Abstract

This community service program involves a series of interactive outreach to the owners of the Eduwisata "Ndalem Kerto" MSME Njenangan Ponorogo and tourist visitors, mostly children in the age group, which includes material about biological natural resources, animal management, tourist park management, legal protection for animals, as well as complaint mechanisms. Legal education is provided to help especially "Ndalem Kerto" MSME owners in dealing with cases related to animal management, most of which are protected animals such as peacocks and starlings which are entertainment, especially for young children. Through an inclusive and community-based approach, it is hoped that "Ndalem Kerto" MSME owners and visitors will be more empowered, educated and able to advocate for their rights effectively. The implementation method is carried out through the stages of searching for cases of public complaints, determining cases, planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. The results of this education show a significant increase in the legal knowledge of participants including "Ndalem Kerto" MSME owners and visitors in accessing and utilizing legal services. Thus, this program not only contributes to individual empowerment, but also strengthens society as a whole in efforts to enforce law and social justice.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan serangkaian sosialisasi interaktif kepada para pelaku UMKM di Desa Tajug Kecamatan Siman Kabupaten Ponorogo selaku dalam mitra pengabdian yang mencakup materi tentang pengenalan digitalisasi, tahapan digitalisasi pemasaran produk, serta legalitas merek UMKM. Digitalisasi disediakan untuk membantu individu selaku pelaku UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan persaingan usaha khususnya pemasaran produk di era globalisasi yang semakin kompetitif kemudian legalitas merek diperlukan agar setiap produk UMKM yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat setempat memiliki perlindungan hukum dan penguatan branding. Melalui pendekatan yang inklusif dan berbasis komunitas, diharapkan pelaku UMKM dapat lebih berdaya, teredukasi. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui tahapan mencari kasus keluhan masyarakat, penentuan permasalahan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan peserta selaku pelaku UMKM serta kemampuan mereka dalam mengakses dan memanfaatkan layanan digital dalam pemasaran produk. Dengan demikian, program pengabdian ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan individu, tetapi juga memperkuat masyarakat secara keseluruhan dalam upaya kesejahteraan dan keadilan sosial.

Abstract

This community service program involves a series of interactive socialization to traders who are members of the cafeteria traders association at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo as a service partner which includes material on the introduction of halal certification, halal certification stages, brand legality and product branding. The main focus of this service is halal certification which is provided to help service partners as traders who are members of the cafeteria traders association at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo in ensuring that food, beverage and other consumer goods do not contain haram ingredients and are processed according to Islamic law, helping consumers especially students and students of Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo feel safe and comfortable in consuming these products. In addition, product branding is needed by partners in facing the challenges of business competition, especially product marketing in the increasingly competitive era of globalization, then brand legality is needed so that each partner's product has legal protection and branding strengthening. Through an inclusive and community-based approach, it is hoped that partners as traders who are members of the cafeteria traders association at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo can be more empowered and educated. The implementation method involved identifying public complaints, identifying problems, planning, implementing, evaluating, and following up. The results of this community service program demonstrated a significant increase in the knowledge of participating partners and their ability to access and utilize digital services for halal certification registration. Thus, this community service program not only contributes to individual empowerment but also strengthens partners as a whole in their pursuit of social welfare and justice.
