Abstract

Modern retail business with the concept of minimarket has experienced a very significant development. Behaviors and lifestyles of consumers who prioritize self service also contribute to the development of the concept of a minimarket, especially in this case are Indomart which is not only a minimarket that provides daily necessities, but also as a cafeteria. The price competition, product quality and brand love of minimarket these days, prioritize customer loyalty.The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: (1) the effect of prices on customer loyalty in Indomaret GKB-Gresik, (2) the effect of product quality on customer loyalty in Indomaret GKB-Gresik, and (3) the influence of brand love on customer loyalty in Indomaret GKB-Gresik. This research is a field of research conducted using a quantitative approach to Indomart customers who make purchases more than once. The research population is Indomaret GKB - Gresik customers with 100 respondents using accidental sampling method. The data obtained were analyzed using research instrument testing and research hypothesis testing using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) analysis. The results showed that (1) price had a significant effect on customer loyalty at Indomaret GKB - Gresik, (2) product quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty at Indomaret GKB - Gresik, and (3) brand love had a significant effect on customer loyalty at Indomaret GKB – Gresik.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the direct effect of third-party funds (TPF) on People's Business Credit (PBC), Profitability, and the immediate effect of PBC on profitability, as well as the indirect effect of TPF on profitability through PBC.  The study employs multiple linear regression data analysis through data processing using the Micro Business segment financial statements. The population and sample were the data of monthly TPF, Micro PBC, and profitability in the form of a Return on Assets (ROA) ratio from 2017 to 2019 period. The research target is the Micro Business segment in the Regional Office of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BRI) Malang. The results of the data analysis indicate that TPF has a direct effect on the increase of PBC and indirect impact on profitability, as well as an immediate effect of the increase PBC on the decrease of profitability

Abstract

The purposes of this study are : 1)  to determine the direct effect of product quality and store atmosphere on customer loyalty, 2) to determine the indirect effect of product quality and store atmosphere on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is a field research with quantitative methods. The data collection uses a field survey method using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a 5-points scale of likert. Population of this research are Vosco Coffee's customers. Samples taken are 150 customers selected by accidental-purposive sampling technique.. The results of path analysis reveal that: 1) directly, both product quality and store atmosphere have a  positive and significant effect on  customer loyalty; 2) customer satisfaction is also proven to be able to mediate the influence of product quality and store atmosphere on customer loyalty even though this indirect influence is not as big as direct influence. https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i2.3347

Abstract

Recruitment is important for organization because it has function of collecting human resources toward the organization, the technology development has grown up and it forces Company to apply what is called as e-recuitment which is internet based recruitment. There are some differences in this system compared to traditional recruitment system. However, the difference is not problem because company gain many advantages from the online system, which are cost efficiency, easy-to-use by candidate, easy-to-use by organization, increasing speed of recruitment process and the success of finding potential employees. Despite of the imperfect theory about the ideal implemention that company can implement the system successfully, some big companies like Microsoft, Oracle and Bank of Ireland e-recruitment system. Local and national companies such as Garuda Indonesia, PT. Pertamina, PT.Krakatau Engineering also implement this system.

Abstract

The institutions or organizations wanted to get their employee’s work satisfaction at the highest level so that it would make a good impact on the result and goals themselves. The objective of this research was to analyze the effect of salary, remuneration, and training on the job satisfaction of non-public employees at the head office of Universitas Brawijaya during the pandemic. This research method was a quantitative approach with number sample of this study was 53 respondents to non-public employees using the non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling, the analysis used multiple linear analysis techniques. The result showed that salary (X1) and remuneration (X2) have the most significant effect, but it’s opposite to the training (X3). In conclusion, the three points above give simultaneous effect to the non-public employees’ satisfaction

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan sebagai salah satu hal yang sangat penting untuk mencapai visi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Togamas Semesta Abadi Kota Malang. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling-Patrial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis PLS, diperoleh hasil bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze a creativity and innovation in small business ability with a digital system literature review. Because of a fluctuation on local industry such as culinary, fashions, tourism, and management. This research can review by digital collaboration systems about design for content creator. This research was used by a research round map, such as depth interview informants and review. Then, take a sample with gathering all data using research instruments. Therefore, it was provide some estimated of future demand, given data on the underlying driven in Indonesia. So, any entrepreneurship in local industry did not survive to manage their business. In this case, it was need to discuss with all teams like internal for being either stuffed by development a new products with minimum cost. Moreover, local communities that have been tried to make innovation for their product, which not enough tough the market in short-term space off.Keywords: creativity, innovation, small business, review

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze; 1) The influence of brand image on purchasing decisions of Zama Homewear Malang. 2) the influence of brand trust on purchasing decisions for Zama Homewear Malang products, and 3) the influence of brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Zama Homewear Malang products. The population in this study is Zama Homewear customers who shopped at least once and made transactions during November to January 2022, as many as 409 buyers. The sample size was taken as many as 80 respondents, with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula with proportional random sampling method. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of online questionnaires in the form of a google form with the distribution link being shared through the customer's whatsapp number. The analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis method through SPSS 26. The results show that brand image and brand trust partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Zama Homewear Malang products. Brand trust has a more dominant influence than brand image.  Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Trust, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AQUA is the market leader in the bottled drinking water industry, but Aqua has a problem with customer loyalty, this is shown by AQUA's customers being willing to buy other products when bottled drinking water with the AQUA brand cannot be found. Aqua's position is also increasingly threatened by the arrival of competitors who continue to innovate and improve their quality. To be able to continue to survive as a market leader in the bottled drinking water industry, AQUA must keep its customers from switching to other brands. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image and Brand Trust on AQUA customer loyalty in Basa Swalayan Pemalang Regency. The independent variables in this study are Brand Image and Brand Trust, while the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The population in this study were AQUA customers at Basa Swalayan Pemalang Regency, the number of research samples was 100 respondents, the analytical tool used in this study was multiple linear regression, Based on the results of the study, it is known that brand image and brand trust have a significant effect on AQUA customer loyalty at Basa Swalayan Pemalang Regency Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Brand Image and Brand Trust

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is very important for the sustainability of a company. Whether or not consumers are satisfied with a company has an impact on the company. Likewise, the Business Wisdom Institute (BWI), which is a service provider company engaged in training, needs to maintain customer satisfaction in order to maintain the continuity of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of customer experience, service quality, and brand image on the satisfaction of the Business Wisdom Institute training participants. This type of research uses a quantitative approach and the method of analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The subjects in this study were the participants of the Business Wisdom Institute training as many as 100 respondents and using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that customer experience and brand image have a significant effect on the satisfaction of Business Wisdom Institute training participants, whereas service quality has no significant effect on the satisfaction of Business Wisdom Institute training participants.
