Abstract

Kualitas air minum yang baik merupakan faktor penting dalam menjaga kesehatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem Internet of Things (IoT) untuk pengujian kualitas air minum secara portabel dan real-time. Sistem ini menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno yang dikombinasikan dengan sensor pH, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), dan kekeruhan untuk mengukur parameter kualitas air. Hasil pengukuran ditampilkan pada layar LCD dan dikirimkan ke server melalui modul SIM800L, serta dilengkapi dengan GPS untuk mencatat lokasi pengujian. Data yang dikirim akan tersimpan dalam database dan dapat diakses melalui dashboard berbasis web, yang memungkinkan admin untuk memantau hasil pengujian serta melihat riwayat dan distribusi lokasi pengujian melalui tampilan peta. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing dan validasi laboratorium. Hasil validasi menunjukkan perangkat memiliki akurasi pengukuran yang dapat diterima. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengujian kualitas air yang mudah, cepat, akurat, dan dapat diakses dari berbagai lokasi melalui internet.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide participants about implementation of artificial intelligence to support student activity. Through this activity, participants can gain more knowledge beside academic activity. This community service includes providing material through lectures followed by question and answer activities. The results of community service show that participants (39 people) have high enthusiasm in listening to the presentation. The result of this community service is that participants can gain more knowledge about the implementation of artificial intelligence to support student activity.ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada partisipan mengenai penerapan kecerdasan buatan guna mendukung pembelajaran mahasiswa. Melalui kegiatan ini, partisipan dapat memperoleh pengetahuan lebih disamping pengetahuan yang didapat pada lingkungan perkuliahan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meliputi pemberian materi melalui ceramah dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan tanya-jawab. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan para partisipan yang berjumlah 39 orang memiliki antusiasme yang tinggi dalam mendengarkan paparan. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah peserta dapat memperoleh pengetahuan lebih mengenai penerapan kecerdasan buatan guna mendukung pembelajaran mahasiswa.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure is essential for government operations, particularly in managing network devices. Within the ICT Hardware Infrastructure Subdivision (Subbidang Harinfra TIK) of the Data and Information Center at the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, documentation of maintenance activities remains fragmented, making monitoring, analysis, and historical data storage less effective. This study developed a web-based information system using the Laravel framework and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach to address these issues. The system automates documentation, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring more structured, transparent, and efficient processes. Black Box testing confirmed reliable functionality, data validation, and improved efficiency in maintenance activities. Unlike previous studies that focused on general asset or helpdesk systems, this research emphasizes ICT infrastructure maintenance in a defense environment, highlighting security and adaptability for sensitive data. The implementation enhances systematic documentation and operational transparency, with future improvements directed toward intelligent notifications and platform integration in line with Industry 4.0 trends.

Abstract

Inconsistencies and differences clothes-folding methods are often a major problem in the military. Everyone has thier method to fold and their method is still traditional. Besides, the neatness of the clothes in the military is emphasized. This method certainly took up their time and energy then the folding was different to each other. To solve this problem, a simulation machine is made to fold the clothes automatically. This system works using Finite State Automa type Non-Deterministic Finite Automata. Finite State Automata are used because they are simple and do not require storage space. The result of this research is a design of an automatic clothes-folding that can be implemented properly and correctly for UNHAN RI’s students. This automatic clothes-folding has succeeded to create consistent folds even though user tried with different clothes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem presensi personel berbasis web dan mobile pada Instansi ABC guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam proses pencatatan kehadiran. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Flutter untuk aplikasi mobile dan Laravel untuk aplikasi web. Dalam implementasinya, sistem ini mengintegrasikan fitur face recognition sebagai metode autentikasi kehadiran berbasis wajah, serta geolocation untuk memastikan presensi hanya dapat dilakukan dalam radius lokasi yang telah ditentukan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meminimalisir potensi kecurangan, mempercepat proses rekap data kehadiran, dan memberikan kemudahan akses bagi personel maupun admin. Selain itu, sistem dilengkapi dengan fitur pengajuan dan persetujuan perizinan, yang mendukung proses administrasi kehadiran secara digital dan terintegrasi. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi presensi yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan akurat dalam mendukung operasional kepegawaian di Instansi ABC. Selain itu, secara keilmuan penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis biometrik dan geolokasi, serta penerapan integrasi web serta mobile untuk mendukung efisiensi proses manajemen kehadiran.

Abstract

The design and implementation of a web-based administrative information system for Subbagian Tata Usaha at Pusat Pertahanan Siber (Pushansiber), Ministry of Defense, Indonesia, addressed critical inefficiencies in manual Excel and paper-based processes causing data redundancy, workflow delays, and limited real-time access. Using Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, this research developed an integrated system with innovative features for high-security defense environments: five-tier Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time notifications, automated leave quota validation, and competency mapping algorithms with gap analysis. This work contributes a validated framework for administrative digitalization in high-security defense environments by integrating five administrative workflows into a unified platform with RBAC, real-time SSE notifications, and comprehensive audit logging addressing the literature gap where existing studies overlooked security-sensitive requirements in government contexts. Black Box testing with 20 scenarios validated functionalities, demonstrating quantifiable improvements: leave approval time reduced 85% (3-5 days to 4 hours), personnel data retrieval improved from 15-20 minutes to 30 seconds, missed tasks decreased from 20% to below 5%, announcement delivery achieved 97%, and data entry errors reduced to below 2%. This research establishes a replicable model for defense administrative transformation, contributing empirical evidence to public sector digital transformation literature.
