ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian secara khusus untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis pengaruh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (GK), Disiplin Kerja (DK) dan Motivasi Kerja (MK) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (KK) secara parsial ataupun secara simultan. Menggunakan pendekatan penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif, karena hal tersebut menggambarkan secara sistematis fakta dan karakteristik objek dan subjek yang diteliti secara tepat. Penelitian deskriptif merupakan metode penelitian yang berusaha menggambarkan dan menginterprestasi objek sesuai dengan apa adanya. Teknik sampling yang dipergunakan ialah sampel sampling jenuh yakni semua karyawan Pt. Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk peneliti jadikan sebagai sampel pada riset ini sebanyak 145 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis SPSS 26. Pengujian data menggunakan uji t, bahwa nilai t-hitung (3,971 > 1.655) H1 diterima Gaya Kepemimpinan (GK) berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (KK). t-hitung (2,873 > 1.655) H2 diterima Disiplin Kerja (DK) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (KK). t-hitung (6,742 > 1.655) H3 diterima Motivasi Kerja (MK) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (KK). Gaya Kepemimpinan (GK) Disiplin Kerja (DK) dan Motivasi Kerja (MK) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (KK). Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan Gaya Kepemimpinan (GK), Disiplin Kerja (DK) dan Motivasi Kerja (MK) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (KK) Security PT. Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. The results of this study explain that Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Security Employees of PT.
