Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sponsorship strategy implemented by PT Nojorono Tobacco Internasional in building brand awareness among generation Z through Community support events to Events organized by Authenticity. With the main target market of generation Z and Millennials, Authenticity utilizes music events as a platform to introduce products such as Clas mild Purple Duo and Clas mild Red Max that are relevant to their needs. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and in-depth interviews with related parties at Authenticity and event organizers. The results of the study indicate that sponsorship through music events is effective in strengthening brand awareness, building emotional relationships, and increasing the engagement of the younger generation with the brand. The hypothesis proposed is that the integration of sponsorship with music events can improve the brand image of Clas Mild among generation Z. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Authenticity continue to optimize its sponsorship strategy in relevant events to strengthen brand engagement. This study emphasizes the importance of sponsorship strategies in building a strong and relevant brand image for young consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi strategi image building yang dilakukan oleh SMKN 1 Ponorogo dalam membangun persepsi masyarakat mulai dari proses serta dampak dari strategi image building yang telah diterapkan untuk membangun persepsi positif masyarakat terhadap SMKN 1 Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai fenomena yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penggambaran secara sistematis dan faktual terhadap kondisi, aktivitas, serta pandangan para informan terkait topik yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan Wakil Kepala Bidang Kesiswaan dan beberapa siswa SMKN 1 Ponorogo. Peneliti juga memperoleh data dengan teknik dokumentasi, yakni dengan memperoleh data-data yang relevan dari media sosial dan juga data-data yang tersedia di website resmi SMKN 1 Ponorogo maupun website resmi yang lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, strategi image building yang diterapkan di SMKN 1 Ponorogo ada 3 yaitu: 1) Membangun budaya sekolah yang bagus; 2) mempublikasikan dan meningkatkan pencapaian prestasi baik akademik dan non akademik; dan 3) menjalin komunikasi dengan berbagai pihak luar. Secara keseluruhan, strategi image building yang diterapkan di SMKN 1 Ponorogo ini terbukti dapat membentuk persepsi positif masyarakat terhadap lembaga sekolah, dengan selalu terpenuhinya kuota pendaftaran calon peserta didik baru yang menjadi indikator bahwa strategi yang diterapkan di SMKN 1 Ponorogo sudah efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Each commercial feed has different nutritional compositions that may affect the productivity and digestive tract condition of Alope chickens. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of different commercial feeds on the morphometry and histomorphometry of the small intestine in Alope chickens. The experiment was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design with four treatments and three replications: P1 (Commercial Feed X1), P2 (Commercial Feed X2), P3 (Commercial Feed X3), and P4 (Commercial Feed X4). Parameters were small intestine morphometry, weight of the duodenum, jejunum, and ileum and small intestine histomorphometry.  The results showed that different commercial feeds had no significant effect (P>0.05) on intestinal morphometry, except for the weight and length/weight ratio of the jejunum. Conversely, there was a significant effect (P<0.05) on the histomorphometry of the jejunum and ileum. The P3 treatment produced the best results and is recommended as the most effective feed to support small intestine development in Alope chickens.
