Abstract

Abstract: Teacher performance is a visible result when the teacher carries out the tasks and work given. Organizations or schools certainly need potential human resources, both leaders and teachers, in the pattern of tasks and supervision which determines the achievement of company goals. The Strada Association has the goal of an educational community that is superior, caring and has a spirit of service. The important role of teachers in learning has an impact on the quality of students. The aim of the research is to find out whether competence, communication and work motivation have a partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of teachers at the Strada Association Middle School, North East Jakarta Branch. The method used was multiple linear regression, with the help of SPSS 26 software. The sampling method was a saturated sampling method with an online questionnaire, where a total of 57 teachers at Perkumpulan Strada Middle School, North East Jakarta Branch, were sampled in this research. The results of the research show that the competency and communication variables have no effect on the performance of the Strada Middle School teachers, North East Jakarta Branch, while the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Strada Middle School teachers, the North East Jakarta Branch. Keyword: Competence, Communication, Work Motivation and Teacher Performance Abstrak: Kinerja guru merupakan hasil yang terlihat saat guru mengemban tugas dan pekerjaan yang diberikan. Organisasi atau sekolah tentunya membutuhkan adanya sumber daya manusia yang potensial, baik itu pemimpin maupun guru pada pola tugas serta pengawasan yang merupakan penentu tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Perkumpulan Strada memiliki tujuan komunitas pendidikan yang unggul, peduli dan berjiwa melayani. Pentingnya peran guru dalam pembelajaran berdampak pada kualitas peserta didik. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi, komunikasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara partial dan simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Perkumpulan Strada Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan software SPSS 26. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah metode sampling jenuh dengan kuesioner online, dimana keseluruhan 57 guru di SMP Perkumpulan Strada Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur, dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kompetensi dan komunikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMP Perkumpulan Strada Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur, sedangkan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Perkumpulan Strada Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur. Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Komunikasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Guru
