Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of management audit scores, internal control, and motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at Gading Medika Hospital, Bengkulu City. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data measurement scale is on a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 24.0 program. Sample selection used the purposive sampling method. The research results show that management audit (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance, internal control (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance, and motivation (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance. First, a trial of the instrument was carried out with validity and reliability tests involving 70 employees of the Gading Medika General Hospital, Bengkulu City, who were involved again during the research. Analysis prerequisite tests included normality tests and multicollinearity tests. The data analysis test used to test the hypothesis in this study used multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

Industri kreatif kerajinan batik Giriloyo di Jawa Tengah memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan daya saing pelaku industri lokal. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan industri ini meliputi kurangnya inovasi, pemasaran yang terbatas, dan rendahnya akses terhadap teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang efektif bagi industri kerajinan batik Giriloyo. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penguatan branding, peningkatan keterampilan pengrajin, serta pemanfaatan platform digital untuk pemasaran dapat menjadi strategi kunci. Selain itu, kolaborasi dengan lembaga pendidikan dan pemerintah daerah juga diusulkan untuk mendukung pengembangan industri ini. Dengan implementasi strategi yang tepat, diharapkan daya saing pelaku industri kerajinan batik Giriloyo dapat meningkat, sehingga berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan pelestarian budaya batik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of taxpayer satisfaction, taxpayer compliance and the quality of tax officer services on tax revenues (case study at the Bengkulu City Samsat office in 2024). The analytical tools used in this research are quantitative analysis (Validity and Reliability Test), multicollinearity analysis, multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test) and coefficient of determination. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and an association survey with a quantitative approach. The population that the researchers will use is 233,164 vehicle taxpayers at the Bengkulu City Samsat office in 2024. The sampling technique used in this research is the purposive sampling method. The sample taken in this research was 100 taxpayers at the Bengkulu City Samsat office. Data collection techniques use questionnaires or questionnaires with a Likert scale. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and hypotheses using the t test and f test. Simultaneously, the influence of taxpayer satisfaction, taxpayer compliance and tax service quality has a significant effect with an f count of 6,690 on tax revenues. Partially, it shows that the influence of taxpayer satisfaction, taxpayer compliance has a significant effect on tax revenue, while the quality of tax officer service does not have a significant effect on tax revenue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran digital guna meningkatkan penjualan Bakpia Juwara Satoe di era ekonomi kreatif. Strategi tersebut dirancang dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan media sosial, khususnya TikTok, sebagai platform utama untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan kesadaran merek. Pendekatan ini melibatkan pembuatan konten visual interaktif yang menarik perhatian konsumen sekaligus memperkuat citra produk sebagai makanan tradisional khas Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial secara efektif dapat meningkatkan penjualan hingga 40% serta memperluas pangsa pasar ke tingkat nasional. Selain itu, strategi pemasaran digital juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan melalui interaksi langsung dan program promosi yang inovatif. Dengan demikian, pemasaran digital menjadi solusi strategis bagi UMKM seperti Bakpia Juwara Satoe untuk bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.
