Abstract

Village Development Activities (MBKM) is a program that is closely correlated with student service to a village or region by applying and developing the knowledge they have acquired during their studies. Problems related to the lack of public awareness of the tourism potential in East Kuripan Village are also issues that are often faced by the Village Head and his staff, such as there is no infrastructure to support the tourism potential so that the community cannot explain to tourists about the tourism potential in the village. One of the concrete steps taken is making tourist signs and planting plant seeds. The aim of making tourist signs is to provide clear information and make navigation easier for visitors, so that they can explore the various tourism potentials that exist in the village. Meanwhile, planting of plant seeds is carried out to beautify the village environment, improve air quality, and create a more beautiful and cool atmosphere. These two efforts are expected to increase tourists' interest in visiting, extend the duration of visits, and ultimately improve the village economy through the tourism sector.

Abstract

The systems approach in Islamic education management is a holistic frameworkdesigned to optimize educational components in an integrated manner to achieveIslamic educational goals. This study addresses the lack of understanding of thesystems approach, challenges in its implementation, and the need forcomprehensive evaluation in Islamic education management. The objective is todescribe the concept of the systems approach, the interaction among itscomponents, and the challenges and solutions for its application. The researchmethodology is descriptive qualitative, utilizing theoretical analysis of relevantliterature, including primary sources such as the Qur'an, Sunnah, and ijma’ ulama.The findings reveal that the systems approach effectively integrates curriculum,educators, students, infrastructure, and community support in managing education.Key challenges identified include resistance to change, resource limitations, andinconsistent performance measurement. Proposed solutions include training,integrated management systems, and the development of performance indicators.The study concludes that the systems approach can enhance the quality of Islamiceducation by fostering synergy among components and promoting Islamic values,ultimately producing academically excellent and morally upright generations.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of effective management of HIMPAUDI programs in improving the quality of early childhood education (PAUD) educators, which directly impacts the quality of early childhood education services in Bandar Lampung City. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the management of HIMPAUDI programs is carried out systematically and structurally to optimally enhance the competence and professionalism of PAUD educators. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The research subjects are HIMPAUDI administrators and PAUD educators in Bandar Lampung City, while the research object is the management of HIMPAUDI programs. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification to draw valid conclusions. The results of the study show that: (1) In planning, HIMPAUDI actively identifies training needs based on factual conditions in the field, develops training work programs based on PAUD Teacher Competency Standards, and considers the availability of relevant time and resources. (2) In organizing, HIMPAUDI establishes a clear implementation team structure, coordinates effectively with related stakeholders, and provides adequate training facilities and media. (3) In implementation, HIMPAUDI successfully carries out training programs according to schedule and curriculum, involves professional resource persons, and provides continuous motivation and mentoring to training participants. (4) In supervision, HIMPAUDI conducts periodic evaluations of training implementation, collects feedback from participants and resource persons, and follows up with mentoring programs and advanced training to ensure the sustainability of educators’ competency improvement. The study also found that HIMPAUDI integrates a needs- based and results-oriented approach, making its programs more adaptive and contextual.
