Abstract

ABSTRACT During the third trimester of pregnancy, many pregnant mothers experience complaints or discomfort, one of which is lower back pain as the fetal weight increases and the uterus grows. An attempt to alleviate the mother's lower back pain could be with alternative therapies with acupressure and prenatal yoga. The aim of this survey is to find out how the effectiveness of acupressure and prenatal yoga to the reduction of lower back pain in pregnant mothers of the third trimester in the Public Health Center of Telagasari working region in 2024. The results of the study can be interpreted that pregnant women who had reduced levels of pain after doing Yoga had more respondents who had no pain, most of whom had 11 (73.3%) respondents, while mothers who did Acupressure had 9 (60.0%) respondents. So the results of data analysis use the paired simple t test. The resulting value and ρ-value were 0.000<0.05. Pregnancy yoga exercises (Prenatal Gentle Yoga) are part of non-pharmacological therapy that can reduce pain. Yoga exercises carried out in the third trimester of pregnancy can reduce complaints felt by pregnant women during the third trimester, one of which is back pain. Keywords: Prenatal Yoga, Acupressure, Back Pain  ABSTRAK Selama trimester ketiga kehamilan, banyak ibu hamil yang mengalami keluhan atau ketidaknyamana, salah satunya nyeri punggung bagian bawah ini karena berat badan janin meningkat dan rahim ibu makin membesar. Upaya untuk mengurangi nyeri punggung bagian bawah ibu tersebut bisa dengan pengobatan alternatif dengan akupresur dan prenatal yoga. Tujuan peneltian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas akupresur dan prenatal yoga terhadap penurunan nyeri punggung bawah ibu hamil trimester III di wilayah kerja puskesmas telagasari tahun 2024. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan 30 responden teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tekhnik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa ibu hamil yang pengurangan tingkat nyeri setelah melakukan Yoga mempunyai lebih banyak responden yang Tidak nyeri sebagian besar dengan jumlah responden 11 (73,3%) , sedangkan ibu yang melakukan Akupresur dengan jumlah responden 9 (60,0%). Jadi hasil analisa data menggunakan uji paired simple t test. didapatkan hasil nilai dan ρ-value 0,000<0,05. Senam yoga kehamilan (Prenatal Gentle Yoga) merupakan bagian dari terapi non farmakologis yang dapat menurunkan nyeri. Senam yoga yang dilakukan pada kehamilan trimester III dapat mengurangi keluhan yang dirasakan ibu hamil selama trimester III salah satunya yaitu nyeri punggung. Kata Kunci: Prenatal Yoga, Akupresure, Nyeri Punggung

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity was designed to improve the knowledge and skills of elementary school teachers in utilizing Augmented Reality (AR) through structured professional development initiatives. The program was implemented at SDN Sirnabaya II, located in Telukjambe Timur Subdistrict, Karawang Regency, and involved 70 participating teachers representing various schools in the subdistrict. This activity uses a participatory training and mentoring approach, which aims to strengthen teachers' professional competence in applying AR technology in classroom learning. The program results show a significant increase in participants' understanding of AR, as indicated by an increase in the average score from 7.2 (pretest) to 8.6 (posttest). In addition, all participants successfully created simple AR-based learning products using the Assemblr Edu platform, covering various subjects such as Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Indonesian Language, and other topics in elementary school in accordance with their teaching context. The main outcomes of this program include both AR media developed by teachers and improved digital literacy skills. In conclusion, this program shows that practical and practice-oriented training can effectively change teaching practices among elementary school educators through the integration of AR, while contributing to improving the quality of learning in the digital age.ABSTRAKKegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat (PKM) ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru sekolah dasar dalam memanfaatkan Augmented Reality (AR) melalui inisiatif pengembangan profesional yang terstruktur. Program ini dilaksanakan di SDN Sirnabaya II, yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur, Kabupaten Karawang, dan melibatkan 70 guru peserta yang mewakili berbagai sekolah di wilayah kecamatan tersebut. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan partisipatif dan pembimbingan, yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat kompetensi profesional guru dalam menerapkan teknologi AR dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta tentang AR, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan skor rata-rata dari 7,2 (pretest) menjadi 8,6 (posttest). Selain itu, semua peserta berhasil menciptakan produk pembelajaran berbasis AR yang sederhana menggunakan platform Assemblr Edu, mencakup berbagai mata pelajaran seperti Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Matematika, Bahasa Indonesia, dan topik-topik lain di sekolah dasar sesuai dengan konteks pengajaran mereka. Hasil utama program ini meliputi baik media AR yang dikembangkan oleh guru maupun kemampuan literasi digital yang ditingkatkan. Kesimpulannya, program ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan praktis dan berorientasi pada praktik dapat secara efektif mengubah praktik pengajaran di kalangan pendidik sekolah dasar melalui integrasi AR, sekaligus berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di era digital.

Abstract

Transformational leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing school well-being by influencing the behavior, motivation, and moral commitment of staff. This study aims to analyze how the principal’s transformational leadership contributes to school well-being in a holistic sense and how this leadership style fosters a positive learning environment. A qualitative case study approach was used, with data collected through observations, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, supervisors, and educational staff, as well as analysis of school reports, quality assurance documents, supervision records, and meeting minutes. The findings indicate that the principal effectively applied the four core dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. These practices built trust, motivation, creativity, and emotional support among teachers, improving the overall well-being of the school community. The integration of transformational leadership with systematic quality improvement processes created a sustainable culture of quality and a collaborative, positive, and religious learning environment. The study concludes that transformational leadership significantly strengthens school well-being and fosters a conducive atmosphere for learning.
