Abstract

AbstractThe object of this research is the IKEA Company, the company is engaged in a retail business that sells a variety of products both household products and office products. The aim of the research is to find out how to implement the company's business strategy so that it can be successful in various countries. Literature sources are sourced from various articles, newspapers, magazine and electronic media and are sourced from company-specific websites. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive research methods dominated by secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the IKEA company business strategy refers to the porter business generic strategy, namely the differentation strategy, low cost strategy and focus strategy. The use of differentiation strategies for example relates to product design. IKEA products are known for their up to date / contemporary designs. Then place of business. IKEA stores are mostly in the form of beams that are given a large blue color with small windows. The use of low cost strategies specifically for middle to lower consumers who do not have much money to buy household furniture. In this strategy the IKEA company sets a low price for all its products, because the strategy positions IKEA differently from other companies. Besides that IKEA is committed to building good relationships with suppliers, customers and other parties and most importantly for IKEA so that consumers can buy products of good quality, economical design. Then the implementation of the focus strategy. The IKEA company is very focused on the function and usefulness of goods and is suitable to be placed anywhere, convenient and spacious shopping places, and quality and fashionable products.Keywords: differentiation strategies, low-priced pricing strategies, customer focus strategies, TOWS analysis and generic porter strategies AbstrakObjek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan IKEA, perusahaan tersebut bergerak dibidang usaha retail yang menjual berbagai produk baik produk rumah tangga maupun produk perkantoran. Tujuan penelitian tersebut ingin mengetahui bagaimana penerapan strategi bisnis perusahaan sehingga dapat sukses diberbagai negara. Sumber kepustakaan bersumber dari berbagai literatur yang berasal dari artikel, surat kabar, majalahdan media elektronik serta bersumber dari website khusus perusahaan. Tipe penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan metode penelitian diskriptif yang di dominasi dengan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi bisnis perusahaan IKEA mengacu pada strategi generic bisnis porter yaitu differentation strategy, low cost strategy and focus strategy.Penggunaan strategi differentiation  misalnya berkaitan dengan desain produk. Produk IKEA dikenal dengan desain yang up to date/kekinian dan unik. Kemudian tempat usaha (Toko), toko IKEA kebanyakan berbentuk balok  yang diberi warna biru yang besar dengan jendela yang kecil.Penggunaan strategi low cost khusus untuk konsumen menengah ke bawah yang tidak memiliki banyak uang untuk membeli perabot rumah tangga.  Pada strategi tersebut perusahaan IKEA menetapkan harga yang murah untuk semua produknya, oleh karena strategi tersebut memposisikan IKEA berbeda dengan perusahaan lain. Di samping itu  juga IKEA berkomitmen untuk menjalin hubungan baik dengan pemasok, pelanggan serta pihak lain dan yang terpenting bagi IKEA agar konsumen dapat membeli produk dengan kualitas yang baik, desain ekonomis. Kemudian penerapan strategy fokus. Perusahaan IKEA sangat fokus pada fungsi dan kegunaan barang dan cocok ditempatkan dimana saja, tempat belanja yang nyaman dan luas, dan produk yang bermutu serta bergaya modern.Kata kunci: Strategi differensiasi, strategi penetapan harga murah, strategi fokus pada pelanggan, analisis TOWS dan Strategi generik porter

Abstract

The location of this study in Musi Banyuasin, while the object of research is the Village Unit Cooperatives in six Districts, Cooperative Village Unit investigated the KUD Sinar Desa, KUD Pembela, KUD Sejahtera, KUD Sandes, KUD Embun Pagi, KUD Pelita, KUD Panca Kerja, KUD Tri Jaya, KUD Sumber Jaya Makmur Lestari and KUD Karya Makmur. Use research methods and research approaches diskriftif fenomenalogi approach. While the research instrument used questionnaires, interviews and surveys. This research activity has resulted in findings that the average KUD studied in healthy condition either simultaneously or partially. The results of the simultaneous study of cooperatives in the top ten there are two healthy KUD the KUD Tri Jaya and KUD Karya Makmur Jaya and cooperatives to obtain scores respectively 81.6 and 80.6. While eight other KUD in reasonably healthy condition with acquisition scores above 65 While the partial results of the calculation of the average rate earned on internal factors and external factors on each of the Cooperative are very varied. Through the above data if each of these cooperative complies with the Cooperative management, both from the internal and external side. If seen from the average achieved in the calculation of the internal factors there are four cooperatives that have Quality of human resources, as well Implement Cooperative Principle, system administration and good business. The cooperatives are cooperatives Prosperous scores 81, KUD Pelita scores 81, KUD Tri Jaya scores 81.67 and 81 scores Karya Makmur that KUD While having a score of 58.33 which is KUD Sinar Desa , the low value of the score obtained in the cooperative course is determined by the specified indicators. Abstract

