Abstract

Jaminan kesehatan daerah merupakan salah satu program pelayanan kesehatan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah daerah dalam rangka melayani kesehatan masyarakat. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi Dinas Kesehatan bagian Bidang Pelayanan Kesehatan yaitu Jamkesda yaitu proses penginputan data anggota dan proses pencarian data karna data anggota yang terlalu banyak akibatnya terjadi penggandaan data, rawannya terjadi kehilangan data dan penumpukan berkas-berkas jamkesda perkecamatan yang disimpan pada rak menyulitkan admin dalam proses pencarian data anggota menjadi lama dan hal ini tentu tidak efisien dan efektif dalam melayani masyarakat. Untuk mengurangi kendala tersebut maka diberilah sebuah solusi dengan menerapkan sistem informasi berbasis Web, yang bisa diakses melalui jarak yang jauh. Alat bantu yang digunakan dalam menganalisa dan merancang sistem ini yaitu dengan Object Oriented Analyst Design (OOAD). Dengan adanya perancangan sistem informasi pengolahan data jamkesda ini dapat memberikan gambaran terhadap sistem yang akan digunakan dalam proses penginputan data, penghapusan data, pengelolaan data, dan juga pada proses pencarian data anggota jamkesda menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Pirpose of Study: The purpose of this research is to develop a mathematics module based on accelerated learning for material for class VII SMP which is valid according to experts and to determine the effectiveness of the module. Methodology: This type of research is development research using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The instruments used in this study were material validation assessment sheets, module design validation, questionnaires on product trials, student learning outcomes tests, student observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. Main findings: From the results of the analysis, the effectiveness of this module can be seen from the results of observations of student learning activities reaching 86.19% indicating the "very good" category, the results of post-test analysis, namely 85.71% of students achieving the minimum completeness criteria, and the results of the analysis of the questionnaire. student responses show the category "very positive". This means that the module that has been made has shown its effectiveness. Because of this, this module can be used by teachers and junior high school students, especially in learning the Association in Class VII. Research novelty: This research has an update on the variables studied, namely the effectiveness of the accelerated learning-based mathematics module for class VII SMP set material which has never been done by previous researchers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan modul matematika berbasis accelerated learning untuk materi himpunan kelas VII SMP yang valid menurut ahli serta untuk mengetahui keefektifan modul tersebut. Metodologi: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Desain, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar penilaian validasi materi, validasi desain modul, angket pada uji coba produk, tes hasil belajar siswa, lembar observasi siswa, dan angket respon siswa. Temuan utama: Dari hasil analisis, keefektifan modul ini terlihat dari hasil observasi aktivitas pembelajaran siswa mencapai 86,19% menunjukkan kategori “sangat baik”, hasil analisis post-test yaitu 85,71% siswa mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimum, dan hasil analisis dari angket respon siswa menunjukkan kategori “sangat positif”. Ini artinya modul yang dibuat sudah menunjukkan keefektifan. Oleh karena hal tersebut modul ini bisa digunakan oleh guru dan siswa SMP khususnya pada pembelajaran Himpunan di Kelas VII. Keterbaruan penelitian: Penelitian ini memiliki keterbaruan pada variabel yang diteliti yakni keefektifan modul matematika berbasis accelerated learning untuk materi himpunan kelas VII SMP yang belum pernah dilakukan oleh peneliti terdahulu.

Abstract

The practice of accounts payable transactions as one aspect of fulfilling one's life through social interactions. A transaction that is full of privileges and virtues that Allah has promised for the doer (the creditor). The practice of accounts payable that we know, in addition to having a positive side through the principle of please help, but often it is also a starting point for disputes and enmity between humans. This will become evident when in practice, humans ignore some of the fundamental principles that form the framework for legalizing the practice of helping to help; namely honesty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was intended to explain the influence of civic education teacher’s affection towards student’s character and student’s learning result at SMA Negeri 10 Batang Hari. In this research, the researcher used descriptive quantitative method. The sample of this research was taken as 10% from 479 the number of students at SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung 2011/2012 and the researcher got 48 students as the sample of this research. The data collecting technique in this research were questionnaires, attitude scales and test. Based on the calculation of data analysis, the result showed that there was positive influence and there was significant between civic education teacher’s affection towards student’s character, the higher of civic education teacher’s affection so the higher of student’s character, e.g. instill a sense of mutual help and respect to the students, as well as the lifestyle of a good teacher could increase the student’s c haracter in their daily lives. And also there was positive influence and there was significant between civic education teacher’s affection towards students’ learning result, the higher influence of civic education teacher’s affection, the higher of student’s learning result, e.g. the affection of the teacher could increase students’ enthusiasm in understanding the question and the task of the material with confidence and the students were active in discussion in whole of class.KEYWORDS: Affection; Student Character; Teacher.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kasih sayang guru PKn terhadap karakter siswa dan hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 10 Batang Hari. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 10% dari 479 jumlah siswa di SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung 2011/2012 dan peneliti mendapatkan 48 siswa sebagai sampel penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, skala sikap dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kasih sayang guru pendidikan kewarganegaraan terhadap karakter siswa, semakin tinggi kasih sayang guru pendidikan kewarganegaraan maka semakin tinggi karakter siswa, mis. menanamkan rasa saling membantu dan menghargai siswa, serta gaya hidup guru yang baik dapat meningkatkan karakter siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Serta ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kasih sayang guru pendidikan kewarganegaraan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, semakin tinggi pengaruh kasih sayang guru pendidikan kewarganegaraan, semakin tinggi hasil belajar siswa, mis. kasih sayang guru dapat meningkatkan semangat siswa dalam memahami soal dan tugas materi dengan percaya diri dan siswa aktif dalam diskusi di seluruh kelas.KATA KUNCI: Kasih Sayang; Karakter Siswa; Guru.

