Abstract

This study aims to investigate the integration of Neo-Sufi values ​​into the Social Welfare Education curriculum in Indonesian Islamic universities. The focus of the study includes the relevance of the Neo-Sufi ethical-spiritual framework to graduate competencies, as well as an analysis of curriculum documents, conceptual models, and academic discourse. The research employs a qualitative method with a systematic literature review design, drawing from indexed scientific articles, academic regulations, and curriculum syllabi from three state Islamic universities. The findings indicate that values ​​such as empathy, justice, sincerity, and social service are implicitly present but are not yet systematically structured within the curriculum design. No operational pedagogical model was found that explicitly references Neo-Sufism. The main conclusion asserts that the integration of Neo-Sufism into the curriculum represents a transformative opportunity to develop graduates who are not only professionally competent but also spiritually grounded. Future curriculum development should include explicit modules and pedagogical strategies rooted in Sufi values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penyebab dan penanggulangan kebocoran pada tangki ballast di atas kapal SPOB. TOTO XIV. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 12 bulan 2 hari, terhitung sejak Januari 2022 hingga Januari 2023, dengan lokasi penelitian di atas kapal tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis kualitatif, yaitu metode yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor penyebab kebocoran serta upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebocoran pada tangki ballast kapal disebabkan oleh dua faktor utama, yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan dan pengalaman anak buah kapal (ABK) dalam melakukan perawatan kapal, serta terbatasnya dana operasional perusahaan yang berdampak pada ketidakteraturan jadwal docking. Ketidakteraturan tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya korosi pada pelat tangki yang akhirnya menimbulkan kebocoran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya seleksi yang lebih ketat dalam perekrutan ABK, khususnya dalam hal kompetensi dan pengalaman terkait perawatan kapal. Selain itu, perusahaan pelayaran disarankan untuk memastikan pelaksanaan docking armada dilakukan secara teratur dan tepat waktu, guna mencegah kerusakan struktural yang dapat berakibat fatal terhadap keselamatan kapal.

Abstract

The employment crisis of higher education graduates, the low relevance of the curriculum, and the need for community empowerment encourage the importance of transforming social education based on values ​​and local contexts. This study aims to explore the integration of the sociopreneurship approach in social welfare education in Indonesia, especially in State Islamic Universities (PTKIN). Using an explorative-critical literature study method, this study examines the theoretical framework, international curriculum practices, and recommends a contextual curriculum model based on Islamic values ​​and community empowerment. The results show that the sociopreneurship curriculum can increase active student participation, strengthen social character, and create sustainable solutions to welfare challenges. The integration of Islamic values ​​such as justice, maslahat, and social responsibility is an important moral foundation in the development of this curriculum. This study recommends designing a project-based curriculum, multi-sector involvement, and support for higher education policies as prerequisites for implementing the model systematically.

Abstract

This study examines the genealogical transformation of the Neosufi order in Indonesia, focusing on the shift from a private-ritual institution to an active and open social movement in the public space. Through a qualitative approach based on literature study and hermeneutic analysis, this paper highlights how the Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah Order (TQN) Suryalaya represents a new form of Sufism that combines spiritual depth with collective social action. This transformation is seen in various fields, ranging from drug rehabilitation, Islamic boarding school education, to spirituality-based economic empowerment. The order is no longer just a space for contemplation, but also plays a role in the process of social reconciliation, moral advocacy, and expansion into the public space through digital media. However, this dynamic also raises genealogical problems in the form of spiritual symbolization by the state, co-optation of power, and ambiguity in the interpretation of modernity. Indonesian Neosufism is a contextual response to spiritual and social crises, as well as a field of negotiation between the legacy of tradition, the demands of modernity, and the structure of state power. This study is a development of the author's dissertation and academic book manuscript that is being prepared for publication, thus presenting theoretical and practical contributions to the study of Sufism and social development.
