Abstract

Artikel ini membahas fenomena kecanduan gadget dan distraksi digital yang kian mengakar dalam kehidupan siswa serta dampaknya terhadap keseimbangan belajar dan kesehatan spiritual. Penggunaan gadget yang tidak terkontrol mengakibatkan menurunnya fokus, produktivitas belajar, serta keterasingan ruhani karena terputusnya koneksi dengan nilai-nilai transendental. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, artikel ini mengkaji pentingnya pendidikan ruhani sebagai terapi holistik untuk membina kesadaran diri dan spiritual siswa. Pendidikan ruhani tidak hanya menekankan pembatasan perilaku, tetapi juga menyentuh aspek batin melalui praktik reflektif, dzikir, tadabbur, dan pembinaan karakter. Dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai ruhani dalam proses pendidikan, siswa dapat membangun ketahanan spiritual yang memungkinkan mereka menggunakan teknologi secara bijak dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Psychological crises in children and adolescents are often triggered by the weak influence of a positive social environment. This article discusses the influence of the social environment on the psychological development of individuals from an Islamic psychology perspective. The social environment, which includes family, school, community, and peers, plays an important role in shaping a person's personality, self-control, and emotional balance. This study uses a qualitative approach through a literature study method, by analyzing five relevant scientific works. The results of the study indicate that the quality of interaction in the social environment greatly determines the direction of individual psychological development. In the context of Islam, the social environment is not only a space for interaction, but also a vehicle for moral and spiritual education that supports the formation of a perfect human being. This finding emphasizes the importance of creating a religious, communicative, and educational social environment as part of a strategy to build a mentally healthy and spiritually strong generation.

Abstract

Peningkatan angka gangguan kesehatan mental di kalangan remaja dan mahasiswa dewasa ini menjadi isu krusial yang memerlukan pendekatan multidimensional dalam penanganannya. Faktor-faktor seperti tekanan akademik, permasalahan sosial, serta keterbatasan akses terhadap dukungan spiritual sering kali memperparah kondisi psikologis kelompok usia ini. Penelitian bertujuan guns mengkaji peran membaca Al-Qur’an sebagai mekanisme koping spiritual yang berkontribusi terhadap stabilitas mental individu. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka, peneliti menganalisis berbagai literatur ilmiah yang membahas korelasi antara frekuensi membaca Al-Qur’an dan kesehatan mental. Hasil kajian menunjukkan aktivitas membaca Al-Qur’an secara konsisten dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan, stres, serta gejala gangguan emosional lainnya. Selain memberikan ketenangan batin, praktik ini juga memperkuat rasa makna hidup dan menjadi medium refleksi spiritual yang berdampak pada ketahanan psikologis. Dengan demikian, membaca Al-Qur’an tidak hanya merepresentasikan bentuk penghambaan spiritual, melainkan juga memiliki potensi sebagai intervensi psikologis yang relevan dalam menghadapi tekanan kehidupan kontemporer.

Abstract

Mental health issues among adolescents are increasingly receiving attention, along with the increasing social, academic, and identity crisis pressures that they often experience. Faith, as a form of spiritual strength, is believed to be a protective factor in dealing with these life pressures. This study aims to examine the relationship between faith and mental resilience in adolescents through a literature study approach. The literature analyzed shows that adolescents who have a high level of faith tend to be more emotionally stable, able to manage stress, and have a more positive outlook on life. Religious activities such as reading the Qur'an, praying, and dhikr have been shown to provide a psychologically calming effect and strengthen the ability to adapt to life's pressures. Thus, faith not only functions as a religious expression, but also has the potential to be a supporting strategy in maintaining adolescent mental health. This study recommends the need for synergy between spiritual, psychological, and educational approaches in fostering the mental resilience of the younger generation.
