Abstract

Hantaka Village in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency of the South Kalimantan Province served as the background for this study's data collection in support of the study's objectives. In the philosophy of positivism, sampling is typically done at random, research instruments are used for data collection, and quantitative and statistical methods are used for data analysis. There are 1,501 people in the population, and 45 of them make up the sample. Hair et al.'s (2014) theory: 173. As a result, the following findings are obtained: 1. The results of the t test indicate that the variable potential of natural resources (X1) has a magnitude influence of 62.1 percent and a significant level of 0.000, or less than 0.05, indicating that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating that the potential of natural resources (X1) has an effect on economic growth in Hanntak Village, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. 2. The results of the t test indicate that the variable human growth index (IPM) (X2) has a magnitude influence of 20% and a significant level of 0.094, or less than 0.05, indicating that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This indicates that the human growth index (IPM) (X2) has an effect on economic growth in Hanntak Village, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, but not significantly. 3. The potential impact of natural resources and the human growth index (IPM) on economic growth in Hanntak Village, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, accounted for 51.10 percent of the independent variables. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies in enhancing productivity and competitiveness in the agribusiness sector, with a focus on the challenges faced by small and medium agribusiness enterprises. The research identifies traditional and modern HRM models applied in agribusiness and evaluates their impact on production outcomes, workforce training, and development. A qualitative descriptive research method is employed, involving interviews with agribusiness practitioners and secondary data analysis from related literature. The findings reveal that effective HRM, particularly through training and employee empowerment, can significantly improve efficiency and productivity in the agribusiness sector. However, small agribusinesses face various challenges in implementing more professional HRM practices, such as limited managerial resources and budgets. The study also highlights the importance of integrating HRM strategies with business objectives and workforce competency development to meet the demands of modern, technology-based agriculture.

Abstract

Processing organic waste, particularly used glass bottles, presents both a challenge and an opportunity in the effort to create a clean environment and empower the local economy. This community service activity aimed to raise awareness and enhance the skills of residents in Hantakan Village, South Kalimantan, in managing used glass bottles into economically valuable handicraft products. The methods employed included socialization, technical training, UMM workshops, and business mentoring. The results showed increased community participation in the collection and utilization of glass bottles, the formation of two local MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) groups, and the initial marketing of recycled products at the village and sub-district levels. This program demonstrates that the development of eco-creative initiatives can drive the creation of waste-free villages while opening up opportunities for creative and sustainable businesses, as well as strengthening market access so that local MSMEs can grow independently.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of catfish farming on increasing community income in Pondok Babaris Village, Sungai Pandan District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The research applies a quantitative approach, with data collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression / descriptive statistics with the help of SPSS version 25. The results indicate that partially, business capital and harvest frequency do not significantly influence income, whereas business profit has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, the variables of capital, harvest frequency, and profit significantly affect the community’s income. These findings demonstrate that catfish farming can serve as a viable economic alternative for rural communities to create employment opportunities and improve economic welfare

Abstract

This research is motivated by a new innovation from the company PT PLN (Persero), namely creating an application called PLN Mobile which was released in 2016 to coincide with the 71st national electricity day and became part of PT PLN's (Persero) efforts to improve services to customers. With the innovation of the PLN Mobile application, it can also bring PLN closer to customers and prospective customers to be much better. The information that can be accessed in this application can also be said to be quite good issn providing services regarding various kinds of information listed in the features in the PLN Mobile application, so that customers can access information anywhere and anytime. This is what makes researchers interested in conducting reseach with the title “Implementation of the PLN Mobile Application in Improving Sevices at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Amuntai” ti find out the problems and solutions that occur in the field. This research uses a qualitative approach method, and data is collected using direct interview techniques, telephone interviews and WhatsApp chat and Google Form. The respondents involved in this study were 6 people with 8 questions from 8 indicators, namely implementation (transmission, clarity, and consistency) service (reliability or reliability, responsiveness or responsiveness, assurance or assurace, empathy or empathy, and physical evidence or tangible). The results of the study show that the implementation of the PLN mobile application does have an effect on improving services at PT PLN (Persero) and making it easier for customers to receive all forms of service. However, it is still lacking in terms of socialization to the community.

