Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, lingkungan belajar, dan dukungan keluarga terhadap semangat belajar mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pariwisata Indonesia (STIEPARI) Semarang. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana yang berjumlah 98 orang. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga semua anggota populasi diajdikan sebagai sampel sebanyak 98 orang sampel. Hasil penelitian yaitu motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh negatif terhadap semangat belajar, lingkungan belajar, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat belajar, dan dukungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat belajar.Kata kunci: Motivasi Intrinsik, Lingkungan Belajar, Dukungan Belajar, Semangat Belajar.AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation, learning environment, and family support on students' enthusiasm for learning at the Postgraduate Program at the Indonesian Tourism Economics College (STIEPARI) Semarang. The population used in this study were 98 students in the Postgraduate Program. The sample is determined using a saturated sampling technique so that all members of the population are treated as a sample of 98 people. The results showed that intrinsic motivation had a negative effect on enthusiasm for learning, the learning environment, had a positive and significant effect on enthusiasm for learning, and family support had a positive and significant effect on enthusiasm for learning.Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation, Learning Environment, Learning Support, Learning Spirit.

Abstract

Kartikajaya Village is part of the Wonosari village area, before it became its own village known as Bleder. At that time it was still in the form of forests and swamps and was often used for TNI war games, especially Soldiers of the VII Military Command (now Kodam IV Dipenogero). Kartikajaya Village means the village is Resetement (Prokiamad) which is inhabited by retired TNI AD. It is one of the efforts. Located approximately 9 km from Kendal City, and approximately 10 km from the City of Patebon. Transportation that can be used is angkudes no. 3 and gig by day, and motorcycle taxi at night. When it was first formed this village was a local transmigration site for veterans of the war for independence, so that almost part of the population was retired soldiers. Now, along with the development of the region, the population of Kartika Jaya Village has begun to be heterogeneous in terms of livelihoods, from farmers, fishermen, factory workers, to private employees and civil servants. This research is a qualitative research. The data used in this study were obtained from interviews with Kartika Jaya residents and consumers and the results of the performance were analyzed to obtain a corrective action plan. In general, this study concludes that Kartika Jaya serves the market segment for young people and modern productive age and has a development plan that focuses on consumers (Customer oriented) and the voice of consumers who are very satisfied and satisfied with the performance of the marketing business produced by Kartika Jaya tourism.

Abstract

Food will certainly please its customers. Retaining customers is generally more profitable than changing customers, because the cost of acquiring a new customer can be many times the cost of retaining an existing customer. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at the Spoon Bebek Restaurant in Semarang. The population is all consumers at the Spoon Duck Restaurant with a total sample of 100 respondents. The research analysis tool uses multiple linear regression where the validity and reliability tests were previously carried out. The test results are proven. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on service quality on customer satisfaction at the spoon duck restaurant in Semarang (t count = 4,520 and p < 0.05). Meanwhile, the results of other studies indicate that there is a positive and significant effect on the quality of food products on consumer satisfaction at the spoon duck restaurant in Semarang (t count = 6.123 and p <0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality, hotel facilities and prices on customer satisfaction at Hotel Noormans Semarang. Research data obtained through documentation and questionnaires. The sample used in the study was 125 respondents. The data obtained were processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, model testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that partially and simultaneously the variables of service quality, hotel facilities and prices affect customer satisfaction at Noormans Hotel Semarang

Abstract

There are still employee complaints that the compensation is not consistent with the concept of justice, the existing facilities at the research site are insufficient to perform community service duties, the facilities that require quantity and quality improvements. This study aims to prove the effect of compensation, facilities, and work environment on the job satisfaction of environmental employees in Kendal Regency. This research is included in quantitative research using SPSS 16 and research design using associative approach. The associative approach was carried out with the aim of finding the effect of compensation and work environment on performance mediated by work motivation. The time of the research was from January 2020 to April 2020. The population in this study were all district employees, totaling 89 (eighty nine) individuals. The sampling method in this study uses saturated sampling, where due to the limited number of populations, it is possible for the population to be sampled. The sample in this study in this study were district employees totaling 88 (eighty eight) people (minus the researcher). The results show that There are effects of compensation and work environment on work motivation, employees in Semarang Regency. There are effects of compensation and work environment, work motivation on the Performance of Environmental Employees in sub-districts of Semarang Regency. There is an effect of the work environment on work motivation and does not have an impact on the performance of environmental employees in sub-districts of Semarang Regency.

