental research (survey research) with a quantitative approach, namely research on data collected and expressed in the form of numbers. There is a positive and significant influence of the management information system and school policy analysis on the service quality of the administrative staff of the Leading State Senior High School in Jambi City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Professional Competence carried out by teachers in improving student learning achievement at MTSN Batang Hari. To find out the obstacles faced by teachers in improving student learning achievement at MTSN 2 Batang Hari. The results of this study indicate that the professional competence of teachers in improving student learning achievement has been carried out but has not been optimal. Then the obstacle for teachers in improving learning achievement is that there are still students who chat during the learning process. Efforts made by teachers to overcome obstacles in improving learning achievement by giving appreciation/rewards to students, so that they are enthusiastic in improving learning achievement.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the need for incentives and achievement motivation on the job satisfaction of teachers at SD IQRA’ Tuah Sakato Muara Bulian. The background of this research is based on the importance of internal and external factors in enhancing the performance and satisfaction of educators. A quantitative method is used, with data collection conducted through surveys by distributing questionnaires to all teachers at the school. The data is processed using multiple regression analysis to identify the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings of the study reveal that both the need for incentives and achievement motivation have a positive and significant effect on teachers' job satisfaction. This finding indicates that providing appropriate incentives and encouragement to excel can enhance teachers' satisfaction in performing their duties and responsibilities. This research is expected to serve as a guideline for the school in designing policies that support the welfare and motivation of teachers sustainably.
