Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This study focuses on the development of an online correspondence system website in Tamban Village with the aim of facilitating more effective and efficient access to and management of administrative correspondence services for the community, village officials, and administrators. The Extreme Programming (XP) method was used, which includes the phases of planning, design, coding, and testing. To ensure that the system met user requirements, data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review, and then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques to evaluate system requirements and the results of system testing. The findings show that, through an iterative development approach involving system analysis, construction, and testing, the developed website was able to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of correspondence services. As a result, this online correspondence system can meet user needs, provide practical solutions for managing village administration, and help improve the quality of public services by making them more efficient, transparent, and structured. This study is limited by the fact that system testing was conducted on a limited scale and did not include in-depth cybersecurity testing, therefore, future research is recommended to develop more comprehensive security features and conduct system testing with a larger number of users.

Abstract

User reviews on digital platforms are an important source of information for understanding perceptions of game products, but the large amount of data makes manual analysis less effective. This study aims to analyze user sentiment towards the Minecraft game based on Google Play Store reviews and compare the performance of the Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) methods. The study used a quantitative approach with 1,600 scraped reviews, which after preprocessing became 1,477 data. The research stages included text cleaning, sentiment labeling, TF-IDF feature extraction, data division using a stratified split, classification model development, and evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and the McNemar test. The results showed that 70.3% of reviews had positive sentiment, 23.3% were negative, and 6.4% were neutral. The SVM model produced better performance with an accuracy of 82.09% and an F1-score of 0.79, compared to Naïve Bayes with an accuracy of 75.62% and an F1-score of 0.6788. However, the McNemar test results showed no significant difference in performance between the two models (p-value = 0.3074). This finding suggests that the SVM is superior in predictive performance, but both methods have relatively equivalent classification capabilities statistically in analyzing Minecraft user review sentiment.

Abstract

Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) is a government program to provide legal certainty and protection for community land rights. However, PTSL data management in Bukur Village is still carried out manually using physical documents and Microsoft Excel, potentially causing process delays, data duplication, and file loss. This study aims to develop a website-based PTSL information system to improve the efficiency and transparency of land data management. The study used the Extreme Programming (XP) software development method, which includes iterative planning, design, coding, and testing stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The system was developed using the Laravel framework, a MySQL database, and Leaflet-based Geographic Information System (GIS) integration to visualize land locations. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing on 15 test scenarios that included authentication, file management, document upload, status monitoring, data export, and map visualization. The test results showed that all 15 scenarios were successfully executed according to the expected output with a 100% success rate. The developed system is able to integrate applicant and file data management, support application status monitoring, and present land location information visually. Thus, this website-based PTSL information system can be a solution to increase efficiency, reduce the risk of data management errors, and facilitate access to land information for admins and the public.

Abstract

Math word problems (MWPs) are essential for developing the reasoning skills of elementary school students; however, manual creation is time-consuming and results in limited problem variety. This study aims to design, implement, and evaluate a Large Language Model (LLM)-based math word problem generator that aligns with the Kurikulum Merdeka (Independent Curriculum) and produces valid, solvable problems in Indonesian. The system was developed using LLaMA 3.2 3B Instruct via QLoRA fine-tuning with 4-bit NormalFloat quantization, trained on a dataset of 3,185 entries covering 19 topics and 6 grade levels. The system generated 385 problems across 77 grade-topic combinations and was evaluated against a sample of 95 problems through assessments by three elementary school teachers and the G-Eval metric. Evaluation results indicate that 93 out of 95 problems met validity criteria (97.89%), with an average quality score of 4.95 out of 5.00. A comparison of the two evaluation methods revealed a Pearson correlation of 0.94 and a Cohen’s Kappa of 1.00. These findings demonstrate the system's potential as a tool to assist teachers in generating math word problems that align with the Kurikulum Merdeka.
