Abstract

Efficiency in the logistics process is essential to maintain company credibility. Significant improvements in logistics efficiency can be achieved by integrating information systems. However, several companies have not implemented this system. These companies will face logistical challenges, especially in scheduling, which will cause delays in the delivery of goods. Against this challenge, this research aims to build a web-based information system to optimize logistics scheduling. This system aims to provide drivers with a compelling sequence of delivery points by applying the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic algorithm, which is integrated with the Google Maps API. This system will undergo a prototyping phase with a web-based approach using the Laravel framework, supported by PHP and MySQL for database management. This design will follow the Rapid Application Development method. User Acceptance Testing shows an average satisfaction score of 98%, which indicates that users feel significantly helped by the information system, especially in improving the company's delivery scheduling process.

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for Human Resource Management is widely adopted to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making. However, successful implementation depends on organizational readiness. This study assesses ERP readiness using the McKinsey 7S Framework, which evaluates Strategy, Structure, Systems, Style, Staff, Skills, and Shared Values. A mixed-methods approach was employed through questionnaires and interviews. Data were collected from 30 employees using 22 indicators measured on a five-point Likert scale. Validity testing confirmed that all indicators were valid, and the overall Cronbach’s alpha of 0.942 indicated excellent reliability. The readiness assessment showed that all seven dimensions were classified as Ready, with average scores ranging from 4.51 to 4.62. Structure achieved the highest readiness score (4.62), while Skills obtained the lowest score (4.51). Readiness profile analysis further revealed that Strategy achieved the highest profile score (18.23), reflecting strong organizational direction and planning for ERP adoption. Interview findings identified challenges related to manual attendance recording, payroll processing, and fragmented employee data management. The results indicate that the organization is ready for ERP HRM implementation. Recommendations, an implementation roadmap, and risk mitigation strategies are proposed to support successful ERP adoption.

Abstract

Information systems have a very important role in increasing productivity values that provide effectiveness and efficiency in the business sector. Cik Cik MSME Meatshop and Frozenfood is still using a manual system for recording their inventory and sales data, which causes several problems such as human error, human fraud, and inaccurate data. To overcome the problems, a solution is provided, that is a web-based information system, focused on the inventory and sales business processes. The information system is designed using Rapid Application Development method. The tools used are XAMPP as a web server and Visual Studio Code as a code editor. The programming language to be used is PHP, CodeIgniter as a framework, and MySQL as a database storage. The results obtained from the development of this information system are this system can help Cik Cik MSME Meatshop and Frozenfood in overcoming problems related to sales and inventory become easier to manage the data so that it is more automated compared to the previous manual system.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has led to various advancements, including the ability to conduct online payments through applications. Companies providing digital transaction payment services require a payment gateway system as an intermediary for online transactions. The system acts as an intermediary between merchants with digital wallets and banks, involving the company, merchants, and banks in its development. The system includes essential features like bill payment, user credit card verification, and transaction checking, customized to meet the specific requirements of merchants and adhere to security standards. In this study, we incorporated the rivest-shamir-adleman (RSA) algorithm and advanced encryption standard (AES) to ensure the security of a payment gateway system. We adopt the agile methodology in the development process of the system. We test the acceptance of the system to the user, and we also test the performance of the system. The results of this research show that the system can be accepted by the user, fulfill the user's needs, can be executed well, and performs adequately in handling multiple transactions concurrently. The outcome of this study can serve as valuable input for the company in building its own system, providing insights into algorithm implementation techniques and the system workflow.
