Abstract

Education is developing rapidly as time goes by, becoming a top priority for a country. However, the quality of human resources in Indonesia is still lagging behind compared to several developed countries. To improve the quality of human resources, education must be prioritized. The concept of humanism in education emphasizes the importance of respecting human values ​​and encouraging the humanization process. Meanwhile, the concept of Merdeka Belajar, interpreted as freedom to think, imagine and express, aims to improve the quality of education so that it is superior to before. The relationship between humanist thinking and the concept of Freedom of Learning in the learning context shows that learning must emphasize the process rather than learning outcomes, by involving students as active subjects in the learning process. It is also important to pay attention to the role of the teacher as a facilitator, as well as using learning methods that support the optimal development of students' potential. Learning evaluation must include cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects, taking into account students' individual development and needs. The method used in this research includes literature analysis and synthesis of relevant ideas to highlight the importance of integrating the concepts of humanism and Freedom of Learning in the educational context in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of facilities and infrastructure management in improving the quality of learning in MTs. Madang Tribe 1. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, namely a descriptive approach, in the form of data in the form of subject information, descriptions of words or sentences. Then in the data collection technique the authors carried out three data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data that has been obtained from the three techniques are analyzed using data analysis, namely through the process of data classification, data categorization, drawing conclusions, and verification. The results of the research based on data from observations, interviews, and documentation show that the facilities and infrastructure management activities in MTs. Madang Suku 1 is carried out through 4 stages, namely: planning, procurement, maintenance and removal of facilities and infrastructure. Management planning for facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning in MTs. Jaya Bakti is carried out with deliberations (meetings). Procurement of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning at MTs Jaya Bakti is carried out by the teacher first proposing what facilities and infrastructure are needed to WKM facilities and infrastructure, then WKM submits them to the school principal. Maintenance (care) is carried out by the entire madrasah community. Elimination of existing facilities and infrastructure at MTs. Jaya Bakti what to do if the sarpras can no longer be used and is badly damaged. The quality of learning in MTs. Madang Tribe 1 has more influence on teachers, students, and facilities and infrastructure. In implementing the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning in MTs. Madang Tribe 1 dominates the inhibiting factors.

Abstract

This study aims to describe syntactic errors in the areas of phrases, clauses, and sentences. Describe the factors that cause spelling and syntax errors in narrative essays of grade V students of MI Al Huda Karangnongko. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection methods are carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. Data validity uses triangulation and source techniques. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the study based on indicators in the phrase field there are errors, namely the use of regional languages, inappropriate prepositions, wrong word choices, excessive elements, excessive superlative influence, and the use of personal pronouns. Errors in clauses include the addition of prepositions between verbs and objects. Sentence errors include sentences without subjects, illogical sentences, ambiguous sentences, omission of conjunctions, and the use of foreign terms. Internal and external causes include a lack of understanding of the correct sentence structure, low reading interest, and the use of language in the surrounding environment. The implication of this study is that teachers must improve strategies to overcome syntactic errors by explaining the correct and proper writing procedures according to syntax.
