Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is a global health issue exacerbated by social, cultural, and economic factors such as stigma, limited access, and challenging economic conditions, which lead to poor treatment adherence. Digital transformation in nursing through telemedicine, telenursing, and mHealth has emerged as a solution to improve patient monitoring and clinical outcomes. A literature review using the PRISMA-ScR approach was conducted to identify studies on the role of digital technology in enhancing healthcare quality for TB patients. Data were collected from Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and Mendeley with inclusion criteria for the years 2021–2025. Analysis of 12 articles revealed that digital interventions, including telenursing via SMS/WhatsApp, mHealth applications, and electronic monitoring systems, effectively improve treatment adherence and patient monitoring. mHealth apps provide medication reminders and health education, while digital systems allow real-time monitoring by healthcare providers. Digital transformation significantly contributes to improving treatment adherence and healthcare quality for TB patients, although challenges such as technology access, digital literacy, and infrastructure remain. Supportive policies for digital access and literacy, along with the development of inclusive and sustainable technological strategies, are essential for optimizing TB treatment and advancing TB elimination efforts. Abstract

The slang used by gen Z in the TikTok application is related to the development of communication technology which causes the development of the language used in society, both oral and written. One of the impacts of these developments is the emergence of language variations that are often referred to as slang. The language used in TikTok often comes from the songs in the videos uploaded on the platform and is used to communicate. The use of slang on TikTok has led to the emergence of various types of slang, which continue to change and develop over time. This study aims to analyze the semantics of the variety of slang used by gen z on the TikTok application with a qualitative approach. Qualitative methods are used to further explore the meaning, context, and language variations used in their content. qualitative methods where a problem formulation guides research to explore the social situation to be studied thoroughly, broadly and in depth. This research is strengthened by interviews with gen z who often use the Tiktok application, is there an influence on the variety of language used in communication.

Abstract

Film sebagai media visual memiliki peran yang penting dalam membangun pandangan baru masyarakat. Salah satunya film karya Hanung Bramantyo yang berjudul “Kartini” yang ditayangkan pada tahun 2017. Film Kartini 2017 ini memiliki peran penting dalam menggambarkan dan mengkritisi isu-isu sosial, termasuk kesetaraan gender. Melalui narasi, karakter, dan visualisasi, film dapat mencerminkan bagaimana masyarakat membentuk dan mempertahankan konstruksi gender, serta bagaimana ketidaksetaraan antara laki-laki dan perempuan terwujud dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konstruksi gender yang ada dalam film Kartini 2017 melalui narasi serta visualisasi dalam film yang menyoroti ketimpangan antara Perempuan dan laki-laki. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, yang berfokus pada pengumpulan data melalui observasi alur cerita, dialog, simbol budaya, dan visualisasi yang ditampilkan dalam film sehingga menjadi suatu bahan analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada film Kartini 2017 merepresentasikan konstruksi gender yang membatasi perempuan dalam budaya patriarki Jawa pada masa kolonial, serta menyuarakan kebebasan berpikir bagi kaum perempuan. Film ini menjadi media edukatif yang mengangkat isu kesetaraan gender dengan menyuarakan pentingnya kesadaran gender dalam membangun masyarakat yang lebih adil dan setara.
