Abstract

The rapid evolution of the digital landscape compels information technology organizations to adopt adaptive project management approaches to remain competitive. This study examines the influence of Scrum implementation and Agile organizational culture on project productivity, with team experience as a mediating factor, in small and medium-sized information technology consulting firms in Bandung, Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative explanatory design, collecting data through questionnaires from 98 project managers and analyzing it using structural equation modeling with partial least squares. The findings reveal that Scrum implementation and Agile organizational practices significantly enhance project productivity by improving efficiency, deliverable quality, and team effectiveness. However, team experience does not mediate these relationships, indicating that Scrum and Agile frameworks exert strong direct effects. This study concludes that consistent Scrum practices and Agile culture are critical drivers of project success in Bandung’s information technology sector. These insights provide practical guidance for managers to optimize project outcomes through strategic Agile adoption, emphasizing structured processes and collaborative cultures, while highlighting the need for further exploration of team experience’s role in diverse contexts.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of a web-based reservation system on patient no-show rates at Cipanas Garut Clinic, where high no-show rates and long waiting times hinder service efficiency. The objectives are to assess the system’s effectiveness in reducing no-shows, shortening waiting times, and evaluating waiting time as a mediating factor. Using a quantitative approach guided by the Technology Acceptance Model and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, data were collected through purposive sampling from 119 patients who used the reservation system between March and May 2025. A questionnaire measured perceptions of the reservation system, waiting time, and no-show behavior, analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares. The findings reveal that the web-based reservation system significantly reduces no-show rates by enhancing scheduling efficiency and transparency, with waiting time partially mediating this relationship. Patients reported high satisfaction with the system’s accessibility and reduced waiting times, improving attendance. The study concludes that web-based reservation systems offer a viable solution for primary healthcare facilities to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction, with implications for adopting digital tools and optimizing waiting time management in resource-constrained settings.

Respondents in this study amounted to 180 people from a total population of 221 people determined using the Isaac and Michael method and cluster random sampling technique because respondents were spread across several fields. The data management technique in this study uses path analysis. Work engagement moderated by kaizen culture has a significant positive impact both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance. In addition, leadership empowerment moderated by kaizen culture has no significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles on teacher performance through human resource development. The method used includes the formation of regression models and path analysis, utilizing SPSS tools. The sample was selected using random sampling techniques, referring to the theory by Hair et al., with a sample size ratio of 1:5 from the parameters measured. There are 36 indicators being examined, resulting in a total sample size of 180. The study results indicate a direct influence of leadership styles on teacher performance at 0.613 and an indirect influence at 0.664, meaning the indirect influence is greater than the direct influence. This leads to the conclusion that, indirectly, leadership styles significantly affect teacher performance through human resource development. Meanwhile, the percentage contribution of the influence of leadership styles on teacher performance through human resource development is 54,8%.
