Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Komunikasi Pemasaran, Pelayanan, dan Harga terhadap Citra Produk Semen Conch pada Studi Kasus PT Radja Dagang Indonesia. Produk Semen Conch pada Studi Kasus Semen Conch PT Radja Dagang Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 84 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Semen Conch PT. Pelanggan Semen Conch PT Radja Dagang Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Pendekatan purposive sampling. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk, Komunikasi Pemasaran, Pelayanan, dan Harga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap Citra Produk baik secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) maupun positif secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) maupun bersama-sama (simultan) pada PT. Radja Dagang Indonesia.  Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Komunikasi Pemasaran, Layanan, Harga, Citra Produk

Abstract

This  community service activity aims to provide understanding and training to the managers of Derbi Beauty Glow (DBG), located on Jl. Tanjung Barangan, Palembang City, regarding the importance of preparing financial reports as part of accountable and sustainable business management.  The activity was conducted on July 1, 2025, at 1:30 PM WIB and was attended by the business owner. The activity included educational sessions and practical training covering basic understanding of financial statements, recording of income and expenditure transactions, and the preparation of a simple profit and loss statement. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in systematically preparing business records, which is expected to support decision-making and business sustainability through more organized and informative financial management.

Abstract

This research is field research that aim to review of Sharia Economic Law on the agreement of Wage transaction “Pacak Hewan”. The existence of cattery and petshop that provide the services of competent cat breeding. However, the practices were contrary to the prophetic tradition of Rasulullah SAW that forbade lending male cats to breed the female cats and get the wage from the breeding result, Wage transaction of cat breeding can be categorized as a transaction that contain elements of gharar because the amount of the object is not known with certainty. Therefore, additional research into this transaction is required. The research method used is the qualitative method and the type of research is the field research. The technique of data collection is by means of the method of interview, observation, and documentation, while the technique of data analysis used the qualitative analysis; data presentation and conclusion taking. The result of this research is that the Practice of Catering Transaction Agreement that occurred in Comba Cattery Cinde Palembang has not fulfilled the pillars and conditions if using a rental contract based on the hadits narrated by Abu Daud, Imam Tirmidzi and opinions from the Hanafiyah and Syafi'iah Madzhabs because what is desired from the lease it is an animal sperm. However, the solution given by Imam Syafi'i can also be used as a consideration for cattery managers to continue to carry out breeding by hiring bulls if it becomes tradition but the payment of wages by tenants is based on an expression of gratitude, not in return for rent.Keywords: Wage Transaction, Agreement, Sharia  Economic Law.

Abstract

The determination of cost of goods manufactured is crucial for MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to set selling prices, manage costs, and calculate profit and loss. Pondok Bakso Lestari, an MSME in Palembang, still uses a simple estimation method in calculating the cost of goods manufactured due to a lack of understanding of factory overhead costs. This community service aims to provide an understanding of the importance of analyzing and calculating the Cost of Goods Manufactured for business sustainability. The method used is assistance and training on calculating the Cost of Goods Manufactured using explanation methods and direct examples. As a result, business owners understand the importance of calculating and determining the Cost of Goods Manufactured. After the training, business owners are able to calculate and prepare cost of production accounting journals independently. In conclusion, Pondok Bakso Lestari can determine more competitive and affordable selling prices after understanding the calculation of the Cost of Goods Manufactured, thereby attracting customer interest and encouraging business sustainability.
