Abstract

Hantaka Village in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency of the South Kalimantan Province served as the background for this study's data collection in support of the study's objectives. In the philosophy of positivism, sampling is typically done at random, research instruments are used for data collection, and quantitative and statistical methods are used for data analysis. There are 1,501 people in the population, and 45 of them make up the sample. Hair et al.'s (2014) theory: 173. As a result, the following findings are obtained: 1. The results of the t test indicate that the variable potential of natural resources (X1) has a magnitude influence of 62.1 percent and a significant level of 0.000, or less than 0.05, indicating that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating that the potential of natural resources (X1) has an effect on economic growth in Hanntak Village, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. 2. The results of the t test indicate that the variable human growth index (IPM) (X2) has a magnitude influence of 20% and a significant level of 0.094, or less than 0.05, indicating that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This indicates that the human growth index (IPM) (X2) has an effect on economic growth in Hanntak Village, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, but not significantly. 3. The potential impact of natural resources and the human growth index (IPM) on economic growth in Hanntak Village, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, accounted for 51.10 percent of the independent variables. The remaining 48.90 percent was influenced by other factors that were not examined in this study Keywords: Economy, Growth Index, Natural Resources

Abstract

Abstract: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), locally known as UMKM, play a strategic role in Indonesia’s economy, particularly in rural areas far from major trade centers. One of the service sectors experiencing continuous growth is tailoring, which typically involves personalized services and builds strong, trust-based relationships with customers. Home-based tailoring businesses offer economic opportunities, especially for women, enabling them to earn income while managing household responsibilities. This study focuses on Rumah Jahit Hafsah, a home-based tailoring business in Desa Hakurung, Kecamatan Daha Utara, which has demonstrated significant growth since its establishment in 2018. The research analyzes the marketing strategies employed by Rumah Jahit Hafsah through the 4Ps marketing mix framework: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through field observations and unstructured interviews with the business owner and customers. The findings reveal that Rumah Jahit Hafsah effectively applies marketing strategies tailored to customer needs and local market conditions, allowing the business to remain competitive despite seasonal fluctuations and competition from similar enterprises. This study contributes to the literature on marketing strategies for micro enterprises and offers practical insights for tailoring businesses aiming for sustainable growth through targeted marketing approaches

Abstract

The increasing penetration of digital technologies has prompted rural microenterprises to adopt digital payment systems to enhance financial management and operational efficiency. This study investigates the adoption of digital payment systems such as QRIS, e-wallets, and mobile banking and their effects on the financial efficiency of micro enterprises in rural areas. The research aims to understand how the transition from traditional cash-based transactions to digital platforms influences cost reduction, transaction speed, and financial record accuracy among rural entrepreneurs. Using a mixed-method approach, data were collected through surveys and interviews with microenterprise owners who have adopted digital payment systems. Quantitative findings reveal a significant positive correlation between the frequency of digital payment use and improvements in financial management efficiency, particularly in reducing operational costs and enhancing transaction traceability. Qualitative analysis further highlights that digital payment adoption encourages better budgeting behavior and business transparency. However, barriers such as limited digital literacy and unstable internet access remain key challenges in rural implementation. The article discusses these findings in the context of Indonesia’s 2025 national agenda for digital economic transformation and provides policy implications for expanding inclusive digital finance in underserved regions.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has significantly transformed consumer behavior in digital purchasing activities. In the increasingly competitive digital business environment, companies are required to understand the factors influencing customer satisfaction and purchase decisions. This study aims to analyze the effects of digital trust, customer experience, and E-WOM on customer satisfaction and purchase decisions, as well as to examine the mediating role of customer satisfaction. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 250 active e-commerce users in Indonesia who had completed at least two transactions within the last six months. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.1.1.8 software. The findings reveal that digital trust, customer experience, and E-WOM have positive and significant effects on both customer satisfaction and purchase decisions. Customer experience emerged as the most dominant factor influencing satisfaction and purchasing behavior. Furthermore, customer satisfaction was found to mediate the effects of digital trust, customer experience, and E-WOM on purchase decisions. These findings imply the importance of enhancing platform security, improving customer experience quality, and effectively managing digital reviews to strengthen consumer purchase decisions.

The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that Live Streaming Commerce has a positive and significant effect on both Trust and Purchase Decision, while Online Customer Review does not significantly affect either variable. Trust has the most dominant and significant influence on Purchase Decision and strengthens the relationship between live streaming activity and purchase behavior.