Abstract

This study has an objective namely to develop Canva as media in teaching writing Recount Text for tenth grade students of SMAN 11 Medan. Qualitative descriptive method was used in this study. This research was conducted by using six steps of Educational Research and Development (R&D), namely: gathering data, analyzing data, designing media, validating by expert, revising media, and final product. Questionnaire sheet was the instrument used in collecting data. The finding of this research showed that teaching media in form of video which was created by using Canva has been validated by two experts and the average score of four categories: Linguistic Dimension, Process, Product Dimensions and Contents, and Face Dimension / Layout was 90%. Abstract

Most countries in the world are haunted by 2023 economic recession. Indonesia economic growth also slowed to 5,40% in 2022. This issue threatens some sectors, especially financial. This study's purpose is to see the bank subsector companies’ financial performance listed on the IDX from 2020 until 2022. Since banks require debt capital to run their operations, The stock price is the dependent variable in this research, yet the independent variables are DER and ROE, and earnings per share is the moderation. The data is processed using STATA and panel data regression analysis through the Random Effect Model. The research result shows that if DER partially increases, the stock price does not increase significantly. Meanwhile, if ROE partially increases, so does the stock price. Share prices will follow an increase in ROE and DER simultaneously, but after being moderated by EPS, an increase in DER will be followed significantly by stock value. However, an increase in ROE moderated by EPS is not necessarily followed by an increase in share price, while an increase in DER and ROE after being moderated by EPS will have effect on share value.

Abstract

Dewasa ini pengguna sosial media sedang dihadapkan dengan maraknya kejahatan cyber phising yang dilakukan dengan beragam modus penipuan yang begitu meresahkan. Modus kejahatan siber ini menimbulkan kerugian baik secara materil maupun imateriel. Kejahatan ini telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik Pasal 35 jo. Pasal 51 ayat (1) dengan ancaman maksimal 12 tahun penjara. Salah satu kasus yang telah diputus dan memiliki kekuatan hukum yang tetap terkait cyber phising adalah Putusan Nomor: 155/Pid.Sus/2018/PN-Cbn. Pada penulisan ini, akan menjawab rumusan permasalahan bagaimanakah pertimbangan majelis Hakim dalam mengadili perkara delik phising yang dilakukan di media sosial dalam Putusan Nomor 155/Pid.Sus/2018/PN-Cbn serta bagaimanakah penerapan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku delik phising berdasarkan putusan a quo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode yuridis-normatif dengan pendekatan kasus dan pendekatan undang-undang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara yuridis Hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan hanya mempertimbangkan tuntutan Jaksa semata dan tidak mempertimbangkan perbarengan tindak pidana yang dilakukan terdakwa yang mana sebenarnya Hakim dapat memberikan pemberatan pidana berdasarkan Pasal 65 ayat (2) KUHP. Hal inilah yang menjadi salah satu alasan pertimbangan Hakim memberikan pidana yang relatif ringan yaitu hanya delapan bulan penjara. Kemudian, dari penerapan sanksi pidana yang relatif ringan tersebut belum dapat memenuhi tujuan pemidanaan dan rasa keadilan sehingga akan berdampak pada ketidak efektivitasan pemidanaan.

Abstract

This research explores the role of leadership styles in managing power and conflict in the university environment. We employed a qualitative approach by interviewing 25 respondents from various faculties. The results indicate two categories of leadership based on Least Preference Co-worker (LPC) scores, namely High LPC person and Low LPC person. Transformational and transactional leadership styles significantly moderate power dynamics and manage conflict. Organizational factors such as structure, policies, and culture also play a crucial role in power dynamics and conflict management. In conclusion, it is essential to enhance awareness and training for university leaders to implement effective leadership approaches and improve organizational factors to create an environment conducive to collaboration and constructive conflict resolution.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the knowledge of TK (technological knowledge) of geography teachers at SMA Padang city. Using this type of descriptive quantitative research. The research sample used by the geography teacher of Padang City Senior High School amounted to 30 respondents. Using the data obtained from the results of the geography teacher's questionnaire related to the technological knowledge of the geography teacher. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. As for data processing using the percentage test. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the technological knowledge of the geography teachers of Padang City High School is very good with an average percentage of 86% which consists of the knowledge of geography teachers related to digital technology in the form of software and hardware, a percentage of 100%, the knowledge of geography teachers in applying the platform. google classroom with a percentage of 84%, knowledge of geography teachers in implementing the use of learning videos with a percentage of 84% and knowledge of geography teachers regarding the use of power point as a supportive learning medium with a percentage of 86%.
