Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika motivasi dan insentif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja driver GoCar di Kota Bandung. Dinamika motivasi mengacu pada fluktuasi semangat kerja yang dialami driver akibat pengaruh berbagai faktor, seperti sistem insentif, fleksibilitas waktu kerja, penilaian pelanggan, dan algoritma platform digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 orang driver GoCar aktif. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Yamane dengan populasi sebanyak 10.000 orang. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 30. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinamika motivasi dan insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa H1 (dinamika motivasi) dan H2 (insentif) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa H3 juga diterima, dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 66,6%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa dalam konteks kerja platform digital, dinamika motivasi yang dipicu oleh kondisi kerja yang fleksibel dan berbasis aplikasi harus dikelola secara adaptif agar kepuasan kerja mitra pengemudi tetap terjaga.

Abstract

Job Satisfaction is an individual's positive or negative feelings towards his job, which reflects the extent to which expectations match reality in the work environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of Technostress and Self-Efficacy on job satisfaction of Freelance Content Creator in Smiling West Java Ambassador Community in Bandung City. The method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through documentation, interviews, questionnaires, and observation. The population of this study were all community members totaling 78 people, and the sampling technique used the saturated sample method, where the entire population was sampled. The results of the analysis through the Partial Significance Test (t test) show that Technostress has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, while Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Simultaneous Significance Test (F Test) shows that Technostress and Self-Efficacy simultaneously have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction.