Abstract

Pariwisata berkelanjutan atau sustainable tourism dinilai sebagai aspek terpenting bagi pengembangan sektor pariwisata. Selanjutnya pariwisata akan berpusat kepada manusia dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam peningkatan produk, pelayanan sesuai kebutuhan perilaku masyarakat, dan pola pelayanan di butuhkan untuk meningkatkan pada kearifan lokal yang tujuannya unique selling point. Bahkan potensi wisata lokal yang ada di desa akhir-akhir ini sangat diminati oleh wisatawan yang rindu pada nuansa alam terbuka, interaksi dengan lingkungan dan sosial kehidupan masyarakat lokal. Desa Wisata bagian dari pariwisata menitikberatkan pada keseluruhan pengalaman pedesaan, atraksi alam, tradisi, unsur-unsur keunikan secara keseluruhan dapat menarik minat wisatawan. Berkaitan dengan hal ini, Desa Cikaso yang menjadi tujuan utama untuk menjadi rintisan desa wisata memiliki keragaman potensi alam, budaya, dan sejarah. Namun, sejauh ini belum adanya studi organisasi pengelolaan identifikasi atraksi wisata yang dilakukan oleh Desa Cikaso. Kajian ini dilakukan di Desa Cikaso Keramatmulya Kuningan Jawa Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis studi kasus. Kajian ini memperlihatkan bahwa desa wisata yang ideal harus memperlihatkan konsep keberlanjutan mengacu kepada basic thinking dari pengembangan desa wisata di Indonesia berbasis atraksi dan kelokalan. Selanjutnya dapat mencapai kesiapan masyarakat dalam program pengembangan desa wisata berbasis pariwisata. Mengidentifikasi kesiapan masyarakat sebagai tuan rumah bagi wisatawan saat berkunjung desa wisata.

Abstract

The research was carried out at Koffee Talk, which is located inside the Radja Hotel Semarang. The purpose of the study was to evaluate and explain the influence that the quality of service and marketing mix had on the level of satisfaction experienced by customers. Questions and answers are gathered via the use of questionnaires. Participants in the research totaled 96 individuals. It is anticipated that the findings of the study would be beneficial to both management and customers. Customer happiness is impacted by both the quality of the service and the marketing mix. The findings of the double regression analysis demonstrate the impact of independent factors on dependent variables, as well as the validity and rehabilitation tests, as well as the testing of hypotheses. It is clear that in order to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction, a combination of marketing and service is required.

Abstract

The role of housewives is a vital component of the nation that can be empowered to enhance family welfare. Various programs can be implemented by women to improve family well-being by utilizing and managing their surrounding environment. One such program, particularly in the realm of food, is the cultivation and utilization of local traditions, specifically the Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) program. Prioritized issues include the availability of land for TOGA cultivation and the processing of results that still yield conventional products, limiting their economic value. The use of chemical drugs, especially for children, poses significant risks, given the prevalence of toddlers and children under 12 in residential areas. Efforts are needed to reduce the consumption of chemical drugs in favor of herbal products and to address the innovative production and management of herbal products as a priority for PKK housewives. Activities involve socialization and training using the Housewife Creative Method as a solution. The modification of conventional herbal medicine or liquid herbal medicine into gel form is considered an innovative solution, adding economic value when sold. A 3-4 month community service project in Green Semesta Housing, Wates Subdistrict, Semarang, specifically in RT 2 RW 4, targeting PKK mothers, yielded positive and beneficial results. PKK mothers, who are also homemakers, gained additional insights into the use of TOGA plants, creating economically valuable products such as jelly herbal medicine for children in various types and creative packaging. The project also provided advanced entrepreneurial knowledge related to utilizing local products like TOGA plants. All PKK mothers could predict selling prices and produce appealingly packaged jelly herbal medicine products, making them suitable for marketing and sale.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Hotel Muria Semarang which aims to analyze and describe the influence of competence and motivation on the performance of employees who are experiencing bad conditions because many of the competence of employees still as well as giving motivation is given less as the expectations of employees so turnover. Research data obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The sample used in this research is 114 respondents.The data obtained were processed by using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. The result of regression analysis shows that the enhancement of competence and motivation on employee performance, and job satisfaction on the influence of competence and motivation will be followed by improvement of employee performance, and vice versa.

Abstract

The project involves a series of training and consultations facilitated by a team of experts experienced in business management, marketing and entrepreneurship. During the mentoring period, culinary entrepreneurs receive the knowledge and practical skills necessary to increase their operational efficiency, improve product quality and expand market reach. In addition, they are also involved in collaborative sessions that encourage the exchange of ideas and experiences between entrepreneurs in the region. The results of this assistance include improving menu quality, improvements in financial and inventory management, as well as improvements in marketing and branding of culinary businesses. Participants also reported an increase in their income and increased competitiveness in the local culinary market. Apart from the positive economic impact, this assistance also provides social benefits by strengthening the local culinary entrepreneurial community and encouraging collaboration between them. These steps aim to maintain sustainable positive development in the Ledok Village culinary area and provide inspiration for the development of micro and small businesses in the surrounding area. Thus, the "Entrepreneurial Assistance in the Culinary Area of ​​Ledok Subdistrict" project shows the potential to improve the local economy, strengthen the community, and provide positive benefits to the local community. The conclusion of this project provides a positive view of the role of community service in supporting local economic development and community empowerment.
