Abstract

The selection process for regional scholarship recipients often involves multiple criteria and a large number of applicants. This situation can make it difficult for the local government to make objective and efficient decisions. This study aims to design a Decision Support System (DSS) to assist the local government, particularly in Sikka Regency, in the scholarship recipient selection process. The MABAC method was chosen as the calculation method in this Decision Support System because of its capability to handle multi-criteria problems and produce accurate results.The system is expected to select prospective scholarship recipients objectively, transparently, and efficiently. This research produces an information system that can assist the local government in decision-making regarding scholarship determination. By using this system, the selection process is expected to become faster, more accurate, and accountable. In addition, the system can provide recommendations to the local government regarding current scholarship policies

Abstract

Penyakit yang menyebabkan kerugian hasil yang signifikan pada tanaman kentang adalah Phytophthora Infestans (busuk daun kentang) dan Alternaria Solani (busuk awal). Penyakit ini dapat dikenali secara visual karena memiliki karakteristik warna dan tekstur yang unik. Namun, pengawasan langsung memiliki beberapa kekurangan seperti subjektivitas dan akurasi. Melalui gambar, seseorang dapat mempelajari informasi tentang penyakit tanaman seperti tekstur dan warna. Pengolahan gambar adalah salah satu teknik yang paling banyak digunakan untuk mengobati dan mengklasifikasikan penyakit daun pada tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem deteksi dini penyakit pada tanaman kentang. Dalam studi ini, metode klasifikasi didasarkan pada fitur tekstur dari Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix. Proses ini dilakukan menggunakan K-Nearest Neighbor. Dari studi ini terbukti bahwa klasifikasi penyakit daun pada tanaman kentang dapat dilakukan menggunakan pengolahan gambar digital.

Abstract

Cars are one of the transportation facilities that is growing quite rapidly in Indonesia, along with the increasing number of people who need vehicles, namely cars because of comfort and safety. Prospective buyers or consumers face difficulties in selecting the right car that fits the desired criteria because prospective buyers are faced with many criteria. Therefore, a system or application is needed that can help customers make decisions about choosing a used car. This decision support system for selecting used car recommendations was created on a website basis to assist buyers or consumers in managing and obtaining information related to the decisionmaking system in selecting used cars. In this research, the application was built using the Moora method, which is one method that can be used to assist the decisionmaking process in a decision support system. This method produces ranking data on alternative types of used cars to determine the best alternative based on the ranking results. The final result expected from this research is to be able to provide solutions to consumers to determine the decision on a used car that suits the consumer's wishes with the criteria that have been determined.
