Abstract

Both marketing information and online customer reviews have a big impact on consumer decision-making. The purpose of this study is to ascertain and investigate the degree to which online customer evaluations and TikTok marketing content influence consumers' product selections. Because this study takes a quantitative approach, data were gathered via questionnaires, literature studies, and observation. One hundred Ungaran respondents made up the study's sample. Two factors related to purchase decisions the marketing content variable and the online customer review variablewere computed in the t-test computation. These two values show that the purchase choice variable is influenced by both of these factors. Additionally, the results of the F test show that the marketing material variable and online customer reviews both simultaneously influence the decisions of product buyers

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the performance of village officials in Bandungan District, Semarang Regency, is impacted by their work experience. to ascertain the impact of village leaders' educational attainment on their effectiveness. to ascertain how the training and work experience of village administrators impact their performance. to determine which factors most affect the village authorities' performance metrics. By creating a questionnaire for respondents (village authorities), who will respond to it, a quantitative, factual, and the right research approach is used. 88 municipal authorities took part in this survey. The results of the study suggest that job experience and educational achievement may influence one another or both. Higher education and more work experience are associated with improved performance for village authorities. It is clear that the education level variable has the most influence on the performance variable

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) intended for groups registered in family-based integrated social assistance programs. This research aims to determine the impact or effects of the quality of assistance, level of education and changes in behavior on improving the welfare of PKH beneficiaries. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach using a sample of 167 PKH beneficiaries in Bandungan District, Semarang Regency, who were selected proportionally through random sampling. The data collection method involves the use of a questionnaire, then the data is analyzed using the SPSS program for multiple linear regression. The results of the study data analysis show that (1) the quality of assistance, level of education, and changes in behavior of PKH recipients have a positive and significant effect on improving their welfare, (2) these influences also occur simultaneously.
