Abstract

Human resource management is crucial for establishing competitive advantage, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. Human resource strategy and organizational strategy are key determinants in facing increasingly complex global market challenges. Companies that can adapt and adopt innovative technologies in human resource management can improve operational efficiency, optimize recruitment processes, and provide a positive work experience for employees. Strategic human resource management is not solely the responsibility of the human resources department, but also of organizational leaders. Strong and committed leadership can develop human resources and create a solid foundation for long-term success. This study aims to examine the relationship between human resources and organizational strategy, as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors, and to determine the role of leadership in human resource management practices in improving organizational performance. The research employed a qualitative method, based on relevant previous research findings from the past five years and literature. The analysis revealed a relationship between human resource management practices, namely as a strategic and integrated framework that can enhance the achievement of organizational goals. Supporting and inhibiting factors in HRM practices lie in organizational management and human resource development. Furthermore, the role of leadership is crucial in managing human resources within an organization, as it can determine the direction and shared goals and achieve improved company performance.

Abstract

In today's digital era, technology plays a crucial role in supporting innovative, interactive, and engaging learning processes. Education is no longer limited to the use of conventional textbooks and whiteboards, but has been transformed through the integration of various digital media. In this context, digital literacy has become a key competency that students must possess. Digital literacy encompasses not only the ability to access and understand information from various digital sources but also involves critical thinking and collaborative skills, as well as the wise, ethical, and responsible use of technology. Studies show that the appropriate and targeted use of digital media can increase students' interest in reading materials and other learning activities. Interactive and visually appealing digital media can stimulate students' curiosity, enrich the learning experience, and increase their motivation. Furthermore, the use of digital technology also provides opportunities to develop creativity, communication skills, and problem-solving skills. Technology-based learning enables more effective learning differentiation, allowing students to learn at their own pace and learning style. This is highly relevant in the context of 21st-century education, which demands information literacy, technology literacy, and media literacy. As learning facilitators, teachers are required not only to be proficient in using technology but also to design learning that integrates curriculum content with available digital potential. Therefore, optimal use of digital technology can be a strategic solution in creating a generation that is digitally literate, creative, innovative, and able to adapt to increasingly dynamic and complex developments. To achieve this goal, collaboration between schools, the government, and parents is essential in providing adequate access to and training in sustainable educational technology.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran digital diyakini mampu meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan media pembelajaran digital dengan minat belajar mahasiswa PGSD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa PGSD sebanyak 30 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket penggunaan media pembelajaran digital dan angket minat belajar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara penggunaan media pembelajaran digital dengan minat belajar mahasiswa PGSD. Dengan demikian, semakin baik penggunaan media pembelajaran digital, maka semakin tinggi minat belajar mahasiswa.
