Abstract

Hiperurisemia adalah kadar asam urat yang melebihi batas normal. Terapi konvensional yang terutama mengandalkan obat-obatan penghambat xantin oksidase yang tidak lepas dari adanya efek samping. Sebagai alternatif pengobatan, digunakanlah obat tradisional yang memiliki efek yang mirip dalam kemampuan menurunkan kadar asam urat seperti Cesalpinia sappan L. (daun tempuyung), Sonchus arvensis (kayu secang), dan Stelechocarpus burahol (daun kepel) yang memerlukan pengkajian lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji efektivitas tiga tanaman herbal untuk menangani hiperurisemia. Pengkajian didasarkan pada metode preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses guideline. Daun tempuyung memiliki potensi penurunan kadar asam urat 52-64,267% dan konsentrasi penghambatan 50 terhadap xantin oksida pada 119.02 ppm, kayu secang dapat menghambat xantin oksida sebesar 58,922% dan konsentrasi penghambatan 50 pada 9.236 μg/ml, serta daun kepel memiliki konsentrasi penghambatan 50 terhadap xantin oksida pada 28,39±20,21 μg/ml. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan, diketahui bahwa daun kepel tempuyung dan kayu secang memiliki kemampuan menghambat enzim xantin oksidase yang signifikan sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai jamu antihiperurisemia.

Abstract

The Team Quiz Learning Model is one of the active learning models. This strategy can make students more active in the learning process. Not only the teacher explains the material, but students interfere in the explanation of the material. Students are able to work together with their groups, so that student learning outcomes will increase. The research method conducted by researchers in this research is a qualitative method with an observation process and a method through a team quiz. The team quiz strategy is part of PAIKEM, which is active, innovative, creative, effective and fun learning. It is said that because designed learning should be able to activate students, develop creativity that is ultimately effective, but still fun for students. The results of research from the application of the team quiz method in learning moral creeds in increasing the spirit of learning that the Team Quiz method proves itself as an effective tool to increase student enthusiasm for learning. The use of this method not only increases their understanding of moral values, but also provides a more vibrant, interactive, and collaborative learning experience. Model Pembelajaran Team Quiz merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran aktif. Strategi ini mampu mendorong peserta didik untuk lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam model ini, tidak hanya guru yang menjelaskan materi, tetapi peserta didik juga turut terlibat dalam proses penyampaian dan pemahaman materi. Peserta didik mampu bekerja sama dalam kelompok, sehingga hasil belajar mereka dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi serta penerapan strategi team quiz. Strategi team quiz merupakan bagian dari pendekatan PAIKEM, yaitu pembelajaran yang aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan. Pendekatan ini menekankan bahwa pembelajaran yang dirancang harus mampu mengaktifkan peserta didik, mengembangkan kreativitas, mencapai efektivitas pembelajaran, serta tetap memberikan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan bagi peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode team quiz dalam pembelajaran akidah akhlak mampu meningkatkan semangat belajar peserta didik. Metode Team Quiz terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan antusiasme belajar peserta didik. Penggunaan metode ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap nilai-nilai moral, tetapi juga menghadirkan pengalaman belajar yang lebih hidup, interaktif, dan kolaboratif.

Abstract

Disaster relief operations during flood emergencies are often conducted under conditions of high uncertainty, limited access, and constrained resources. In such contexts, operational decisions regarding prioritization, transportation, and deployment of critical support infrastructure directly affect humanitarian effectiveness and equity. This study examines how satellite-based geohazard assessment can support disaster relief operational planning during the emergency response phase. Using recent flood events in Sumatra as a case study, the analysis draws on satellite imagery to observe flood extent, settlement exposure, access disruption, and housing damage along riverine floodplains. Rather than applying complex predictive or simulation-based models, the study emphasizes how rapid geohazard observation can be translated into operational interpretation to support timely decision-making, including transportation mode selection, prioritization under resource scarcity, and deployment of essential infrastructure such as emergency power supply. The findings indicate that geohazard-informed planning enhances situational awareness and supports more coherent and equitable humanitarian response across multiple intervention domains, including logistics delivery, medical response, psychosocial support, and child-centered relief. A conceptual pathway is presented to illustrate how geohazard assessment informs operational decisions and generates multiplier impacts across disaster relief activities. Beyond its operational relevance, the study highlights the role of evidence-informed learning in strengthening professional practice under uncertainty. The study concludes that integrating geohazard assessment into emergency response practices improves the effectiveness, accountability, and adaptability of humanitarian operations in flood-affected contexts.
