Abstract

The agriculture and fisheries sectors are the 2 main sectors that support increasing food security in Indonesia. A new breakthrough that combines both sectors is the aquaponic cultivation system. This community service activity aims to utilize abandoned pools in the RT. 13, Damai Baru Village, Balikpapan, has become aquaponic cultivation to help the local community meet household food needs. The methods used are location surveys, problem identification, partner coordination, program outreach, creation of aquaponic cultivation ponds, and evaluation. The series of transformations carried out include designing, cleaning and increasing the size of the pool (length, width, and depth), adding a protective roof and hydroponic pipes, spreading fish seeds and water spinach, and educating on aquaponic maintenance. The resulting pond transformation has a size of 3.2 x 1.8 x 1.5 meters and 48 hydroponic planting holes. The aquaponic cultivation used is a combination of catfish and water spinach. Abstract

Di era digital yang berkembang pesat, aksesibilitas internet yang cepat dan andal telah menjadi kebutuhan fundamental bagi masyarakat Kota Balikpapan. Seiring dengan meningkatnya ketergantungan terhadap layanan digital, evaluasi objektif terhadap kinerja provider jaringan internet menjadi semakin krusial bagi konsumen maupun pemangku kepentingan. Penilaian kualitas layanan internet umumnya didasarkan pada tiga parameter teknis utama: kecepatan ping, kecepatan upload, dan kecepatan download. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu pengetahui perbedaan kecepatan layanan provider internet dari parameter ping, upload dan download. Pengambilan sampel data dilakukan pada 30 titik keramaian di Kota Balikpapan dengan bantuan aplikasi SpeedTest. Hasil uji normalitas Kolmogorof Smirnof dan uji Homogenitas didapatkan parameter berdistribusi normal dan kelompok data tidak homogen maka penyajian uji komparatif dilakukan dengan uji Kruskal-Wallis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan Telkomsel sebagai market leader memiliki rata-rata ping terbaik yaitu 46 ms dengan perbedaan sangat signifikan dibanding kompetitor lainnya p= 2,8799E-14 (<0,05). Pada parameter download Telkomsel berada di posisi kedua dengan rata-rata 37,42 mbps namun tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dengan kecepatan download IOH p=0,913 (>0,05) dan pada parameter upload ketiga provider tidak memiliki perbedaan kecepatan upload yang singnifikan P=0,975 (>0,05)