Working capital is very important for any company, because almost all companies need working capital to finance day-to-day activities operasinal. Companies are required to constantly improve its efficiency so as to achieve the objectives expected by the company to achieve the optimal profit. In the absence of sufficient working capital, the operational activities of a company may not run smoothly. This study aims to find out how the capital adequacy ratio. This research was conducted at PT Mitra Ogan plantation. The data used are secondary data from the financial statements Plantation Mitra Ogan. Where the results of analysis of the capital adequacy ratio at the company's work will provide an overview of how the company can manage its working capital well. If the company can use working capital well, it will obtain sufficient capital. Conversely, when the company suffered a shortage or reduction in working capital, will encourage companies to experience credit with a bank or other outside parties and may hamper the business operational.

Abstract

The service quality ofo needs fulfillment, consumers desire, and its provison accuracy to meet consumers expectation. using the method of quantitative statistical research and data analysis techniques used was simple linear regression analysis.Since  t-count (11,505)> (2,368) and significant value (0,000) <(0,01). Wasmeansthe HO was rejected and Ha was accepted, then the service qualty significantly influence consumers satisfaction at Studio Ribka Photo Sekip branch in Palembang. Then, correlation  and determination test where they were  obtained correlation coefficient value of R = 0,598 which means that the correlation between service quality and consumers satisfaction was very strong that was  59,8%. After the correlation test was applied, it was followed by determination test. Determination test was done to see how much  the contribution of variable x to variable y, where obtained value of was R2 0,593. It could be stated that the independent variabel correlation between the service quality and consumers statisfaction was 59,3%, meanwhile the rest was 41,7% explained by other variable product, price, promotion, place, presentasi and personalia. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference and analyze financial performance and conventional banks Islamic banks. Type approach in this study is the quantitative approach. The research location is a conventional bank and Islamic banks are in Prabumulih. The research design used in this study was a descriptive study and research is quite descriptive comparative study, a study that is looking at or comparing the performance difference with conventional banks and Islamic banks using the CAMEL. The data used in this research is secondary data and primary data. Source data from conventional banks and Islamic banks, in the form of financial ratios in the quarterly financial statements and annual bank. The financial statements used in this study is a three-year financial statements, which 2012-2014.Teknik years of data analysis used in this research is the analysis of financial ratios (financial ratio analysis), the proxy CAMEL (capital, assets, management, earnings, liquidity and sensitivity to market risk). Analysis of financial ratios related to the financial performance of the bank group. This analysis is based on quantitative data is data in the form of figures on the bank's financial statements. Abstract

