Abstract

The quality of early childhood education is strongly influenced by the leadership role of teachers in the classroom. Teachers not only act as educators but also as leaders who shape a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment. This study uses a library research approach to examine literature related to classroom leadership, character development in early childhood, and strategies to build a supportive learning atmosphere. Findings highlight the importance of small actions by teachers—such as fostering positive discipline, showing appreciation, providing emotional safety, and involving children in classroom decisions—which significantly contribute to children’s academic and emotional growth. Role-playing methods are also effective in instilling leadership values from an early age. Thus, leadership starts in the classroom, becoming a crucial step in preparing strong and character-driven future generations

Abstract

Good education for children is mandatory and is part of parents' responsibility to their children. Education is one of the main supports for a child's success in the future through various kinds of provisions and life lessons that are taught to him from an early age. What a child will do in the future is a reflection of what he learned from childhood through education from the surrounding environment, in this case focused on parents. Considering the importance of education for children, we cannot deny that basic education must also be good in order to produce good individuals.The data collection method used is literature study or conducting research, research and drawing conclusions from various research sources. The aim is to provide parents with an overview of parenting styles because as parents, you should have good parenting patterns by instilling various good aspects as well. Here, the Koranic parenting method is one of the choices of parenting patterns to become the basis for children's education. With Quranic parenting, it will provide a description of parenting patterns such as cultivating character, thinking and other things according to religious rules