Abstract

Growing investor interest in sustainable practices has pushed Indonesian private firms in the industrial gas sector to integrate environmental, social, and governance factors, corporate governance, and financial performance to attract capital. This study aims to examine how these factors influence investment decisions, using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected from quarterly financial reports, sustainability documentation, and investment records of private firms from February to April 2025, totaling 45 observations. The findings show that financial performance, measured by profitability ratios, has the strongest impact on investment, followed by corporate governance through transparent reporting and board oversight, and environmental, social, and governance factors, all significantly affecting investment both individually and collectively. The model explains 91% of investment variation, highlighting its robustness. However, reliance on internal sustainability metrics limits comparability. Firms must balance strong financial results with governance and sustainability efforts to boost investor confidence, though standardizing metrics remains a challenge for private firms.

Abstract

Pada UKM Teknik Rotan H. Muhid Hulu Sungai Utara ini bertujuan untuk meberdayakan masyarakat dalam hal pemanfaatan rotan, agar bisa membantu meningkatkan perekonimian dan lingkungan yang sehat, bersih serta nyaman. Hal ini diungkapkan oleh kepala desa Umar Kepala Desa Sungai Limas Rt.002 No.082 Kec. Haur Gading Kab. Hulu Sungai Utara mengatakan bahwa: “Untuk meningkatkan perekonimian di sekitar rotan yang menumpuk sehingga lingkungan tersebut jadi bersih, maka upaya kami dalam mengelola kaca yaitu dengan memberikan kreativitas kepada masyarakat sekitar agar bisa dimanfaatkan dan bernilai ekonomis” Berdasarkan hasil dan uraian yang dikemukakan sebelumnya startegi bersaing UKM Rotan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT yang dimiliki oleh H.Muhid Desa Sungai LImas Kecamatan Haur Gading Hulu Sungai Utara, maka dapt ditarik kesimpulan, yaitu: Strenght (S) atau Kekuatan dalam strategi bersaing produk UKM H. Muhid Desa Sungai Limas Kec. Haur Gading Hulu Sungai Utara, yaitu Reputasi yang dimilki oleh UKM Rotan ini dapat disebut baik, UKM ini termasuk UKM yang sangat fliksibel dalam menghadapi dalam kasus dan permintaan konsumen, Biaya overhead yang dimiliki oleh UKM Rotan ini tergolong rendah. Jadi harga yang ditawarkan tentunya lebih murah dibandingkan ekspor, Dalam hal ini dalam pemberin respon terhadap permintaan pelanggan UKM Rotan ini tergolong cepat dan tidak melalui proses yang panjang, Kemampuan dan ketramipilan yang dimiliki karyawan UKM Rotan ini dapat dikatakan tinggi. Opertunities (O) atau Peluang dalam strategi bersaing produk UKM H. Muhid Desa Sungai Limas Kec. Haur Gading Hulu Sungai Utara (UKM Rotan ini memiliki dukungan dari Pemerintah daerah dan Sector atau bidang rotan ini mengalami peningkatan) Weakness (W) atau Kelemahan dalam strategi bersaing produk UKM H. Muhid Desa Sungai Limas Kec. Haur Gading Hulu Sungai Utara, yaitu UKM Rotan ini memiliki modal yang terbatas, Arus kas UKM Rotan ini berjalan tidak lancer dan Pemasaran dilakukan hanya dengan face to face Threats (T) Ancaman dalam strategi bersaing produk UKM H. Muhid Desa Sungai Limas Kec. Haur Gading Hulu Sungai Utara, yaitu: Sering terjadinya perubahan strategi dari persaingan sehingga dapat menjadi suatu ancaman terhadap posisi UK Rotan H. Muhid dan Perkembangan teknologi yang cepat sehingga berdampak pada keterlambatan UKM Rotan ini dalam mengadopsinya.

