Abstract

The fundamental concept of Human Resource Management (HRM) in Islamic economics and the strategic planning of HR in Islamic institutions. In the context of a dynamic and competitive modern economy, HR management is not only aimed at achieving efficiency and productivity but must also be grounded in spiritual and ethical values. Islamic economics offers a holistic approach through Islamic principles such as tawhid (monotheism), amanah (trust), justice, and work as a form of worship. HRM in Islamic economics aims to develop a workforce that is both professional and possesses strong Islamic integrity. In addition, this also outlines strategic steps in HR planning within Islamic institutions, ranging from analyzing the need for sharia-compliant competencies to conducting compliance audits based on Islamic principles. Through this approach, Islamic institutions are expected to build sustainable and competitive organizations that contribute to the realization of a just and ethical economy.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas pengelolaan Sumber Daya Insani (SDI) berbasis maqāṣid syarīʿah sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan etos kerja tenaga pendidik di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Pendekatan maqāṣid mencakup lima aspek utama: menjaga agama (ḥifẓ al-din), jiwa (ḥifẓ al-nafs), akal (ḥifẓ al-‘aql), keturunan (ḥifẓ al-nasl), dan harta (ḥifẓ al-mal). Melalui pendekatan ini, pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dilakukan secara lebih holistik, dengan memperhatikan dimensi spiritual, emosional, dan kesejahteraan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip maqaṣid syari’ah mampu meningkatkan motivasi, loyalitas, serta profesionalisme guru secara signifikan, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap mutu pembelajaran dan keberlangsungan pendidikan Islam yang berkualitas. Kata Kunci: SDI, Maqaṣid Syariah, Etos Kerja, Tenaga Pendidik, Pendidikan Islam   Abstract This study discusses the management of Human Resources (HR) based on maqāṣid syarīʿah as a strategy to enhance educators’ work ethic in Islamic educational institutions. The maqaṣid framework includes five main principles: protection of religion (ḥifẓ al-din), life (ḥifẓ al-nafs), intellect (ḥifẓ al-‘aql), lineage (ḥifẓ al-nasl), and wealth (ḥifẓ al-mal). This approach promotes a holistic HR management model by considering the spiritual, emotional, and material well-being of teachers. The findings indicate that implementing these principles significantly improves educators’ motivation, loyalty, and professionalism, thereby contributing to the quality and sustainability of Islamic education. Abstract

This study aims to analyze Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as an instrument of community welfare from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah, with a case study on BUMDes Putra Perintis in Bonto Baji Village, Kajang District, Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The problem formulation in this study includes: (1) The role of BUMDes in improving community welfare in various aspects of life; (2) Application of Maqashid Syariah principles in BUMDes management and programs; and (3) Challenges in implementing Maqashid Syariah principles and supporting factors for the successful implementation of Maqashid Syariah principles in BUMDes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, with key informants consisting of the BUMDes Director, BUMDes business actors, and the local community. Data analysis was carried out based on the Maqashid Syariah approach which includes the material and spiritual dimensions of the community. The results of the study indicate that BUMDes Putra Perintis has implemented Maqashid Syariah principles in the management and implementation of its programs, which has a positive impact on improving community welfare both materially and spiritually. However, public understanding of the Maqashid Syariah concept remains limited, necessitating increased outreach. The main challenges include limited human resources and limited access to information. Despite this, the successful implementation of Maqashid Syariah in Bonto Baji Village is supported by the active role of the village government and community participation.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pemasaran, kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan harga,  terhadap penualan air mineral PT. Argus Rezky Pratama Kecamatan Bulukumpa, Kabupaten Bulukumba. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  Mitra PT. Argus Rezky Pratama dengan jumlah Sampel 35 Mitra PT. Argus Rezky Pratama yang menjadi responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Data penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan Software SPSS 25. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah Strategi Pemasaran (X1), Kualitas Pelayanan (X2), kualitas produk (X3) dan Harga (X4). Variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah Penjualan(Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel strategi pemasaran, kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap penjualan. Variabel strategi pemasaran, kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan harga juga memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap penjualan. Kontribusi variabel bebas (strategi pemasaran, kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan harga) terhadap variabel terikat (penjualan) adalah sebesar 97,4%. Variabel bebas yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap variabel terikat adalah kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan harga. Kata kunci : Strategi Pemasaran, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produksi, Harga dan Maqashid Syariah   Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of marketing strategy, service quality, product quality and price on the sale of PT mineral water. Argus Rezky Pratama, Bulukumpa District, Bulukumba Regency. The population used in this research was Mitra PT. Argus Rezky Pratama with a sample size of 35 PT Partners. Argus Rezky Pratama was the respondent. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Research data was processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25 software. The independent variables in this research were Marketing Strategy (X1), Service Quality (X2), product quality (X3) and Price (X4). The dependent variable in this research is Sales (Y). The results of this research show that the variables marketing strategy, service quality, product quality and price simultaneously influence sales. Marketing strategy variables, service quality, product quality and price also have a partial influence on sales. The contribution of the independent variables (marketing strategy, service quality, product quality and price) to the dependent variable (sales) is 97.4%. The independent variables that have the most dominant influence on the dependent variable are service quality, product quality and price.