AbstractThis study examines entrepreneurial orientation towards the competitive advantage of small and medium enterprises. The population of this study was small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Banyuasin District as many as 53,265 SMEs. By using the Slovin method with a precision level of 10%, the study sample was 100 SMEs. The data used is sourced from primary data, this primary data is obtained directly through the distribution of questionnaires. As the respondents are the managers or those responsible for the company. The purpose of this study is to see how entrepreneurial orientation has an impact on MSEs competitive advantage. As a result, entrepreneurial orientation is done by improving marketing strategy quality innovation, proactive willingness, business risk-taking skills, and high futility, while competing with innovative capabilities. production and marketing management. Therefore if the entrepreneur wants to have a competitive advantage, the entrepreneur must have an entrepreneurial orientation seriously and effectively so that he can overcome the competition between SMEs. This was evidenced by the results of the average SPSS entrepreneurial orientation level of 8.7500 and the average competitive advantage level of 8.7800. the basis of this identification is less than 50 meaning entrepreneurial orientation has an impact on competitive advantage in a company, then the R-Square value of 0.549 means that the existence of an entrepreneurial orientation can affect competitive advantage. This finding illustrates that SMEs in the area that have implemented entrepreneurial orientation are able to respond to environmental changes through the application of a good entrepreneurial orientation so that they can survive.Keywords : Entrepreneurial orientation, Competitive advantageAbstrakPenelitian ini menguji orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing usaha kecil menengah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah usaha kecil menengah  (UKM) di Kabupaten Banyuasin sebanyak 53.265 UKM. Dengan menggunakan metode Slovin dengan tingkat presisi 10% maka sampel penelitiannya sebanyak 100 UMK. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari data primer, data primer ini diperoleh secara langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner  Sebagai responden adalah para manajer atau penanggung jawab perusahaan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin melihat bagaimana orientasi kewirausahaan berdampak pada keunggulan bersaing UMK. Hasilnya, Orientasi kewirausahaan dilakukan dengan meningkatkan inovasi kualitas strategi pemasaran, kemauan proaktif, ketrampilan mengambil risiko bisnis, serta mempunyai futurity yang tinggi, sedangkan keunggulan bersaing dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kapabilitas inovatif, manajemen produksi dan pemasaran. Oleh karena itu jika  pengusaha ingin memilki competitive advantage maka pengusaha harus memiliki orientasi kewirausahaan secara serius dan efektif sehingga dapat mengatasi persaingan antar UKM. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil olah SPSS rata-rata tingkat orientasi kewirausahaan sebesar 8.7500 dan rata-rata tingkat keunggulan bersaing sebesar 8.7800. dasar identifikasi ini nilainya kurang dari 50 artinya orientasi kewirausahaan memberikan dampak pada keunggulan bersaing pada sebuah perusahaan, selanjutnya diperoleh nilai R-Square sebesar 0.549 artinya dengan adanya orientasi wirausaha maka dapat mempengaruhi keunggulan bersaing. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran bahwa UKM di daerah tersebut yang telah menerapkan orientasi kewirausahaan mampu merespons perubahan lingkungan melalui penerapan orientasi kewirausahaan yang baik sehingga mampu bertahan.Kata kunci : Orientasi kewirausahaan, Keunggulan Bersaing

Abstract

This study discusses how the performance of loading and unloading companies that provide services to customers. The purpose of this study is to know how the involvement of employees, work processes and physical environment in providing services loading and unloading ports so as to provide customer satisfaction. Research location at PT. Gajah Unggul Internasional located in Boom Baru Palembang, the data used combination of primary data and secondary data with the number of respondents as many as 100 company. Data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. The variables of this study are endogenous and exogenous variables. Endogenous variables consist of people, process and physical evidence. While the exogenous variable is customer satisfaction. To measure the effect of variables using the SEM method with the amos version 22 program that was processed based on a simple linear regression model. From the results of the research data obtained information that the variables of people, process and physical evidence give influence to customer satisfaction, but from the three variables studied only process variables that give a negative effect on customer satisfaction, this is caused by the complexity of administrative matters so that service less satisfactory and do not give satisfaction to customers. The limitations of this study only focus on aspects of people, processes, and the physical environment, because there needs to be other aspects that need to be researched so that the information obtained more konfrehensif.Keywords :Participant (People), Process, Physical evidence, Marketing mix Services

Abstract

This research is conducted to determine the effect of customer value on customer loyalty at Reload Kitchen Cafe Palembang. It is carried out based on both qualitative and quantitative methods. The independent variable in this research is customer value and the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The techniques of data collection in this research include interviews, observation, and questionnaires. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analisys using SPSS program version 22.  They are analyzed by using simple regression analysis method and t-test. The result of the study shows that customer value has significant effect to customer loyalty. The value of R is 0.825. It means there is a strong relationship between customer value and customer loyalty. The result of this research is reinforced by the result of hypothesis testing. T-Test shows a significance level of 0,000 greater than 0,05 which means customer value affects the customer loyalty at Reload Kitchen Café.Keywords: Customer Value, Customer Loyalt, Marketing

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the health and safety on the performance of employees At Pusri Operations Division 1B PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The number of members of a population of as many as 150 employees. The sampling technique using simple random sampling since the sampling is done at random members of the population regardless of strata that exist in the population. And the determination of the sample size in this study using a formula Slovin, in order to obtain the results of 60 respondents to be sampled in the study. This research uses descriptive analysis with quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and using the technique of simple linear regression analysis to measure the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable is the occupational safety and health as an independent variable (X) and employee performance as the dependent variable (Y ). The data in this study aided by Stastitical program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22. The results of this study stated that the safety and health significant and positive impact on the performance of employees of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Based on the results of empirical testing of safety and health variables have 0.544dengan coefficient value of 8.321 t value as well as the significant value of 0.000.Key words: Occupational Health and Safety, Employee Performance