Abstract

Motivasi kepala madrasah merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 8 Tabalong kecamatan Pugaan Kabupaten Tabalong motivasi kepala madrasah belum sepenuhnya optimal. Kurangnya pengawasan dalam kedisiplinan waktu sehingga membuat kurang nya motivasi kinerja pegawai di madrasah terebut. Berdasarkan hal , penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, faktor – faktor apa yang mendukung dan menghambat dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, serta upaya apa yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada MTsN 8 Tabalong Kecamatan Pugaan Kabupaten Tabalong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data melalui penarikan sampel yang berjumlah 8 orang. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalisis teknik meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi Kepala Madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja belum sepenuhnya optimal. Adapun faktor pendukung dan penghambat Kepala Madrasah dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai diantaranya kurang disiplinnya waktu pegawai yang sering melanggarnya peraturan sehingga mengakibatkan rendahnya kinerja pegawai dan kurangnya sarana dan fasilitas di sekolah sehingga berpengaruh pada proses belajar mengajar kepada kecedasan anak didik MTsN 8 Tabalong. Dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh Kepala MTsN 8 Tabalong diantaranya meningkatkan kedisiplinan waktu dan pembelian sarana fasilitas yang kurang, agar dapat memotivasi para pegawai dalam bekerja. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, maka disarankan kepada Kepala Madrasah memberikan penghargaan kepada para pegawai yang dinilai paling berperan dalam hal meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Adapun saran kepada seluruh pegawai dan staff agar bekerja dengan efektif dan efesien serta profesional dalam kedisiplinan waktu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in Amuntai Hulu Sungai Utara (Case study of Nabil Cosmetics Shop). The analysis technique used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Quantitative data in this study is in the form of ordinal from respondents' answers to the questions posed in the questionnaire. The t-statistic value of the path of the influence of the Responvenism variable on customer satisfaction in Amuntai Hulu Sungai Utara (Case study of Nabil Cosmetics Shop). is 2.562 which is greater than the normal distribution t-table of 1.96, meaning that there is a significant influence between the variable Responvenism and customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction in Amuntai Hulu Sungai Utara (Case study of Nabil Cosmetics Shop). responsive is the ability of a company that is carried out directly by employees to provide services quickly and responsively. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the responveness factors on consumer satisfaction in Amuntai Hulu Sungai Utara (Case study of Nabil Cosmetics Shop). From the SPSS estimation results, another conclusion appears that the satisfaction model studied is actually only able to explain the phenomenon of consumer satisfaction in Amuntai Hulu Sungai Utara (Case study of Nabil Cosmetics Shop) of 68.9%. While the remaining 31.1% is explained by other variables which are not included in the model and error.

Abstract

Dengan melihat potensi Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara pada sektor peternakan itik, maka sektor ini dirasa dapat menjadi peluang dalam Menciptakan nilai prodok telor asin di desa banyu tajun dalam kecamatan sungai pandan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah secara maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Bogdan dan Taylor (dalam Moleong, 2007:4) menyatakan bahwa metode kualitiatif ini digunakan sebagai prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lesan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Peneliti dalam penelitian kualitatif untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan, dengan turun ke lapangan dan berada di lokasi penelitian untuk memperoleh data yang banyak dan lengkap. Peneliti berusaha semaksimal mungkin mendapatkan data yang diperoleh untuk mendukung penelitian,Dalam penelitian ini lebih banyak berbentuk kata-kata, gambaran, foto-foto. Faktor dalam menciptakan nilai 1.Bahwa terciptannya nilai itu adanya durungan atau pemikiran kekeluargaan atau Motivasi seseorang yang diwariskan padanya yang mana mempunyai keuntungan tersediri maupun bagi orang lain 2.Citra merek atau brand 3.kualitas pelayanan 4. kepuasan pelangan.
