Abstract

Efektifitas Teknik Self-Management Untuk Meningkatkan Menghafal Al-Qur’an Di MTs Daarul Hikma Luwuk. Skripsi. Preogram Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling FKIP Universitas Tompotika Luwuk. 2025. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa siswa yang kurang memiliki minat membaca Al-Quran sehingga membuat siswa merasa malas dan memilih bolos ketika belajar membaca Al-Quran. Kurangnya perhatian dan dorongan dari orang tua, sulitnya siswa membagi waktu antara belajar dan bermain, kurangnya keinginan siswa untuk bisa membaca Al-Quran karena kurang paham dengan keutamaan dan manfaat membaca Al-Quran juga termasuk penyebab minat siswa untuk membaca Al-Quran menurun. Peneliti tertarik untuk membantu siswa meningkatkan minat membaca Al-Quran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kondisi awal minat membaca Al- Quran siswa MTs MTs Daarul Hikma Luwuk masih rendah diperoleh hasil rata-rata 49.30 dengan kelas interval 6 siswa kategori “Tinggi”, 6 siswa kategori “Sedang” dan 8 siswa kategori “Rendah”. Setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan teknik self management diperoleh hasil rata-rata sebesar 54.80 dengan kelas interval 12 siswa kategori “Tinggi”, 4 siswa kategori “Sedang” dan 4 siswa kategori “Rendah”. Dari hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan signifikansi 0,058 > 0,05 dan hasil uji paired sampel t test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 < 0,005 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik self-management efektiv dalam meningkatkan minat membaca Al- Quran siswa di MTs MTs Daarul Hikma Luwuk.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of guidance and counseling services in improving student learning discipline at SMP Negeri 1 Joyo Jaya which includes several services, namely orientation services, information services, placement and distribution services, tutoring services, individual counseling services, and group counseling services. With these six guidance and counseling services, it can help improve student learning discipline at school. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and questionnaires. The results of the study show that the role of guidance and counseling services in improving student learning discipline at SMP Negeri 1 Joyo Jaya is in the good category, namely 66.47%, which includes the role of guidance and counseling services with a score of 65% with the category while student learning discipline with a score of 67.95% with the good category. Abstract

This research aims to describe the problem of social inequality between students with different backgrounds and social status. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects consisting of 6 informants, namely 3 teaching staff and 3 students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique consists of 3 stages, namely the observation, interview and documentation stages. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research reveal that the problem of social inequality between students is influenced by factors from various social backgrounds of students. Efforts to overcome this social gap can be carried out with academic and non-academic learning programs in schools by teaching staff. Keywords: Social Inequality, Student
