Abstract

Audit Pengalaman Pengguna (UX) adalah evaluasi produk digital untuk mengidentifikasi masalah, meningkatkan kepuasan, dan mencapai tujuan bisnis. Keberhasilan audit ini bergantung pada tiga pilar utama: penyelarasan merek (konsistensi visual dan pesan untuk membangun kepercayaan), pengelolaan anggaran (memahami biaya dan memilih model harga yang tepat untuk ROI), serta optimalisasi lintas platform (pengalaman mulus di berbagai perangkat melalui analisis perilaku). Integrasi strategis pilar-pilar ini mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis dan kepuasan pengguna yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The wireframing process is a process of placing information structure priorities into a visual composition before the user interface is designed. The placement of priority information into the form of wireframe design sometimes is still less optimal in aesthetics and functions. The application of layout patterns such as Gutenberg patterns, Z-patterns and F-patterns can be applied to the wireframe design to optimally compose the priority of visual content properly. This article shows the two examples of the application of layout patterns on website pages (in the field of travel and online shopping websites) it can be seen the application of these patterns, each of which has different function features and layout patterns will optimize the visual appearance in wireframe design form. ABSTRAK Proses wireframing merupakan sebuah proses penempatan prioritas struktur informasi ke dalam komposisi visual sebelum dilakukan perancangan tampilan pengguna (user interface). Penempatan prioritas informasi ke bentuk susunan desain wireframe terkadang masih kurang optimal secara estetika maupun fungsi. Penerapan pola tata letak (layout pattern) seperti pola Gutenberg, pola-Z dan pola- F dapat diterapkan pada desain wireframe untuk mengkomposisikan secara optimal prioritas konten visual dengan baik. Dari dua contoh penerapan pola tata letak pada halaman situs web (dalam bidang travel dan situs web belanja online) dapat dilihat penerapan pola-pola ini, dimana masing- masing memiliki fungsi fitur-fitur yang berbeda dan pola tata letak akan mengoptimalkan tampilan visual tersebut dalam bentuk desain wireframe.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a category of small-scale businesses that are believed to be able to contribute to the Indonesian economy. One of the most preferred MSME businesses, even by young people, is the culinary business. One of them is MSME Arum Ayu Healthy Local Food as a supplier of gluten-free cassava flour (mocaf flour) in Tangerang Banten, in addition to selling raw materials for mocaf flour, it also provides a variety of Indonesian food made from tuber flour (gluten-free). Mocaf flour is a modification of cassava flour with a fermentation technique so that the resulting product has characteristics similar to wheat flour, soft white and no cassava taste so that the viscosity is better. Not many people are familiar with mocaf flour and its benefits and this is an obstacle for Arum Ayu Healthy Local Food SMEs in distributing their products. Therefore, Arum Ayu Healthy Local Food SMEs in carrying out promotions using online media mobile applications, where mobile applications are made with a visual approach in order to provide education about mocaf flour and build partnerships to expand business networks through resellers or drop shippers.
